I have tried lots of gyms and Hotworx is by far the best! I love the benefits of the sauna and the fact that you have 24 hr access makes it so easy to workout whenever I have time. The membership is 100% worth the price. Hotworx is the only reason I consistently workout!

I have called so many times at least 10 a day trying to get ahold of them for some questions about the place for a friend who also tried to call. Not one answer ever. Whenever I've gone in there it is not busy at all and staff is just on their phone, so I know that they dont do much. Should be able to at least answer one of the 10+ calls I've made.

** Updated: Howorx has resolved the issue after this review, offering the complete refunds and a sincere apology. ** I signed up for the three day trial. I was told I wouldn’t be charged unless I signed up for membership. I didn’t sign anything and yet I am still getting charged, monthly. It’s been 6 months and I can barely get anyone to text or call me back. Pretty frustrating.

HotWorx has re-inspired me to work out again. After a few years of struggling to take care of myself, they opened this gym near my work and I gave it a chance. I am so glad I did! Everyone who works there is so kind and welcoming and helpful. I often come from work and need to change and be in the sauna in less than 5 minutes and many times they have put out my mat, towel, and bands without me asking at all! Not only are they kind and caring, I always feel comfortable and at home which is not always the reality for me at a gym.

Wow! What an experience! No hassle account set-up. The staff shows you how to use everything and makes sure all the equipment and rooms are clean no matter what! Very kind people make you feel welcome and comfortable no matter what the reason you go there is. The manager has helped me multiple times and always solves problems before they occur. Can’t wait to make this a routine!

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE HOTWORX DOWNTOWN!!! It’s so convenient when I come into town to get a quick workout in while I stay in the Haymarket. The facility is always clean and beautiful! Emily helped me with my membership and she was so nice and made sure I understood how everything worked. She welcomes me EVERY TIME she see’s me!! 5 stars for customer service, 5 stars for cleanliness of facility and 5 stars for location. Honestly this is the BEST Hotworx in Nebraska hands down!

The customer service is fantastic! I recently just purchased the detox pills to help supplement my diet and exercise and it was amazing! The GM checked in daily since she was doing it too, we had our own little group chat! I love love all of the support from this location!

Not sure why this location doesn't have more reviews. I've personally never enjoyed working out, stepping into gyms, or disciplined myself to do anything more than a long walk. Ever since I joined here...I've felt welcomed, encouraged, like I found my second home, and motivated to be healthier. I absolutely love the staff!! Emily and Juliet have not only been so accommodating ...they have became my friends. I get to workout with my friends, enjoy the private space without feeling judged and experience the full service here! When I'm running late they put out my mat and towel, have kept my dinner chilled, & even checked on my well being when I wasn't feeling good. If you want a gym that isn't the typical gym then I highly recommend joining Hotworx!
