Farrell’s has been life-changing for me. I lost 112 pounds over 5 years before starting their 5-week program, but just 2.5 weeks in, I feel more empowered, energized, and motivated than ever. I’ve already signed up for the 10-week program!

What makes Farrell’s different is the support and structure. The food guidance, 45-minute workouts, and encouraging trainers push me to improve in kickboxing, strength, and overall fitness. Even on days I don’t feel like going, I always leave feeling stronger and grateful I showed up.

The results speak for themselves: my blood pressure and heart rate are better, my stamina has skyrocketed, and I finally believe reaching my goals—including the last 80 pounds—is possible. I’m not just becoming healthier, I’m becoming a better mom, wife, and version of myself.

The owner, staff and people to work out with are so great here! I hadn’t been to a gym in over 8 years and they made things so simple and easy for me to feel welcome and comfortable in class. There is a good range of class times and equipment to use for both resistance training and kickboxing - open 6 days a week (plus a virtual option if you are out of town or get busy). The 10 week program is so helpful getting you kick started with a new gym routine, better nutrition and any supplements you might want to include in your health regimen. Everyone who walks in has a positive attitude and are extremely encouraging. You get to honor where you are at along your journey without judgment at FXB. I highly recommend this path to push yourself and have FXB as part of your team to hold you be accountable along your physical health and strength journey.

I love this program and this place! I visited from out of state a few months ago and they were very welcoming. The transformation seen during their 10 week sessions is truly remarkable. The coaches and instructors are great, they really want you to succeed. This location has dumbbells for use after completion of their 10 week initial program, too. The mix of resistance and kickboxing training is rather unique and certainly keeps you active. The owners at this location are really motivated to help in any way they can. Price is considerable, but you do get what you pay for in the end, so all in all, I would recommend Farrell's as a good option for getting and staying in shape.
