Wow! It was 8 years ago that I posted my last review. I'm still going, been there off and on since the early 80's. Yup, still love it. I'm older now and some days my body says "Woah! you need to take it a little easy today". That's what's so wonderful about this health plan. If your body says I'm ready for a high energy class DO IT! If one day your body says, take it down a notch, LISTEN to it. I don't know a single person in class that judges another but I do know we all look forward to our classes and our social time. The best is any age can do the movements whether it is high impact or low impact the movements are the same so it's your choice on how your body feels that day. Come join us for a class, we would love to have you and I bet many people will introduce themselves and welcome you! I am moving up in age and found this information online. It is so true!

When I started Jazzercise I did different class times and different instructors which I loved! Things changed in my life and now I start my weekday mornings with the 5:30 AM class every day with an early morning Saturday class and I love my workouts! I have always loved to dance and get a total body workout doing something I enjoy. It's ME time, yay! I've made so many friends and going to any of the numerous class times you always feel welcome and a part of the group.

I have been going to Jazzercise for 30 some years with a few occasional breaks but always returning to Jazzercise. I like that I can always do a low impact version of the routine. I also love going to my Jazzercise senior class. I am so glad they offer that class. I have gotten to meet so many new friends over the years. Instructors and other Jazzercisers have become like a second family. It is so good for me mentally and physically!

Cardio, pilates, dance, strength, stretching and FRIENDS all in one workout. Grand Island Jazzercise has the best instructors and the location is convenient. As a woman it's a great touchpoint with friends who hold you accountable, care when you aren't there and lift you up through the ups and downs of life. I'm not a dancer and it took me a month to catch on as this type of workout was new to me. It's been 6 1/2 years since I first worked up the nerve to take a class. I wish I would have tried it sooner!

Love the different classes so far in a week I have done Express, Dance Mixx, Flip Fusion, Strength 30, Interval Dance Mixx, Strenght 60 so you can see there is a variety of workouts and wonderful instructors for all.

This is one of the best ways to work out. You get to exercise and have fun at the same time. I started Jazzercise in December 2016 and it only took one class and I was hooked. The instructors are absolutely wonderful and I've enjoyed getting to know many of the people that attend classes. Ill never go to a regular gym again.

Grand Island Jazzercise is a great place to exercise, workout, and have fun with friends. Very welcoming environment with a variety of routines and types of classes. I appreciate that they have resistance tubes, free weights, and exercise balls available to use. Instructors do a great job offering alternative moves also.
