A true oasis! Genesis is an exceptional club that delivers on both quality and quantity. The list of amenities is extensive: a swimming pool, hot tub, a steam room, and complimentary towels. The sports facilities include a basketball court, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. For fitness, they offer yoga and spin classes. Plus, they have a juice/protein bar and childcare services, including a kids summer athletic camp. The equipment is top tier. They even have an adults only Learn to Play Tennis program for $99 you get 4 beginner friendly, adults only, 1 hour lessons, a free racquet that's yours to keep and expert coaching in a fun, no pressure setting. Must visit!

I really like Genesis health club. The facility is nice, having all the equipment for an enjoyable work out. Location is convenient. Staff is helpful. One thing that could have been great was on the three day pass would have been to have a personal trainer go over equipment use , not sure if this was offered. I enjoyed watching basketball matches while I was on the treadmill. Love the pool. The price is a little high. I think 50$ a month would be a good price. Overall I will recommend and go when I can.

I was quite impressed. I live in Lincoln but work out of Omaha when I'm not on the road. So I usually go to my one in Lincoln by the mall, which I love. But this one is next level. I didn't have time to fully investigate the place as I was on a tight schedule and just needed to get a quick workout in while in the area. But with what I was able to experience, yeah, such a beautiful place.

I was previously a member at this gym and regularly attended this location. One of the things I initially appreciated was the welcoming demeanor of the staff and the judgment-free atmosphere. Members generally kept to themselves, which made the environment feel more comfortable and low-pressure.
I enrolled in their personal training program because I wanted guidance on how to exercise safely and effectively. Unfortunately, that’s where my experience with the gym began to decline. I was surprised to learn I needed to sign a contract just to attend the gym, but I accepted it because I was committed to improving my health.
In addition to paying over $90 per month for membership and an unexpected $40+ annual fee (higher than what was stated in my contract), I also paid $1,700 for a 24-session personal training package. When I requested a female trainer, I was told there were few available, and based on my fitness goals, I was paired with a male trainer named Derrick. While I was hesitant at first, Derrick was friendly and supportive during our initial sessions. He helped improve my form and encouraged consistency, which I appreciated.
However, due to job transitions and financial strain, I had to reduce and eventually cancel training. When I informed Derrick, he persistently tried to convince me otherwise. We temporarily agreed on a lower-commitment plan (one session a week), but the quality of those sessions noticeably declined. Derrick often appeared distracted, frequently socializing with other trainers and clients during my sessions to the point that I felt ignored.
When I tried to express my concerns to him directly, he was dismissive and uninterested in having a meaningful conversation. He eventually told me that my frustrations were “my issue,” citing that I had frequently canceled sessions and that he had been “lenient” about policy enforcement. While I did occasionally cancel sessions due to personal emergencies, I always communicated with him as early as possible. At no point was I clearly informed about a cancellation policy, nor was I warned about consequences ahead of time. I also brought up my concern that the workouts he was giving me felt less thoughtful and more disengaged than earlier in our time together—particularly compared to when I was paying significantly more for frequent sessions.
That interaction made it clear to me that continuing with Genesis was no longer worth the cost or the energy. I decided to cancel my membership.
Unfortunately, the cancellation process was unnecessarily difficult. When I called to ask about it, the employee who answered the phone spoke sharply, frequently cut me off, and seemed annoyed by my questions. I was told I had to cancel in person. I tried three separate times. The first two times, I was told the only person who could process cancellations was out of the office. The second time, I was also told I could go to any Genesis location to complete the process. I finally went to the Cass Street location, where I was met with pressure and interrogation about why I wanted to leave. It took effort to push past that and simply cancel.
In the end, my experience at Genesis taught me to be wary of large commercial gyms with rigid contracts and poor follow-through on customer support. While I value the personal growth I gained from committing to my fitness journey, I would not recommend Genesis—especially their training services—based on how my situation was handled.

What an amazing staff and facility. Being on a health journey is not always easy, I was stuck. But ever since starting in April I’m feeling like I’m getting my stride back. The registration process was easy and comfortable with Aaron! I was immediately put with Sarah as my trainer and the support was felt instantly. I felt comfortable enough to explore classes I would never. My favorite are yoga and kick HIT with Quela! Every trainer always says hi and welcome back. It’s worth investing in yourself!

