HOTWORX is such a fun workout because you’re taking a guided class, but you also get to be in an individual sauna without the pressure of other people working out around you. This studio in particular is very clean and organized, and the staff is super friendly!!

I’ve been at hotworx in LaVista for about 5 months now and I love it! I’ve found it more effective, timely, and cheaper than any past gym membership I’ve had. These sauna workouts offer different variations and always leave me feeling accomplished. This specific location is always very clean and Damien is always very welcoming and friendly as well. The opportunity for reward, the ability to choose anytime to workout, and the community keep me coming back to earn the burn! Would 10000% recommend :)!

I have been to multiple Hotworx studios around Omaha and other cities and this location has been by far the most enjoyable experience, the staff was so helpful , and the saunas and other areas are the cleanest i’ve seen. I would recommend this location to anyone in Omaha

I absolutely love my HOTWORX gym! As part of the 5 AM club, I don’t always get to see the staff, but when I do, they are always so friendly, welcoming, and truly care about the members. Even at those early hours, the energy is positive and motivating.
The gym itself is spotless—always clean, organized, and ready to go, which makes a huge difference when you’re trying to stay consistent and focused. I appreciate the attention to detail and how well everything is maintained.

My husband and I joined few months ago and it has absolutely exceeded our expectations. Busy parents, crazy schedules, we have always made it a priority to ensure we each get to workout. Since joining Hotworx, it’s made it extremely possible to squeeze in a workout inbetween our work schedules and the kids activities schedules. The staff is always helpful and welcoming. We really like that it’s a clean and non-judgmental environment. I love how easy it is to schedule class and the privacy of the saunas and the variety of workouts.

I am a member of the La Vista location and love it so much! It’s so easy to schedule and it’s a really well kept non-judgmental environment. The staff is really nice and are always there is you need something! Regarding the classes, I personally love the Pilates and Hot Buns, but have tried other ones as well!
Definitely recommend if you’re on the edge!
