I started working with Jordan at Fit Grind Omaha to get ready for my wedding, but I’ve taken away so much more than I expected! I learned about macros, healthy fat loss, muscle gain, and overall body improvement — and I’ve seen amazing results. I’ve been training at FitGrind for two years now, and calling it “good” doesn’t come close. It’s exceptional.
I’m in the 5 AM class, and Jordan never misses. He consistently puts together workouts that are smart, varied, and geared toward real results. He pays close attention to form, coaches you through every movement, and gives encouragement exactly when you need it. His consistency, energy, and care elevate every session.

I am currently involved in private training with coach Jordan here and it’s been a blessing. I suffer from a variety of medical issues primarily affecting my physical health (bone, muscle, balance, etc.) and he has gone above and beyond any physical therapist has through the last 15 years of my life. I enjoy having the gym to myself and being able to focus on my wellness with such a fantastic coach. He is very thorough in evaluating and is always reassessing and considering feedback as needed. His passion, expertise and guidance have really helped me focus on my personal journey and I cannot wait to see where his training takes me!

Fitgrind has truly raised the bar for fitness in Omaha. The 45-minute group classes seamlessly blend strength and cardio conditioning, making each session dynamic and effective. Feels like my home away from home. Alyssa and Jordan make this such a warm and encouraging space. I had never worked out before I came to Fit Grind. I was nervous about joining one of the big gyms with no experience. I have now worked out with Jordan for over 6 months. I have lost weight, gained muscle and feel stronger and better than I have ever felt. The workouts have great variety, are challenging and make me want to push myself even more. Clean gym with all the equipment for the best workouts. I now feel comfortable in a gym and look forward to even better results. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to change and keep the change going!

I LOVE this gym!! I’ve worked out at so many places and have found that FitGrind is the only one that I stick with because I absolutely love it. I have a Peloton, a gym membership, a treadmill, and weights in my basement but this gym is a game changer. Why I love it… The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. They really thrive on teaching you what is achievable and what you need to do to make lifestyle changes. The small group classes are very motivating and so much fun!! If you are like me and like to just show up and be told what to do, this is a great option! Seriously the best gym!!!

I was an unfit, flabby man until I met Jordan at FitGrind. This place has changed my entire perception about being healthy and “losing weight”. Eating a lot and lifting heavy (for me) has been my favorite part. So far, 18% change in body composition (body fat gone, muscle gained). Take advantage of the free workout and learn what is possible. The first step is always the hardest.

Have been using a couple different gyms over the past few years and just haven’t got the results I’m after. Now I’ve only done 2 sessions with Jordan and let me tell ya I already know this is where I need to be to get my results I’m after. He is very personable but puts you straight to work and pushes you to leave everything in the gym. I will for sure be pursuing my fitness goals at FitGrind and can’t wait to see where these two will take me!
