It was all good till I tried to cancel my membership. They are never around and when I finally did get a person at the gym they told me to send an email to have it cancelled. They never responded to my emails and continued to charge me. The app makes it easy to update your payment info, but not to retract your payment information. This experience has crushed any chance of me coming back as I cannot trust them to stop taking payments when I ask.

It's very hot and muggy during the summer in the Gretna location. Thermostat is usually set at 74°. Turn it down.
Also the gym needs more 45lb plates. It's not fun carrying plates halfway across the gym to use on a machine.

I would say it’s a little pricey but it’s not much different than other gyms for a month membership maybe even cheaper in some cases, it also has a plethora of machines and 24/7 cannot beat this place

When you get great customer service - you should share. Thank you Steve Lerner with Iron Heaven who helped me get short term memberships for my boys who are home for the holidays. They have great options and very reasonable rates for day, two week or month memberships. Nice gift to give too. And he couldn’t have been quicker or nicer to help. Never doubt there are Lots of good people in our world and he’s one of them.

I love Ironheaven and typically go to the Gretna location. Love that I get to come in, get the job done, and head out. Equipment is available and not over crowded.

Great gym if you want to lift and not just socialize. I've been a member at 24-hour fitness, Genesis, West O Fitness, and Anytime Fitness. In comparison, those gyms have a lot of people that just go to socialize and maybe lift a bit, which is totally fine, and I like that aspect, too. But Iron Heaven seems to be more for people that are there to lift first and talk later.
It's got the iron weights, and there is something sweet about that metal clang sound when loading a barbell.
There is a lot of equipment, but I would like to see more bench press benches.
So far, every time I've gone it's not been too busy and I've been able to get on everything I needed.

Solid garage style feeling gym! I've only attended the Gretna Location so far but I don't have any complaints. Staff seems friendly enough, plenty of equipment, and it never feels over crowded even at 3pm.

Iron heaven offers a hardcore, get to work mentality, while at the same time still can be friendly. Easily the most judgement free zone I’ve been in. The equipment is top of the line, and I’ve never had a problem with it or the amount of people there. The staff are friendly and the management is real, raw, and honest in the best way. I’m always comparing other gyms to iron heaven and how the other gyms could do xyz to meet the standard that iron heaven sets. Best gym I’ve ever been a part of.

My wife was a member and I did a drop in session and we cancelled the next day. There is a particular personal trainer that was extremely rude during my drop in session and the gym is always overrun with high school students messing around. We moved to different gym.

I've worked out at all 3 locations. This is my favorite location. It's the furthest one from where I live, but with the drive. However, all the locations are awesome! I love the size of the gym, and the different kinds of machines. They have more of the machines I like to use.

The reason Gretna is my favorite, is because of the layout. The layout makes you feel like you have a lot of space. I'm extremely shy and have social anxiety in large crowds. But even when it's busy, I feel like I have enough personal space to feel comfortable.

Brand New Gym opened up 5 min away from my place and I decided stopped by. Amazing Gym, Brand new equipment. Went around 1pm and there were only 7 people working out, basically had the free-weight section to myself. Got a chest/back workout in and then prepaid a 6 month membership... its an awesome place
