They should set an example by taking care of the gym equipment. Two kids were stepping on and dirtying the weight plates. One of them is a worker there, and they took the weight plates from where I was doing my exercises without permission. They wanted to put more on their floor. Respect is earned when you give it.

I like the value of the black card membership. The tanning and RLT are good and would be worth the price if that's all I used the membership for. Machines are good and have adequate weight. Would be nice if there were a few more free weights and if dumbells went up to 100 pounds. Other then that the gym is very clean and equipment is good and well maintained. Staff is also very friendly and easy to approach

I love our planet fitness. Management is fabulous, wonderful, accommodating, understanding, very helpful and at the same time maintain her professionalism as a manager. The employees r so nice and willing to correct any troubles and best of all every one of them have a sense of humor. Making me smile is worth everything. Such a shame... a nice gym like the PF in Fremont is being changed by poor management. Some long time staff and gym members are leaving because of the unethical behavior by management. Judgements set aside...I don't even feel safe there anymore. I and others have reported factual events. Hopefully, cooperate will address the seriousness of the concerns.

Things like massages, hydro massage, and massage chairs, coupled with the tanning beds for some much needed sun in the winter. Refused to cancel my membership after in person request , refused to return calls on why it wasn't canceled, moved out of state so I can't physically go in since I don't live near one. Tried requesting a refund but again they refuse to call back. So I'm contacting a attorney and they will deal with corporate on the matter. DO NOT SIGN UP HERE ITS A SCAM. IVE PAID FOR YEARS EVEN WHEN I WASNT ABLE TO GO. NOW when I want out they refuse to do so. ! You would think weekends would have longer hours. Closing at 7pm on a Saturday is ridiculous. New member to this facility and no one offered to explain equipment. The last planet fitness I was A part of offered a tour and how each machine worked. Both The two times I have Been the employees just stand up front, I never See cleaning being done. When asking questions the answers were very short, and I felt As if I was a burden by the body language and tone. If you don’t like your job find a new one. It’s simple. I’ll continue to attend and go as much as possible, but attitudes, body language and laziness need to change or I’ll find a different gym to go to.

I switched from Omaha to Fremont. Their service here is not the greatest. In Omaha, they took me around to all the equipment and explained anything we wanted to know. Here, they just let you figure it out. There was always someone at the Omaha gym that was cleaning, but here I have not seen that yet. When speaking the personal, they are polite and very helpful.

This is the second problem I have had with PF in Fremont, the first time it was rude employees when I was updating my payment information. I decided to give it a second chance. I have always been a black card member but only go there to tan. They had a flood over Christmas. I asked to put my membership on hold until the tan beds were fixed which I was told 2 to 3 months. I was told they only put on hold for medical reasons. However I could drop to a regular membership until it was fixed, but when I upgraded, I would have to pay the more expensive joiner fee again. Which I just paid in November. No working with me at all. I just canceled. I will tan somewhere else with better customer service.

I have never in my life been treated so horribly by a business, let alone 1 person. A little while back I had some problems with my payment and while I paid it as soon as I found out then planet fitness charged me double. I called Cori about the situation and it took a few times before it was fixed but Cori was very rude during the whole process. He made me feel horrible about myself and that he assumed I had no money, which that was not the situation. Unfortunately this happens every month with my payment and ABC has tried to fix it as well as I have tried to fix it also but it always ends up that I have to call the next day and make the payment. That’s not the point here though, the point is ever since that happened with Cori when I walk into the Fremont club he does not greet me he looks at me and says what do you need, and when I leave he just watches me walk out the door and does not say thank you or anything else. I switched my home club to Omaha and I’m glad I did because I’ve never felt more uncomfortable at a place than I do at this planet fitness. He used to be very kind to me until that happened, and as I am on a budget I can’t afford for Planet Fitness to come out of my account two or three times at a time. The only reason I tan in Fremont once in a while is when I can’t make it to Omaha otherwise I would never go there again and I just cringe when I walk in and have to see his face.

Love this place. The staff is really nice. Only been a member for over a month have been loving it. The 3 stars are over the hours change. I am really sad they are cutting the hours way back. 10pm is not very late and they close super early on the weekends. I can understand not being staffed 24/7. Have you considered adding 24/7 as an add on, or as part of the black card? I know lots of places have 24/7 but are not staffed 24/7.

I’ve gone in on a couple of weekends and there’s a kid named Adle or something. It’s a weird name. He’s always watching tv on his phone behind the desk and not paying attention when I need help. He also yells at customers as they leave or come in. If I see he’s there I won’t go in. The rest of the people who work there are nice. Just him, he’s very rude

I have been going to this gym since it was built and I never before had any issues until new management.
I do not feel comfortable while knowing the new manager stares unprofessionaly at women, he talks behind members backs in front of other members. The gym is no longer clean, mold in showers. I had issues with billing and instead of the manager being professional and respectful he argued with me lied about refunding money. It is sad that I no longer enjoy myself in my gym because of this.

I love this gym! They do such a great job keeping it clean. Constantly wiping down equipment, locker rooms and even cleaning underneath the treadmills on a regular basis. The staff is always so very welcoming and friendly. I personally haven’t had to use Joe for personal training, but he has given me tips and recommendations whenever I’ve asked. And it looks like his clients really enjoy him because they always come back! Very knowledgeable and really knows his stuff! And I absolutely love having the hydromassage after some of the workouts. Just a great asset to Fremont!

Been going to this gym for a year now. They must have a new policy this year of hounding members about closing time and they rush you out the door as soon as closing time hits. Other places don't do this, like restaurants, but apparently it is ok to do this to people who pay a fee every month. Quality has gone down since the new year started.

It is as advertised! Always clean, the staff are very positive, the equipment is nice and there are plenty of them to choose from. I have never had to wait for a machine. It is the perfect gym for someone trying to achieve better fitness. There are a few limitations that would not make it ideal for serious bodybuilders, power-lifters and cross-fitters. There are no free barbells, just smith machines. The dumbbells only go up to 75 pounds and there are no wall ball stations, rubberized plates or pull-up stations. Other than that, it has everything an average person needs to improve their fitness.
