Variety of equipment and a good space. Members are nice, staff is a hit or miss. I tried to get a drink from the vending machine and it got stuck. Was told “just shake it” maybe if it’s a regular occurrence to have to beat the vending machine to get your drink put a warning sign on it? I would’ve rather not gotten the drink lol. The other time the screen on the assault treadmill wasn’t working so I told an employee and it didn’t get fixed either but maybe it’s just permanently down? Either way better communication would be appreciated but overall very much a bro vibe so I felt like it wasn’t the best fit for me as a lady lol.

If you try to cancel your membership they will try to scam at least one month of gym fee. They will tell you to inform at least one week before but the time of cancellation it becomes 3 weeks. Pure Scam. Planet fitness has everything they have and more. better go for places like that

This place was great when it first opened. The staff is very nice, but the gym has gotten overcrowded. It's difficult to get a workout done quickly because other members "own" the equipment for a long time, and some will leave gym bags and water bottles there while they socialize elsewhere.

Moreover, it's incredibly hot in the upstairs area (and hot in the gym in general) and the lack of airflow often makes for a smelly experience.

I might come back to this gym if they open a new location to better distribute the members, but it's just not a great experience anymore.

Great equipment, great people and environment for the most part. Some safety issues for women, have had issues with stalking/harassment and being recorded. Have reported to management with no follow up. For a 24 hr gym that is mostly unstaffed, I wish they would do more to ensure memeber safety.

Great gym with amazing equipment diversity. I personally sought out a gym in the Omaha area that would give me more than just the basics to work out with. The staff are fun to talk to. The cost of gym membership is about what you'd expect. Not too pricey, but not planet fitness cheap either. I enjoyed their personal training services as well. A little pricey, but the knowledge/expertise are worth it. The gym might seem like it caters more towards serious lifters and... that's probably true, but it's definitely welcoming to all skill levels. The gym members are a pretty friendly bunch as well. Easy to get along with and ask for assistance when needed.

My home away from home. I use the Stonegate location in the early am and have never loved a gym more. The owners are almost always there and willing to help even though they aren't "working". Most of the members know their way around just as well and can help with a spot or work you in on a machine if they are using it. Truly has changed the way I feel about the fitness and gyms in general. I read a review talking about groups of people standing around machines at night...yeah if you visit any gym at the BUSIEST time of the day you may have to ask to get on a machine. Would recommend to anyone from casual gym user to body builder.

Bought a day pass since I'm looking for a new gym. This place is awesome there is no shortage of equipment to use and they have tons of machines that your average commercial gym won't have. The atmosphere feels like your there to make yourself better. It didn't feel over crowded with how many people were there (about 15) and the lay out makes it easy to flow through your workout. The people were nice and made it easy to work in or around them. I do recommend bringing a hand towel if you sweat easy.

This gym isn't that great. There's a guy who comes here every night late at night who makes laps around the gym and stares at everyone. He's loud and will fake lifting to seem like he belongs. People hog machines and equipment even if you ask. This guy sat at a machine for 1 hour without moving and I couldn't work out. Very glad I only did a short term membership.

It's a decent gym but isn't visitor friendly. The hours for getting a pass to check it out are silly (I'm not going to pay for a gym I havent even seen so i like to see it firstbefore purchasing a pass in case it turns out to be small and cramped like one of the other locations that i visited IN PERSON but left because it didn'thave what I needed). I paid $15 for a day pass and wanted to get 2 weeks instead and they wanted me to pay $50 (An EXTRA $35 on top of what i had JUST paid so thats $50) . No thank you. This gym can do whatever they want because there really isn't much competition. Hopefully Omaha opens a better crunch fitness or something else.

Recently moved to Omaha. I checked out multiple Genesis locations plus planet fitness. This gym is top tier, the environment is cool, the equipment is great! Genesis is overpriced and will try to screw you over with a year long contract. I rated this place 4 stars because theirs always room for improvement, one being a newer water bottle filler it’s kind of Janky lol. If your serious about lifting. This is the place for you!

it very much reminds me of deployment... the equipment, the flags, the lets get down to business when you walk in the door. about the only thing that i can suggest is to have some sort of way to purchase shirts, pre-workout, post-workout powders using your barcode... for those of us who come at non-staffed times... otherwise it reminds me too much of being married... you can look, but you cant touch... part of the reasons some of us go here... aside from that... this place is killer.. the music is spot on for times you forget your headphones... the leg stations are awesome... definitely worth not hitting the snooze button while everyone else is asleep...

