Update. I’m not sure what has happened but since Jay left it’s been not great at night. This is the 3rd time in a row I’ve come in to tan and standing around 20+ minutes before the person working finally helps me. Tonight I actually just left for a different location cause they were no where to be found. It sucks because this location was my favorite and super close to my house. But this extra standing around waiting or searching the entire gym several times to get a tanning bed is getting ridiculous.

Got a black card membership! Absolutely love going! They are very friendly! Love the atmosphere 🙂 lots of machines! I got the black card to be able to go to different locations, which is very convenient for me. I also love the spa and the tanning that goes with that membership! 😁 Very happy!

Im a black card member i like the atmosphere young and old .workout and kind smiles you receive when checking in and help when I have had trouble opening up my locker equipment clean athletic equipment is pretty accessible well maintained Hydro bed and chair are great after a workout bathrooms very clean always smells fresh have accessible water and beverage machines thank you.

Yes, I used to be a client of planet fitness and have not been in there since April. They are now trying to charge me $31.07 and I haven’t even been there this Jim is probably the worst gym in Omaha, especially for seniors, I would absolutely try to find a different one to go to you get charged for things that you don’t even have access to really get this some thought and there is nobody else that you can call besides that location no regional office phone number no corporate phone number. What kind of business are they running?

Showers are usually nasty around the edges, but staff does clean... sometimes.
50 weird machines no one uses and like 4 benches that are always full, also males having to wear a shirt in a gym , thats nonsense, i got a pile of sweat soaked shirts stinking up my laundry for no reason, you gotta spray and wipe it down when done anyways, and how are these mini tank tops with nipples out better?
No instructions on turning on tan beds, light therapy, massage or any other machine, if it wasnt for a few of the staff, id say 1 star honestly, im not impressed with the black card features much

I usually recommend friends and family to come to this Planet Fitness addy because it has been a great environment with excellent employees. However, after my experience last night, my perspective has changed. An employee named David made inappropriate sexual harassment comments toward me, which made me extremely uncomfortable. While I was working out, he repeatedly invaded my personal space and tried to engage me in conversation, even though I was clearly focused on exercising. He also attempted to hug me and was making inappropriate facial expressions, further adding to my discomfort.
This type of behavior is unprofessional, unacceptable, and makes the gym feel unsafe. This needs to be addressed by the management team I did address him on multiple occasions that he was making me uncomfortable but this didn’t stop him .This is a continuous thing he does

I have been a regular at this location for over a year now and have struggled finding something to complain about. The team members on night shift have been very helpful, caring, and genuine. Everyday i see Jay greeting customers with a smile and signing regulars in himself so that they can focus on their workout and ending/starting their day on a great note. I feel a sense of community and am very glad i chose North 90th as my go to spot for a lift or a great convo.
