I have been coming to Perfect Fit Fitness for a little over one year and love it! Some days it is hard to stay motivated but Luke does a great job at encouraging you and keeping you moving in a positive way. I am pleased with my increased strength and balance which is important as I age.

I’ve been a member of Perfect Fit Fitness since summer of 2020. Love my morning workouts! Luke has a great energy and is always switching our workouts up so we stay challenged. I went through shoulder surgery during this time as well and Luke was great about modifying workouts to meet my rehab needs and keep me safe, yet active during the healing process. Enjoy the vibe here and hitting up PFF is my favorite way to start the day.

I highly recommend checking out Perfect Fit Fitness if you're looking to improve your health and fitness! Luke creates unique workouts for each day, so it never gets dull or boring. Luke is a great trainer and a super nice guy! I had been searching for a gym to join so I did a couple of free trials at Perfect Fit Fitness. So glad I did! Luke keeps the workouts challenging, you do a different workout every day, class size is small and everyone is so friendly, you can go at your own pace, very clean facility, etc. I highly recommend Luke and PFF if you’re new to fitness or if you’re just looking to join a different gym!

Luke has created a positive, welcoming environment for all fitness levels. With his semi-private classes, you get the benefit of receiving his direction with the dynamic experience of a group setting. If you are looking for a trainer to hold you accountable, trust that he will message you if you're missing a session! (But always in a light-hearted manner.) P.S. part of the fun is giving him a hard time about how many reps he wants you to do.

I LOVE working out at Perfect Fit Fitness and, thanks to Luke, *finally* understand why people wear shirts that say "The gym is my happy place." Luke is a talented trainer and tailors each workout to my abilities. He also strikes the perfect balance between being patient and kind while still pushing me to do my best. Some of the things I love most about PFF include: small class size (just the right size to motivate me with accountability to my friends while allowing for personal attention from Luke), new workouts every day, flexible class times (Luke is always willing to let me arrive early or late or change up my workout day on short notice, and cleanliness (Luke keeps the place pristine)! I love working out at Perfect Fit Fitness. Luke does a fantastic job of making something quite intimidating seem attainable. Most big box gyms come with the fear of people watching you work out, judging you for what you can and cannot do - this doesn't happen here. Luke provides an atmosphere that actually makes working out seem comfortable, and he does a great job of pushing you beyond what you thought were possible. While it may suck in the moment, it's incredible in the long run. On top of that, he provides nutrition guides. They say you can't work off a bad diet. Luke does a great job of working with you to determine the best nutrition options to help you achieve your goals. Between the nutrition guidance and the support in the gym, Luke has the solution to weight loss issues pretty dialed in.

I started with Luke on 11/08/2017. Have always been the type of guy who tries to do it himself. Luke has made me feel stronger and better than I have in a very long time. This has all occurred in a few short months. Luke is great to work with and extremely versed in his field.
