Luxury downtown fitness studio offering over 60 classes weekly. Class formats include cycle, barre, high intensity (treadmill/no treadmill) and yoga classes in a boutique, luxury setting. Fly comes equipped with all the showers and all amenities in high-end facilities. We also offer personal reformer training and class-based reformers style training. All classes are for any level and can be modified to a variety of fitness level as instructors are highly trained.

I’ve been going to Fly for about two years now, and it’s truly one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness journey. I’ve found such a welcoming community here with every class feeling like a place where I’m supported. Fly is my happy place and it can be yours too!! I have been going to Fly for about 5 years now, and over 300 classes later I can say there is truly no community like it. I’ve been to a variety of other gyms and only here do I find true motivation with my peers instead of competing against them. I have gotten to know a variety of instructors and have taken to may formats, and I feel holistically heathy. It is so true that working out is good for your mind, but it’s a bonus to do it with your friends!

I have started to come to Fly more & more recently and I love it! I have tried a few different classes & so far their cycle class is my favorite. I have been to cycle classes taught by Brayden, Jenni, and Abbie. The instructors all have a different coaching styles which I definitely enjoy! The pilates class I tried with Lily was such a great
workout as well! Definitely try it out!

I was always seeking out unique cycle studios in other cities knowing they would be amazing. It was until a few years ago I tried out Fly and realized it was in my own town. This boutique fitness studio in downtown Lincoln is as good as it gets! Can’t say enough about the professionalism, uniqueness, and knowledge all of the instructors have. They get amazing training and give killer workouts! While making you feel welcome and seen!

I recently did a “Bride Ride” before my wedding and I was in tears at how special everyone made me feel! I also had a lot of friends who had never taken a cycle class before and they were welcomed with a smiling face and lots of help to get comfy on the bike.

Making the decision to join Fly in November of this year was certainly one that I haven’t looked back at since. This studio truly has something special within its four walls and you really have to be there to experience it. The people that fill this space are absolutely amazing, and truly give it that community feel. Fly is my favorite place in town. I’ll be honest in that I’m a little biased because I work there as an instructor and help around the studio, but I started as a client 4 years ago and I’ve stayed for a reason. I've gym hopped a lot over the past 10 years (Golds, Aspen, Prairie Life, Genesis The Racquet Club, Good Life, and even a private personal training gym of Kratos) and taken classes at almost all of the above, and I can truly say that the energy and encouragement you receive here is unmatched!

I've only been to a handful of classes but it's so easy to see how people become close-knit in this community and want to keep showing up.

I *hate* cardio. I will never opt for a run outside...you can maybe convince me to go for a bike ride outside, so I was skeptical that I'd get bored in a cycling class but their instructors are phenomenal. They keep things moving and honestly keep you distracted from your muscles burning so the class goes by quickly and you leave feeling empowered and strong. Their combo classes are my favorite which is half cycling and then half weights.

Do yourself a favor and come and enjoy one of their hype playlists and feel the energy. I can guarantee you'll want to come back!

Fly is everything you need in your life! It’s the energy, the music and the community for me. It’s the 45 minutes where you can disconnect in order to reconnect. Fly| A Fitness Revolution's both north and south location have a vibrant feel to them. The studio is modern and clean, I never leave feeling gross because of something that I touched or smelled. Fly also has a variety of workouts and instructors. There is cycling that has you focus beat, and hitting choreography as feel your legs climb. Yoga is great for some introspection, stretching and a great relaxation workout after a stressful day. HIIT is awesome for gaining strength and keeping your heart rate up. It is one of the most intense workouts at Fly, but it sure does help you feel accomplished. Barre is awesome in small movements that feel like your muscles are burning. Overall, Fly is a great place workout and create community.

I recommend this place at any time, but if you want to get into working out when you haven’t been - you will never find a more supportive group of people. It seems intimidating because many members are in good shape but you realize they didn’t all start that way and the reason it works is that they show up because it’s a fun place to be.