Always something with this place. Steam room always broke. Went in to use on Friday light was out- come back Tuesday light still out so obviously not cleaning the steam room which is disgusting. Can only have 1 towel like members are children If they even have clean ones available. Dirty lockers. Etc. Management needs to step up and get this place in order with some accountability.

I go to the Westroads location pretty frequently and I love it I have no complaints other than the steam room only works sometimes in the morning. It is very sporadic. The staff is cool and very helpful I just can’t get over the fact that there is no sign on it saying it’s broken but it doesn’t turn on between certain hours and then it works all day long.

Great gym and great staff! The paperwork for my husband and I's family membership through the military took a little longer than expected. Geri, the club manager, and front desk attendant, Maria, were nothing but patient during our sign up process. They also were, and continue to be, more than accommodating. They don't allow you to cancel. I told them that I wanted to cancel and they told me that I had to come in person and I don't have a car. They then told me to go ahead and get someone to bring me and I have told them I can't. I had to do a stop payment on the membership and they are still trying to charge me. I told him I don't want the service anymore. I've been telling them over and over and they don't stop contacting you about payments but they won't allow you to stop. If you want a gym that you'll use till you die and even then they'll continue to charge you, this is the gym to go to. If you want to have a life outside of the gym, don't EVER go with this gym.

They seem to have a hard time keeping up with basic maintenance and repairs. When I was out there yesterday the sauna in the men's room was out, the wooden floor in one of workout studios was massively buckled, and a glass window by the pool was cracked.
7/14/24
Since my previous review, not a lot has improved and I've noticed other issues. You can see from my photographs that they are still struggling to keep up with basic maintenance. In the previous two weeks I was there, the pool had what appeared to be paint chips at the bottom moving around loosely. When I was there last week and saw that it hadn't been cleaned, I asked the young guy at the desk when the pool is cleaned, on what schedule, and he said it was a lower priority compared to where the machines are. And that's another problem with the club, they don't seem to have people working on the weekends, certainly not on Sundays, that can answer basic questions around simple things like maintenance. Also today there were scores of dead bugs in the pool water and the whirlpool. It wouldn't take that long to do a walk around both the pool and the whirlpool and make sure that everything's ready for the members before opening.
8/4/2024
The filth and neglect parade continues both in and around the pool and around the jacuzzi Nothing has improved since my previous review. Maybe 3rd time will be the charm. Enlarge the pics for full ick effect.
8/11/24
None of the photos that I previously posted have had changes or improvements. So this negligence and filth have been ongoing for weeks if not months. Here are today's photos of filth and disrepair. Beginning to wonder if the health department or local media should get involved.
8/12/24
Lowered my rating to one star as it appears quite clear that the gym has no interest in resolving any of these issues, many of which involve simple cleanup. It seems they don't own a robotic pool cleaner. Those are cheap but so is Genesis.

This gym used to be good when it first opened. However, it was all hype because it seems like they couldn’t keep up with the maintenance of machines, restrooms and other equipment as well as keeping up with basic cleanliness. Restrooms often times don’t have toilet paper, paper towels and the trash cans are ALWAYS full. Towels are almost never available (both for showering and for cleaning). Paying a premium membership for this gym is a rip off. It is no wonder that they have been recently struggling.

Genesis HealthClub's promises of well-being are marred by a disturbing culture of negligence and silence. After enduring a head injury and theft in their facilities, attempts to communicate were met with deafening silence. Staff members, seemingly under orders, avoid discussing members' concerns, preferring to ignore problems until they vanish. This callous attitude not only neglects member safety and satisfaction but also erodes trust in the establishment. Genesis HealthClub's failure to address issues head-on speaks volumes about their priorities and their commitment to member well-being.

I’ve been a member of Genesis since they acquired a myriad of gyms in Omaha area and it takes quite a bit for me to write a negative review but I think in the case of Genesis Westroads it’s long overdue. Firstly, Genesis thinks this gym is worth a premium fee over their other gyms because they just pumped a bunch of money into a remodel. The space would be excellent if a large portion of the equipment was well kept and not broken or falling apart. Also, no dry sauna which all other locations do have. Secondly, the staff as a whole is not trained well. There is high level of turnover. A lack of professionalism and training is very apparent. I’ve dealt with rudeness at the front desk more times than I care to admit. Thirdly, the training staff is poor. There are a few good trainers who are very competent and represent the profession well. There are also trainers here who do not and certainly make it hard for their qualified colleagues to uphold that standard of quality for which the gym and the training staff is being judged. It’s easy to see why there’s a flood of people leaving to go to VASA across town for a better gym experience.

