Wonderful OTF Location! Visiting Omaha and was able to attend this OrangeTheory three times.
So appreciate the early AM classes, even around the July 4th holiday.
Studio was exceptionally clean, and the equipment was well maintained. Front desk staff was very friendly, especially Tino, as were the members of this location.
Huge shoutout to Ben - he is an incredibly engaging Coach, and made everyone in the class feel awesome. He injected personality, kept us motivated, and made the class go by quickly.
Highly recommend this OrangeTheory - great workout, fast calorie burn, and awesome members and staff. Take a class coached by Ben!

I have been going to this location regularly for over three months now, so the staff knows me. Today, I was 6 minutes late for the morning class and was denied entry. They informed me that there’s a policy on late arrivals, but I had never been told about it before. I politely asked if they could make an exception, as it was my first time being 6-min late and I hadn’t been made aware of the rule. However, the staff member declined, saying that I had agreed to it when I joined. I believe it would have been fairer if she would shown some flexibility and compassion and allowed me to join the class this once.

I have been a member now for over 8 years, since this location opened. I have never found a workout I have been able to stick to and continue to enjoy. It keeps me engaged and I enjoy going. I give it 4 stars vs 5 because you better be a really good planner when booking classes as you are not given much flexibility, if any on making changes within a certain window of time.

Seriously the worse experience! If you are 5mins late they won't let you into class. Ask them to cancel my membership and Savannah front desk manager was super rude to me about receiving a refund. She said not until I provided a doctor note.

I've been a customer for I don't even know how long now. Probably over 6 years and was completely treated like garbage. I won't be going back. Not only that but I've had more than 3 people join the gym cause I introduced them to OTF.

Now I have to go for an entire month of classes that I'd much rather not go to.

I have been going for 5 years now and love it! I go 3-4x/would and I am never disappointed with the workout. They always have something thing new each time I attend (but does tend to repeat the 2nd half of the month). The music is always loud and upbeat to keep you moving! The trainers are great, Matt and Jalen always keep the classes entertaining! My only gripe is not able to warm up or stretch in the gym before class, I miss it and I feel more muscular sore after class.

I've been a runner most of my life and competed on a collegiate level. So running was my go to workout. As I matured (aged ), I noticed I was gaining weight and losing muscle mass. So I tried OTF and was hooked immediately. I've been part of this program for 6 years and can't think of a better way to stay healthy, both physically and mentally. TBH, this one hour is the best hour spent to clear my mind while sweating away my calories. The best part...my hubby joined and our workouts have become our us time!

I’ve been into health and fitness my whole life and OTF has been a game changer for me. What I like:

β€’The workouts are always different so you don’t get bored or feel like it’s repetitive
β€’Community is amazing and I’ve made some great new friends
β€’Based off your personal heart rate to determine your zones which can be recalibrated as your fitness levels change
β€’Huge variety of times so I have no excuse to not go between jobs, kids, and appts. 5am is my jam.
β€’Great outlet to get out of the house into a different environment for working out with no interruptions
β€’The best endorphin boost for mental clarity
β€’Sets fun benchmarks and challenges as opportunities to grow stronger and faster
β€’Probably the most important: it does not matter what size or shape or strength or pace you are at. Sure it can feel intimidating trying something new but you quickly realize it is self-paced. You aren’t trying to keep up with anyone but yourself and no one is watching to see where you’re at. This is far from an elitist group and I love seeing people from all different walks of life at different points of their fitness journeys.

In 3 months I have lost 20lbs and 11% body fat. My BMI went from overweight to healthy and my goal is to maintain that. I have 5 kids under the age of 5 and want to be a good role model for them, and for any moms out there that pregnancy and motherhood is not an excuse to become unhealthy or sedentary!

Each and every workout is unique. You leave knowing you got a great workout and the coaches ensure you leave everything on the floor/tread/rower. I love that the coaches show you how to execute the floor blocks and there is also a monitor that continuously shows the exercises - these are incredibly helpful tools for someone with no lifting experience. West O's Orange Theory is one of the best places around. When I joined in Augustish of 2018 I was running around an 8 minute mile. By January I was completing over 2 miles in 12 minutes and I did no additional training beyond what was taught in class. The staff and coaches here are all excellent people who listen. The coaches are extremely informative, helpful and supportive. Because of OT I am running in the Lincoln marathon that I hope to finish in under 3hr 30mn. Before OT I would have had a hard time finishing a 5k in general. I cannot suggest OT, especially the West O location, enough to anybody.

Additionally if you get the unlimited, you truly can go as often as you want/can. I went to somewhere betwwen 10 to 12 classes a week. It's equivalent to what I received in personal training sessions, but for a far lesser price overall.

I reall loved these workouts, but you have to schedule your classes in advance with their online app. Unless you are able to schedule your weekly workouts at least 5 to 7 days in advance, the evening classes and weekend classes are always full and on a waitlist. I have a hectic work schedule and there was no flexibility for me to, for example, cancel a Monday workout when I had to work late and reschedule for Tuesday, because the Tuesday classes are already full. It was very frustrating, and when I talked to the manager there about it, her suggestion was to just show up and MAYBE there would be room if someone else didn't show up.

I didn't know I had to arive a half hour early. I was called to ask to reschedule my first visit to convenience them. Then, when I got their I couldn't work out because I didn't arive early when I was not informed. Obviously, they didn't want my money. That's ok there are better places in town.

I fell in love with OTF after trying a free class in April. Every hour I spend in this place is precious "me" time. I have only taken classes with Katie and Jeremy, but they are both wonderful. Katie taught the first class that I took and she was so thorough in explaining the format and equipment before class, that I felt totally comfortable right out of the gate. After attending classes regularly for a month or two, it became much more about a sense of community. Recently joined at this location and I love it! I went to class daily because it is addicting. The staff is super informative, friendly, and professional. The instructors stress the importance of all the exercises and challenge you to β€œpush” and beat your personal best. The variety of workouts target all areas of the body and instructors help demonstrate the proper form for all exercises. There is never the same workout back to back. I never know what to expect until I walk through the door. The music is upbeat, the group atmosphere is positive and supportive, and the afterburn is real!

I just joined Orange Theory Fitness and so far I love it. It is a great workout and the instructors are extremely helpful. I have a lot of upper body pain (chronic pain/extreme tension of my neck, traps, upper back and nerve injuries in both arms) and the instructors have helped me modify the exercises. I recommend OTF for anyone who wants to rev up their workout routine!

Orange Theory West Omaha is by far the best in the metro. (I drive 23 miles just to come to this location) All the coaches are awesome, they take the time to explain the workout, ensure you meet your goals, and most importantly are fun while doing so.
