Marsha is the perfect combination of energy and gentle spiritedness, and it shows in her teaching. Well-trained, highly experienced, and very knowledgeable, Marsha leads her classes with committed intention, but never takes herself too seriously. She gives us a variety of practices so keeps things interesting - never boring! She's a treasure, to be sure.

Marsha is a wonderful instructor. I’m a person who has never been very flexible. I’m doing Yoga because of Marsha. I believe in the practice of mindfulness. The sessions always combine mindfulness along with the Yoga poses. I keep going to the sessions and little, I’m becoming more flexible and confident. I highly recommend MYOGA!
