About the Club

My name is Sam Lowe and I am a personal trainer at Omaha Barbell. I have been a trainer in the Omaha area for a little over 5 years. I specialize in losing body fat, building muscle, and getting stronger. I offer individual training sessions, workout programs, and assist with nutritional needs.

I have been training with Sam for 9 months, when I started with Sam I told him my goals, he created a plan to reach my goals, and we succeeded. Sam is professional, competent and truly wishes to facilitate reaching your fitness goals. No better expenditure of money in my experience. Don’t let your age be a barrier to weight training, I’m 75.

I have been training with Sam for over a year now, and this has exceeded all my expectations. This was my first time using a personal trainer and it has been a great experience so far! Sam is very professional and really tailors the program to my needs. He keeps the program changing so that it doesn’t get boring, which is great.