The customer service is terrible. I started getting charged late fees when my card is on file. I called and was told everything was good to go. The next month I get another letter with late fees. I go to the gym to speak to the manager and was treated like the issue was my fault. I quite the gym at that point and there was not a care in the world. I called the corporate line to inform them of the terrible service and got hung up on. Steer clear of this gym!

I have been coming here to play indoor tennis 2x-3x per week for a couple of years. Recently I played at Hanscom and what a difference a well maintained facility makes. The courts there were pristine, no tennis ball fuzz, no cracked courts, not freezing cold or unbearably hot.
I now realize how poorly maintained these courts are. They consistently have tennis fuzz on the courts. Court 3 is almost unplayable. Please do better, because this is somewhere I would like to frequent.

Genesis is one is the most poorly managed companies I have been affiliated with. It's extremely unfortunate that that they have acquired all of the gyms east of 132nd. They require you to pay $80/month for this "premium" location which is almost no different than any of the other locations. Constantly dirty, equipment is always breaking, out of towels once a week, steam room out once a week. The contracts are not transparent at all. I signed up at the Cass location for $40 a month, a friend of mine pays $20 a month, and another friend signed a year long contract when she agreed to $40 a month, but after month 3 it bumped up to $75 a month. I'd recommend they start by bringing in new management to create a better culture for transparent pricing, continuous improvement, and actually listening to their customer base. I really hope a quality gym opens in East Omaha, Genesis ain't it.

I don’t know where to start with this “premier” location. The prices are outlandish for how outdated and torn up the gym is. Sweat marks all over everything. The pool area is a total wreck and always freezing. The hot tub has been down for months and now that it’s “fixed” only one jet is working. There is rust all over the hot tub area that they have just left our. Hoses laying all over the place. The roof leaks in multiple spots. Yet when they call you to sign up they act like it was recently updated but it was years ago. Also why do I have to pay a higher price because you have tennis courts when I don’t even come for that?
Prices are insane here!!!! 120 dollars a month for a falling apart building?

I wouldn’t suggest coming here to workout. I was cussed out and had derogatory comments made to me while I was playing basketball. I reported the individual employee Jamal and nothing was done. This is blatant disrespect regardless of how competitive a game or the gym can be. I would suggest going to a different gym instead of this one. They say it’s a premier gym but it’s pretty basic and things are always broke. Plus paying the inflated price to come to this location or gym is crazy! Highly suggest going somewhere else like Vasa off center street for a cheaper option or literally any other gym.

For paying $80+/month, you really don't get that value back. They constantly are having to fix gym equipment and making repairs in the locker rooms. The steam room is hit and miss as far as it actually pumping steam and being at a high temperature. It seems that they are out of towls half the time you need one as well, which is frustrating. All in all, the gym has pretty good equipment, but there just seems to be poor management and certainly isn't justified in what they charge. The new gym in town, Vasa, offers just as much, if not more amenities and is substantially cheaper.

