We've been at Lifestrokes for about a year. Jenna, Yar, and Carly are gems. My kids learn floating, swimming, AND safety in the water. The instructors use age appropriate songs and language during class. They smile, make learning into play, and actually challenge the students every class. I see improvement in skills every week. Additional instructors are on land for extra water safety, easing my 'Mama Bear' anxiety. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you for making this life skill an activity my children look forward to every week.

I visited this establishment for the first time today. I was there supporting a dear friend and her son. What a great facility and program! The genuine and wonderful interaction displayed by the staff with the children was amazing! As evidenced by the beautiful laughs and smiles upon the children's faces!

Life Strokes is hands-down the best! It’s wonderful to see the progress being made with your children when you stick with it and follow through my daughter is now 4 and we’ve been doing it since she was 1 1/2. Such great staff! Jean is so welcoming friendly and always helping out comforting a child ect. Yar not only lights up the room when she smiles, She it is so kind and patient she truly takes these kids in with open arms and is so attentive with them. And last, but not least Miss cadence She is a way to watch with these kids and has such a fun personality you can tell the kids are eager to learn! Thank all of you, ladies for everything that you do and if you’re wondering if this is a good fit for you, check them out I promise you won’t be disappointed! ♥️

My daughter (mila) has been taking swim lessons at Lifestrokes for the past year.. and my only regret, is not enrolling her sooner! We love LifeSTROKES! We tried swimming lessons at another facility one time and my son didn't really get much out of them. Then we found LifeSTROKES. We've been coming every week for almost a year now. My son has progressed a ton every week. He loves the teachers he's had in his classes and now we've started my daughter in the baby and parent class and she loves it too. So happy to be a part of the LifeSTROKES family. Everyone is so welcoming and kind - the staff and the other parents too.

We are so grateful for the patience and grace the instructors show. Our youngest started lessons at 6 months and had a really hard time with going underwater, it took until he was 13 months before he stopped screaming and crying at every lesson. However, the staff worked with us through it, and still made sure he learned the skills. Both my kids LOVE going to swim!

We absolutely LOVE LifeStrokes! We started our daughter at 6 months and it is amazing how much more comfortable it makes me feel, to see how comfortable and calm she is in the water. With our busy schedule we can really only do one session a year and it is incredible how much she retained from 6 to 18 months. I have to give a lot of credit to their teaching style! 100/100 recommend!

LifeSTROKES has been really great so far. My child started lessons for the first time at around 26 months and Ms. Jessica was fantastic in the parent/child class. I loved being able to participate in my child's learning and she was so helpful in easing us into the process since we started at a later age than most other students. We've now graduated to the independent class and Miss Carley has also been great. She seems to really enjoy teaching young kids and mine looks forward to going to see her every week.

We are so impressed by the whole Lifestrokes family! All of the staff is incredible working with the kids, and both of my children look forward to their classes and have excelled in the last few months we’ve been going. We spend a lot of time around swimming pools, and I am so confident now that my toddlers could safely make it to the side & pull themselves out of the water if they ever accidentally fell in due to the diligence of their instructors.
Jessica and the rest of the staff keep their building incredibly clean, social distanced, and follow all of the recommendations provided by the health department. I feel extremely safe watching my toddlers in the lobby & entrusting them to the care of their instructors. Thank you Lifestrokes for excellent lessons to the Lincoln area! We are thankful for you!

My daughter loves taking swimming lessons here. She's been taking lessons for 4 years and each session has been great. She loves seeing Ms. Jana every week and she has learned a lot. The lessons are high quality lessons. The teachers do a great job with the kids. The class sizes are limited to 4 students which helps keep the students engaged. The quality of the lessons and staff is 5 stars!

The reason they do not get a 5 star review from me is because of their decision not to enforce the mask mandate. This is odd to me considering they could be cited for this. My daughter has a compromise immune system and their choice, and the choice of the 1 mother who refuses to wear a mask, puts her health at risk. I spoke with them about my concerns and accommodations were made however, requiring masks as most businesses do - as well as customers following the mandate as they should - would be far simpler for everyone.

Our whole family loves Lifestrokes!!!! Our oldest started at 8months old and is 8 years old now. He knows how to do the Front stroke, back stroke and is working on the Breast stroke. It's a huge relief to know they were properly trained when we go to any body of water. All the instructors and amazing and the owner is fantastic!! We recommend them to everyone we know.

LifeSTROKES swim school has provided a wonderful swim experience for our family. My sons have all attended and loved their swimming lessons. We just completed lessons for my youngest two. Both have commented on different occasions how they have enjoyed their “really nice teacher” and the warm pool temperature. The facility is very clean and classes are well organized. Even with this challenging Covid situation, I watched the LifeSTROKES staff continuously cleaning pool equipment (i.e. pool noodles and the like) wiping down door handles as well as all the seats in the parent waiting area. When lessons were done each day the kids were brought back to waiting parents via a back hallway to provide the additional “social distance” suggested due to Covid. It felt great to have my kiddos back in lessons!

Even with the mea culpa put out today, although I can only find it direct from what was sent by text, it is not acknowledged on their website or Facebook, I do not trust this business any further. They mention a full refund, but have no timeline for that. I feel from the poor handling of the situation and complete cut off of communication, this business should not earn your trust either.

Every single one of these ladies are incredible at what they do! Miss Jessica, Miss Jana and Miss Mikeyla have all been amazing with my little boy since 6 months old. We had a rough transition to independent lessons and these ladies went out of their way to help us and make my boy feel safe and happy in the water! He loves coming to swimming now! Both my family and my child care center utilizes LifeSTROKES for their swimming lessons. Our experiences have always been nothing short of exceptional. It's amazing how quickly the children progress! The instructors ensure their students are having fun, while always emphasizing safety. What an incredible place! My son had participated in swim lessons somewhere else and was still anxious around water. Within two lessons at Lifestrokes, my son was looking forward to his swim lessons and begging me to take him to the pool!
