I joined Wellbound 3 weeks ago and have just done classes which cover things such as cardiac, balance, total body, bones and strength training. Being geared for seniors/boomers , Wellbound was perfect for me. The trainers are super friendly and knowledgeable. They also have gym equipment for personalized training as well.

Never thought exercise could be so much fun, and have such positive results. Michelle and her staff have developed diversified workout plans geared towards the senior population. This is not your everyday fitness center. The groups are unique, playful, and FUN.They offer so many options related to strength, balance and agility. The staff and patrons are all so welcoming! It is a facility we look forward to going to at least 4 times a week.

Get place and great people helping those that may not feel comfortable in a traditional gym. The equipment and classes are great for people trying to maintain and improve their body.

There is no better place for a personalized approach to helping seniors/boomers attain or retain a level of functioning that promotes independence. I recommend this to any who are concerned that thru inactivity they could become confined. Plus, you have the benefit of interaction with others in your own age group, not young healthy athletes!
