Wonderful staff! Always very thorough and thoughtful as they help you with the best ways to feel better 😊 We're back again. Love how the staff always make you feel welcome here! They do their best to make appointment times convenient for the patient too ☺️ The gym side is also amazing! Plenty of equipment to work on, nice space. Another update! This gym is such a fun place to be! Other members using the facility are always welcoming and friendly!

I've been going to this gym for several years. Overall, it's a good place, but some of the equipment is starting to show its age. I wish there were more classes offered here besides yoga, tai chi, and basic strength. I would also like to have more availability of a trainer offered as part of the membership. Just recently,
a couple of policies have been put in place that are not good. First of all, we can't get a towel from the front desk to use during a workout, and we have to pay a 5 dollar monthly rental fee if we want a locker to put things in and leave them. The classes offered have also been cancelled since COVID came around.