I went into the club January 2nd to cancel my membership as I believed they were closed on the 1st as it was a federal holiday. No payment had been made and my monthly membership of nearly $150 was processed the following day on January 3rd. To put the cancellation in process I was forced to sign a document stating that I would be responsible for paying the month of February as well. I was confused as January 2nd to January 31st is exactly 30 days. So, a Genesis employee said he would write on the document and recommend that I not be charged for the second month considering it was January 2nd. The employee stated that even though he will recommend that I am not charged, it is “out of his hands”. So, I ask if there is phone number to their billing people so I can make my case with the correct people who make the decisions. I am told that it is on the website. Well, of course it is not clearly stated on the website. After tracking down the gym headquarters in Kansas and being transferred multiple times, I finally talk to someone who says they are waiting for the paperwork to be sent over, but she or someone from her team will give me a call. I wait for a call and two days go by with nothing. I call back and try to get connected to them again. I am told there has been no response yet on the cancellation because two separate managers have to approve it, but one is “unavailable”. I understand but would like to be updated. So, I ask the Westroads employee if he can give me a call back when he hears something. He responds that “he probably won’t remember” to call me back as he talks to hundreds of people a day. Evidently my issue isn’t important enough to set yourself a reminder to follow up.
I tell him, okay, I will give you a call back on Tuesday if I do not hear prior and SET MYSELF A REMINDER. Fast forward, it’s Tuesday afternoon and I haven’t heard anything. Well, to my surprise, my husband sends me a screenshot of a text he received from the original Genesis employee I was dealing with saying my request had been denied. This is when I really got upset - He made no attempt to contact me directly but opted to avoid an actual conversation and try to go around me. Hearing of this, I attempt to call Westroads and speak with the employee and get a better explanation. Of course, said employee is unavailable to talk when I call the club directly. So, another employee tells me that the request to not be charged for the additional month was denied. I am clearly unhappy and still confused considering a payment for January hadn’t been processed when I made the cancellation request, it’s 30 days including the day I made the request to January 1st, and I still have not been able to actually talk to someone that makes the decision. I am again told it is “out of their hands” and the Westroads employee has done everything he can and more than he typically does for people.
In the meantime, my husband responds to the original employee I was dealing with and asks why he didn’t call me as I am the primary on the account and have had ALL correspondence with him. He responded that he didn’t have my phone number. To which, my husband responded with it and told him he needed to call me. So, of course, I doubled checked and my phone number is clearly listed under primary phone on the account. Additionally, I wrote my phone number on the cancellation sheet which he had. So, said employee calls me and tells me the news himself. I still don’t understand why it’s really such an issue and the difference in coming in on the 2nd versus on a federal holiday 24 hours prior (a day on which they closed early) is going to cost me nearly $150 but it is once again “out of their hands”.
This is NOT the way to do business. The secrecy regarding who actually makes decisions regarding cancellations drives you crazy. Additionally, having an employee go around me, lie about having my contact information, and TEXT my spouse versus calling me and dealing with an issue up front is extremely unprofessional. I would think twice before joining. Learn from my mistake.

Negatives: The pool was really nice until they got rid of the guy who cleaned it regularly. The hot tub hardly ever works, about 2-3 of the 8 stair machines are nearly always broke and same goes for the treadmills. There are really only 4 that don't have belt skipping issues and out of those 4 only about 2-3 of them work at any given time. The tennis courts are nearly always full of some sort of league so I wouldn't recommend signing up if you are doing it to play tennis. No sauna (but there is a steam room).
Positives: Tons of weights, tons of machines, really nice basketball court, really nice turf field, like 8-10 power racks which is super nice because they aren't full even during rush hour, lots of cardio equipment (but only about half of the cardio machines work), two nice dance studio type rooms, tennis courts are nice if there aren't leagues going on, locker rooms are actually fairly clean, steam room is nice.

They handle business with professionalism. I had a miscommunication with summer pricing and they gave a solution right there. Everyone walked away happy. You get what you pay for here. Very nice gym area/turf with tons of racks. You never see that many in your typical gym in omaha. You can become apart of a community there if you so choose. They can help you live a healthy lifestyle. My one thing is i would appreciate to see some more 5 lbs or 2.5 lbs on the racks, they are hard to come by some days 😆. Regardless, a high quality facility that is maintained very well by the staff.

I wanted to use this gym today because the midtown crossing gym has no sauna and its AC has been out for weeks. I was told I needed to pay an extra $5 because this was a premier gym.
I have a problem with genesis wanting to charge me an extra $5 when the gym I go to is a dump with moldy walls.
Attached is the state of the mens showers at Midtown. I shouldnt have to pay an extra $5 when I have to deal with this below par gym at Midtown on a daily basis.

This place is terrible wish I could give 0 stars. Requires you to a pay a buyout fee when you were unhappy with the gym and how gross it really was. Went 1 time and never again. They advertise a 30 day notice but when you do that and pay the buy out on the first day of the month. They say you have to pay ANOTHER month. So really it’s more like a 60 day notice plus a buy out fee. What a joke this place is. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They truly do not care about their customers being happy all they care about is the money. What a terrible business!!!

I love this place and I mostly come for the classes. I love the variety that I can’t get anywhere else. However, they recently upgraded their studio to add heat lamps. Now every class is heated. I know it’s very popular right now but there needs to also be no heated options. Yoga is one thing, (still not a fan) but why are they also heating cardio classes?? That’s a great way to pass out. It’s just disappointing. I used to go to like 4 classes a week and now they’re all set to 90 degrees or more.

