I had the pleasure of participating in my first Ariel Sound Bath class with JeriLyn and Anne. It was so amazing! It was relaxing and let my mind and body take me to a place that I don’t think I have been to ever before. Breathing, relaxing in the hammock and focusing on the sounds was a delightful experience. I will definitely be joining the both of you again.

I’ve been blessed to have several great yoga teachers throughout my decades-long practice, but there’s truly something special about Jerilyn. She puts so much thought and intention behind her classes, and the student experience shows it. Her home space is exactly how you’d think her home space would be: warm, inviting, comfortable, with attention to every detail.

If you're reading this, then you’re considering it. And if you’re considering it, just do it. Your body, mind, and soul will thank you!

I have done yoga for 15 years and this was by far one of the most transformative experiences I’ve had! There’s nothing else like this in Omaha. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself!

Jerilyn and Ella hosted a wonderful Ariel yoga class for a small group of us to celebrate a birthday. The studio space was welcoming, well stocked with props and blankets, very clean and smelled lovely. The positions we were able to sink into through use of the aerial hammock was unlike anything I’ve attained through other forms of yoga. The breath work and time to relax and truly restore was a much needed break for the whole self. Will definitely be back with more guests and recommend it to anyone else!