I was extremely nervous about going to gym with a reputation of spitting out amazing results. I'm 119lbs and am clearly not an expert. I was getting really bad anxiety even thinking about going in and being made fun of like other gyms (PF). But when I tell you it was the exact opposite! For the most part people just mind their own business. No one is there to show off or judge anyone. If you don't know what you're doing ask anyone and they'll gladly take a moment to show you. Hell I was even introduced to several other people who would gladly help me out if I needed it.

If you are looking for a gym that has no judgements no stupid rules about drinking out of water jugs or having your gym bag with you this is your gym! This gym is far from lacking in equipment and knowledgeable staff. Love this place!!!

If you are looking for a strongman/bodybuilding focused gym at a fair price, this is the place for you! They have everything you'll need from squat racks to bands.

The management is top notch and will take all inquiries seriously! If there is equipment that you would like to see, just ask! This isn't a globo-gym.. it's family owned and operated so you will be supporting a local business!

Love lifting here! By far my favorite gym. The sign up process was quick and easy, staff and gym goers are friendly and welcoming. With it being open 24 hours, the times my husband and I like to go are late in the day and early a.m. and it's rarely busy at those times. Even when we have gone during the busy hours, we were able to complete our workout with every machine we use being available. There is a lot of space and machines. The gym is good, but their service is horrible. My husband deployed back in September and he went in before he left and spoke with them about putting his membership on hold. They said ok. It is now February and they continue to charge him monthly. He has called and sent them emails. They have responded a few times saying they will refund him and stop charging, but they have not refunded him and they continue to charge him monthly.

Update: After making this review they reached out to me to fix the problem. They immediately refunded me the charges since September and have told me the account is now on hold. I have added a star to the review because they were very responsive after writing a review, but I still wish it had to come to me writing the review to get refunded.
My husband did want me to add that if you enjoy lifting heavy and functional fitness this gym is great for it.

Such an amazing gym with great people to match! If you’re new to the gym or a seasoned bodybuilder you will feel at home & welcomed. Everyone is willing to help out, family type vibes.

The equipment is new & advanced but if your wanting more they have a board of suggestions you can write on. I will say leg day at the new location is sure to leave you walking out like Bambi. Couldn’t ask for more!

Fantastic amount of variety in terms of both machines and free weights.A very clean and well kept environment with access to showers, water fountains, and a cardio studio on site. Added benefit of having the rexius nutrition warehouse on site makes buying supplements much easier and more convenient. Friendly staff and clientele is sure to make you feel at home while working out. Extremely excited for the expansion of the North gym.

This gym is a place where anyone can come to get a workout in, no matter if you're a competitor like myself or just someone who likes to stay in shape. The staff and owners at Iron Heaven listen to their members needs and are always bringing in new equipment or making updates to the facilities!

Filthy, unsafe, unprofessional, and steroid-infused. They will trick you (like me) into joining after giving you a free one day pass in which they will be the nicest people on the planet, followed by incessantly pestering you, disrespecting you, and stealing your equipment. I’m not just talking about other members, THESE ARE THE OWNERS THAT ARE TREATING MEMBERS THIS WAY.

Don’t bother wearing nice clothes here, they will get filthy and greasy after sitting on a single bench. Also be careful of that bench; it may not hold up.

The Gym staff is amazing, knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming at both locations.
You can tell they all live the lifestyle, it's nice to go into a gym and see a fit staff on hand. Both locations are Equipped with everything you need for any workout.

The sheer amount of variety is impressive. I have shoulder issues and they have machines/bars that I can use to work around it. Since they do have a member cap, there aren't typically more than 5 - 8 people in the gym with you so you never get in each others way

Joined this gym a week ago and my sister and i have hit a new plateau and feel like we are training again on a serious level for the first time in a long time. You shoukd have a clue on what your doing before joining this gym as its hardcore, but also pretty friendly once they warm up to you.

Good gym. They have all of th equipment you need and none of the extra stuff that just takes up space. It’s probably the only gym in Omaha with dumbbells all the way up to 180lb(not that I need them that big). I like the music and the 250 member cap.
