I’m a virtual member for both Lincoln locations, and I just want to say that this is the best workout program and environment to set yourself up for success, regardless of what your goals are. Like I said I’m a virtual member, yet I was able to lose 50 pounds in one year by having the awesome online and social media accountability from Jeff, Nicole, and the various trainers that lead classes. I love how each day alternates with high intensity kickboxing followed by a strength training day. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I’ve belonged to many different gyms and spent a lot of money in the process and I can honestly say Farrell’s is the only gym that has given me results. The workouts are effective and can be modified for any level of fitness and everyone from the owners to the instructors and other members are encouraging, welcoming and supportive. If I could give it more than 5 stars ⭐️ I would! Highly recommend

Nicole and Jeff, Instructors and Coaches are awesome and always supportive. I joined early this year for a 10 week challenge to "just try it out" and really enjoyed the workouts and have been going since. There is variety so it's not same workout over and over, which I love. In addition to workouts you get help with nutrition which is very important to reach your goals.

I couldn't ask for anything better in a gym. The facility is nice, the instructors are supportive and knowledgeable, and without question the results are undisputed. If you are serious about wanting to get in shape, make positive changes to your fitness and nutrition regimen, you will not find a better place to do it than Farrells.

I am on week 7 of the 10 week challenge and Farrell’s has already been life changing for me both physically and mentally. The instructors & coaches are encouraging and the workouts are great. One of my favorite things about Farrell’s is that you can have a busy schedule and still get a workout in! They offer morning and afternoon classes as well as virtual classes. If you’re one to be intimidated by gyms or just aren’t sure what to do when you go, Farrell’s is the right place for you. A very welcoming environment that guides you throughout your fitness journey! 10/10 recommend! 💪🏼

Farrell’s provides group workouts that you can adjust to your goals and make progress in a timely manner without the cost of a 1-1 trainer. Multiple class times per day to fit into your own schedule plus virtual options if need due to weather/ travel/ unexpected. The music is varied and motivating along with encouraging positive instructors who understand individual levels. Gradual build through 10 weeks. Nutrition info helpful. Can develop camaraderie with fellow members who also reinforce each other for attending. Give FXB a try!
