It’s a good gym don’t get me wrong I’ve been a member for a year+ and got blamed for stuff I didn’t do like bringing people in I do not bring people in that aren’t members this needs to be addressed I find it very rude Espically when at the end of this call I get the caller “Devin” said “I’ll be watching you” very rude and unprofessional. This needs to be addressed I don’t feel like I can come to the gym anymore because of the rude staff and way I was treated.

I would discourage anyone from joining this gym! I called to cancel my membership, just three days after it was automatically renewed, and they said that not only could I NOT get a pro-rated refund, but that I would be charged for the following month as well; apprently you have to give them a 30-day notice, and they have no room for extenuating circumstances. The other disconcerting aspect is that they were all-too-happy to cancel my membership, taking no interest whatsoever in why I was doing so. Another thing to make people aware of, with regards to their personal trainers, you will be charged even if you cannot make the session and call them ahead of time to reschedule (I called almost two hours ahead, and never even got a call back from my trainer, yet am being charged).

The bottom line is that communication and care for the patron by Feel Fit leaves a lot to be desired.

Bought a day pass to use while I was waiting for an appointment. Awesome gym with all of the amenities! Great options for both the hard core lifter and cardio machine enthusiast! Nice clean locker rooms with an added perk of a sauna room and towels provided. If I was a resident of Grand Island, I would definitely be a member!

Seriously loved this gym when I was a member. Covid related things happened and wasn't able to keep my membership and Cody the owner personally helped me out and I couldn't be more thankful for him you have no idea what that meant for me. This isn't just a gym membership this is a community and they treat you as if your family and I was so happy to be apart of it. Feel Fit has been welcoming to me since the day I walked in! The facilities have been clean, including the showers and locker rooms! I quit this gym in April and have been getting charged through July. I understand that May my account is to be charged but I did get a refund from the owner for the month of June. Still I get another charge in July and at this point it is an inconvenience for me to be calling to get a hold of someone and can’t. It’s an inconvenience to be going to the bank on my day off to get a whole new card because the gym can’t properly stop the payments when someone has quit their gym membership. It’s a good gym but need to work on the customer service and when someone cancels a membership please make sure your system doesn’t continue to charge.

I’ve lived in Nebraska for a few years now, I moved here from Georgia. I’ve struggled to find a gym I really enjoy and have tried so many throughout the years. I finally found Feel Fit and have found the perfect gym for me! It is the best gym I’ve seen here in Nebraska. All equipment is new, staff is super nice and helpful, has every piece of equipment you’d need for a workout. Very clean. This place may not be that big, but it is enough to get you big.

Never thought I'd say that I enjoy being a member of a gym, but I can definitely say that about this place. Staff is friendly and welcoming, and the place is always clean. The equipment is well maintained with sufficient numbers so that I rarely have to wait too long to use anything. Great bonus features, too....an app that coordinates with certain equipment to automatically log your work and help you attain your goals, and personal TVs on the Treadmills and bikes so you can watch (and hear) what you want to watch, not some pre-selected arrangement of channels with no sound. And hey, I'm not there to watch TV, but it does make the workout a bit more enjoyable. Thank you Cody and staff for making this a great place to work towards a healthier lifestyle.

I walked through the door at Feel Fit about six weeks ago. I was apprehensive to come to a big gym and was a little anxious. I visited with Kash and Cody twice before deciding to try commit to a new fitness center. This place is a gem. It has the amenities you expect from a large gym but welcome you into their family on day one. You are greeted every time you walk in the door....by name! I did a one-time walk in they open at 5 a.m. and it only cost $10 they even have a protein bar there.
