Recently went to a birthday party at my gym and it had so many fun things for the kiddos to do. Was very disappointed with how the staff talked to children. Their tone of voice and facial expressions were very rude/unkind, like they forgot they are speaking to children. They looked as if they would rather be anywhere else.

We LOVE MyGym! My kids have always enjoyed the camps & PNO. We had my sons 4th birthday party there this year & it was THEE CUTEST thing I have ever seen. The kiddos had a BLAST! Marian & her staff are AWESOME!

I’m highly disappointed with my experience at My Gym Lincoln, especially after having positive experiences with My Gym locations in other cities. We decided to try the Parents’ Night Out event to see if it would be a fun fit for our family. Unfortunately, this visit was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish.

I registered online but was surprised to find that unless you already have a card on file, there’s no option to pay online; you have to call in. In 2025, this is already a huge inconvenience. The bigger issue is that they never answer the phone.

I received a call on Monday asking for payment, but I was driving and asked if I could call back. I called back on Wednesday and followed up with three separate voicemails on different days. I also sent a text via the number feature listed on the website. I never received a single response. In total, I called five times and only skipped leaving a voicemail twice because I assumed any reputable business would have responded to at least one of the earlier messages.

When I arrived for the event on Friday and explained everything, I was met with a blunt, "If you didn't pay within 24 hours, you don’t have a spot." I calmly explained the situation,that I’d been trying to pay and never got a response, and was met with inconsistent responses. First, I was told they never heard back from me. Then, it was that I didn’t call until Wednesday. Then, they claimed they had left me a voicemail (which I never received). I have no missed calls, no voicemails, and certainly no returned messages.

Despite all this, there was zero apology, zero accountability, and no effort to assist me. No offer to register for a future session, no kindness, no solution,just a cold dismissal.

If you’ve had a great experience here, I’m truly happy for you. But mine was unacceptable, and I wouldn’t feel confident recommending this location to anyone. I expected a family-oriented business to value communication and customer care. Sadly, that was not the case here.

OMG my grandkiddos love this place! How lucky are they to have a fun and lively place to get them moving and learn new skills-both social and physical in a friendly and safe environment. Wish they had a My Gym when I was growing up

We went here for a birthday party. The kids seemed to like it all right. The lady running it is really abrasive and seems kind of unkind for running a kids place, like both of my kids mentioned it when we left.

My Gym was awesome! Had our 4 year old's birthday party here yesterday and the facilities were perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind. They were amazing with all the kids as well. Highly recommend.

We were so impressed w MyGym today! We booked it for my daughters 3rd birthday- it was clean, they were on top of making it the best experience for the kids, constantly switching up activities to keep them all entertained. They took care of everything- cleaning up, serving the food, cutting the cake, a happy birthday song. It was just a great experience and we can’t wait to go back!

Ms. Marian is so good with the kids and my daughter absolutely loves Saturday mornings with her mygym friends! When we started tinytikes in Aug 2020, my daughter hated swings and now she gets so excited when the swings come out! 🙂 All the kids have so much fun each week!

We LOVE My Gym!! It’s has been a highlight of my kids’ week for several years! The owner/teacher is fabulous as well as kind, fun, energetic, and genuine! The facility is always clean and organized. The class has taught my kids valuable skills, socialization, and has given them unique experiences! I am so grateful for this gym. Give it a try! I really do not think you will regret it! There is often a free class to try it out. Seriously, I can’t say enough!