Fly costs more than a traditional 24-hr fitness type of gym but here’s why you should invest if you can:

1) You don’t have to design your workouts or look for them online. I’ve done it - eventually you get bored and that’s when you skip workouts and then just stop. Fly is like semi personal training and it is not going to be a waste of your 30 minutes-1 hour - you will work hard.

2) You’ll actually use your membership. Accountability is there because you sign up for class on an app and class is on your calendar (and there’s a no-show fee since someone else could have used your spot). This system has conditioned me to schedule around my workouts, including bedtime - I just don’t skip.

3) There’s always someone in class working at a higher level and it helps me to push myself when I try to keep up - not that I always do, but it’s a goal.

4) Fly employees are genuinely welcoming and energetic. Everyone from the front desk to the instructors to the owner tries to know you by name and say hello and goodbye.

5) There are a variety of workout types depending on your schedule (cycle, yoga, HIIT, barre).

Give it a couple of weeks. Do the free week and then a multi-pass for another 2 so you can get a feel. By the end of week 3, if You go 2-3 times a week I think you’ll be hooked.

First, I would like to say that Fly is like no other fitness facility I've been to. Yes, the facilities are top of the line (see second part of this review for a more detailed description of the space!), but it's really the community aspect of Fly that makes it truly one of a kind. The classes truly are GROUP fitness classes... you feel like you are working together with the other participants and instructor towards a common goal, whether it's your first class at Fly or your 500th. Yes, the workouts are going to kick your butt, but with motivational instructors and the amazing music, you always walk out feeling accomplished and excited for the next time you get to go back.

Now, the facilities: Upon entering Fly, you are greeted by a welcoming front desk staff. The facilities are very modern and always clean. There is a boutique in the front that sells the cutest athletic wear as well as a mezzanine above the boutique space to hang out between classes. Fly is primarily for group fitness classes: barre, cycling, HIIT, and yoga (although they offer private Pilates sessions as well as open gym times). Classes are usually 45 minutes long, but some classes are only 30 minutes and some as long as an hour. There are three rooms for classes: the barre/yoga room with a barre, mirrors all around, and mats for up to 18 participants; the cycling room with 34 bikes, and the HIIT/gym room, with treadmills, steps, TRX bands, free weights, and other various fitness equipment. Fly also provides cycling shoes for patrons who may not have their own pair. Additionally, there are changing areas, private showers (with all the soap/shampoo/towels you would need), and restrooms. The facility also provides cubbies to store you bags and shoes during classes.

As far as pricing + class times, it's all on their website. They do offer deals/promos every once in a while, so watch for those. Students also get a great discount here. You can sign up and pay for classes online to ensure your spot, or drop in and see if there's a spot open.

If you just moved from a big city, this is the fitness place you would love. Great workout, great instructors and great music!
From cycling to HIIT to barre classes and private pilates classes, you will want to stay here and come back for more.

However, I wish there would be more yoga classes (yin/yang, deep stretch, hot) after an intensive cardio session, I would stay for another class to stretch it out.

I'm from Houston, TX and I've lived in other cities and taken a lot of fitness classes. Fly Fitness is one of the best studios I've ever taken class at. The detail oriented approach to class instruction, theenergetic instructors and fantastic music are just some of the things that make Fly the premiere fitness studio in Lincoln, Nebraska. You will not find more qualified instructors or better customer service. While the membership may be a bit pricier than other gyms, its an investment that's well worth it. The community at Fly is also an awesome support system that you want to be a part of!

I love the location and atmosphere and the people are very friendly. Most importantly the work outs are amazing - I've tried all 4 - spin, barre, yoga, Hiit - my favorites being spin and Hiit. I found doing Hiit once or twice a week made me a faster runner and sped up my marathon pace. Thanks for the great classes!

FLY is PHENOMENAL! From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated as part of the FLY family. Each instructor is highly trained and knowledgeable. The workouts are amazing, the music is fabulous and the entire vibe of the studio is extremely positive.