I’ve been a member for years. I’ve come to this Location many times this year never had a issue getting in. This morning when I came to work out the front desk would not allowed me in unless I paid an additional $75 a month on top of my membership that I already had. I can’t believe how greedy Genesis is. If I’m going to pay that much money I’ll go to a better gym. This place is a joke.

This place keeps trying to bully me into paying more money. I was told I was grandfathered in to the price I am paying right now by many other staff members. But they are harassing me about a 5 dollar co-pay now if I don’t upgrade my membership and pay 85 dollars a month because this is a “premium gym”. This gym does not feel premium. The equipment is old and some is broken. They don't even have a sauna. I don't think they are making everyone upgrade their grandfathered in premium because I asked around and many people pay even less than I do. Starting to think this is racial motivated because I noticed no one was playing basketball like normally, they are saying this to all the young black men. *I have had a membership for 6 years. A couple of the years I had it I didn’t even go. I didn’t cancel because they said this rate was locked in.

Nice looking facility and lots to do. Went to this location to take our daughter to the pool, and the gym had the pool closed for special Olympics practice which is fine except this wasn't posted anywhere. It wasn't listed online, on the pool door, in either locker room, and the front desk people didn't tell us when we asked about using the pool. When we came up and asked about it being closed they said, "oh yea that happens." Needless to say making my daughter cry made for a great experience.

Hi, my name is Carter Czaplewski and I have been a member with you guys for about 11 years. Originally I signed up at 144th and F and was grandfathered into a rate of $33 a month. Had a problem with billing when you guys took over and got past that. Now that gym has been closed for some time and I utilize almost every location. Now I am told that I would have to upgrade and pay $72 or $75 a month to go to the Westroads location. I have been frustrated about this for some time considering I have been coming there for so long. I really would like to see what I can do in order to have access to the “premier” location. Being a long time member and getting past other mishaps I feel I should be able to be grandfathered or at least get a discounted rate. It doesn’t seem right to have to pay almost double for one location

Genesis canceled my pre-existing membership a while back. I had put a good chunk of money down and had a good monthly rate when it was 24 Hour Fitness. I went in and questioned them about it. Logan reached out and told me that they would be able to get me something similar. I’ve been trying to reach Logan for 3 months now with no returned phone calls. In September, I parked my bike in the parking lot at westroads genesis and went inside to work out, but was soon approached by staff to tell me that my bike had fallen over in the parking lot. When I found it on its side, it turns out the asphalt beneath the kickstand had given out causing the bike to topple on its side causing almost $4000 in damage. The club manager admitted the asphalt had been poured improperly and not only was the club at fault, but also promised that it would be “taken care of,” and “the damages would be covered.”
Now almost 5 months later, I am being told there is no liability on their end and there’s nothing that can be done, and that it’s now my responsibility to cover $4000 in damages that occurred through no fault of my own, due to faulty parking lot pavement that has since been replaced.

So far a very disappointing experience. Since re-joining before the end of 2021, I've visited eight times on various weekdays, usually between opening and 730a, and weekends between 1p and 4p. Wait to use a lane in the pool has been over 30 minutes all but once. Twice the steamroom has been completely offline. The jets in the hottub have only worked twice out of eight visits. Today, the pool was flagged as closed "until further notice". Asked staff if there was any anticipated time for reopening, as swimming is the only reason I purchased membership; Rep. didn't seem to care or try and find any answer... just said in passing that a part for the heater was broken and could take months to repair/replace, and then walked off. Past that, the towels are tiny and scratchy (walmart black friday bargain bin), and the only scale to weigh yourself is out in the middle of the exercise floor... or so I was told when I asked. Rep couldn't be bothered to show, and frankly the thought of weighing myself out in front of everyone on the exercise floor wasn't very appealing. So far, less than a month back in, and the experience has left me with little more than regret. I'll update further as my membership progresses; Glad I only went with the 6 month package this time around.

Genesis Health Club Westroads is a beautiful facility. Everything looks new and clean. There is a pool tennis courts full basketball court large workout turf area and more. The are cleaning stations and towels to sanitizer the machines. This particular club has like a lounge area as well as a smoothie bar. This so far was our favorite Genesis health club in Omaha. If your in the area it’s worth a visit. If you live near by it’s a good health club to join.

