Flex & Glow stretch assistance is amazing! Before I went, I could barely lift one of my legs because my hip hurt so bad now I go every other week and my pain is subsiding and I’m running on the treadmill with little pain. If you have chronic pain or any pain stretching assistance can help you in so many ways. I 100% recommend Lexie to be your stretching assistant.

Lexie is the best at what she does and my day is always better after seeing her! She’s so well educated and really targets the areas I need while making sure I remain comfortable. I’m currently pregnant and she’s helped me navigate ways to stretch and different activities to keep my body feeling great!

My favorite way to spend my recovery day is to do a stretch session with Lexie! As an athlete I want to be fast and strong, but also need to focus on mobility and flexibility. I always feel relaxed and fantastic after my stretch. I couldn't recommend Flex and Glow enough!

I really don’t leave reviews for anything but I know this one is very much needed.
For someone who is in constant pain, especially due to my back injury, I couldn’t recommend this place more. After one session, my body feels so different (in a good way!). I teared up a little after my appointment, just thinking about how I didn’t have to live in pain like I always thought I had to.
I know this seems like a relatively new concept of aid, don’t let it scare you from be aiming at ease with yourself.
Lexie was nothing but comforting and polite, and made me feel right at home.

Do yourself a favor and give her a try, you will not regret it!