With all the upgrades and the niceness of the interior of this gym the customer service is absolutely abhorrent. My sisters car was broken into at this gym on the one side of the building where there is no cameras. Note this wasn’t the first time they’ve had a break into a car with a smashed windshield. Yet they have no sign or anything to warn customers about this problem. Then just yesterday someone else’s car had been broken into with their window smashed. So don’t expect this location to care about you or your well being cause clearly they won’t even put in the most minimum of efforts to protect their customers. Go somewhere else the lifetime fitness is nearly the same price and actually has customer service.

I originally signed up for membership at the cass location with an employee named Matt. I was told at the time of signing that this was a 14 month contract. I was never given a hard copy of my contract, until today when I went to try and cancel it. I used the membership a handful of times before deciding to not return for the rest of my contract because of how dirty the location was and a lot of the equipment was either broken or missing attachments. A couple months into my contract, a membership add on was added to my account without my knowledge. After noticing this add on, I attempted to cancel the add on 3 separate times before it was finally cancelled. Fast forward to today, I went to the cass location to cancel my membership and was told that my contract was for 18 months and there was no such thing as a 14 month contract. I was told I could go to the Westroads location to dispute the miscommunication with Matt would had originally signed me up. Matt was busy when I arrived to the Westroads location so I talked with Geri, the club manager, who was very rude. She kept interrupting me and simply reading a contract from her computer screen word for word instead of listening to my situation. She told me that my only option was to pay a $100 cancellation fee plus membership fees for the month of October as a 30 day notice. The communication when signing up was very misleading and sneaky. I am highly disappointed with my experience with Genesis Health Club and would not recommend this gym to anyone.

I have been going to the westroads location for over three years now. Now that they have finished what they call upgrades they want me to pay more for a premiere package to be able to work out there. This is also after paying a once a year fee called an enhancement or upgrade fee. Also when me and my wife signed up with club genesis they told us about all these great renovations coming. The reality is that they brought a sub par building and facility up to par. That’s it. It looks nicer and they got the smell out of the locker room.

I pay more than any other gym in town because it is a “premier” gym but there are no extra features compared to the other genesis locations. The shake/smoothie bar is consistently out products (more than 10 times have I not been able to order in the last 6 months). There is no dry sauna. The gym has been open for months but there hasn’t been one installed. So I feel like i am paying for amenities I am not receiving. The worst part of the gym is that it is not 24 hours. I pay an arm and a leg but I can’t work out most days because they close at 9 on weekdays and 6 on weekends.

Where to begin, I have a similar review to the other negative reviews. My membership was frozen during covid while I waited for renovations to be completed. I have been a member for about 8-10yrs. I went back to the gym in 2021, excited to see the renovations and unfreeze my account. I was informed that now it’s a premium club and my fees have doubled. This certainly had never been communicated during the renovation process or anytime at all. I filled out the contract and opted for checking withdrawal for payment. I didn’t have my checking info on me so I told her I would call back later with that info. I thought about it more and decided not to call with my checking info and not to return to the gym. A month later they started charging my credit card they had on file from when my account was froze even though the updated contract didn’t have my approval to charge my card. At no point did I receive a call asking for my checking info. I emailed with some corporate contact who eventually cancelled my account and waived my cancellation fee, I still have that email. I then disputed my credit card charges because I did not authorize card charges on the contract. Today I got a call from the gym telling me I owe them a cancellation fee because I didn’t give a 30 day notice. That is false since then corporate contact I spoke with told me he waived my cancellation fee and “no further payments are do”. I told the gal I talked to today that I have the email if she wants it and she said that the email doesn’t matter. I politely told her I wouldn’t be paying anything since I never returned to the gym after the day I initially went back. She told me they would call me every 2 weeks until I pay a fee that I was told was waived. The gym is fantastic, it’s the management that isn’t.

Customer be warned. Cancelling your membership is a NIGHTMARE. Genesis makes it near impossible to cancel. When you do cancel.. they will continue trying to bill you (for literally years). Countless phone calls to get membership cancelled with corporate.. and 2+ years later Genesis (on behalf of a debt collector in Kansas) is SUING over a couple hundred bucks (they claim are owed) but is somehow now thousands of dollars.
This company is a disgrace. If I could give it less than one star I would. OH.. don't ever tell them the names of friends or family members.. they will call them (FOR YEARS) trying to sign them up.. all the while suing for cancellation fees. F this place.
