Amber at the front desk did a great job helping me with my member services. She was busy but still took the time (30 mins) to help resolve an issue I had with my account. She was very polite and patient and knowledgeable enough to fix a problem when the other employee working there basically told me to go online and “figure it out myself”. I’ve been a Planet Fitness member for 10 yrs and was planning to cancel but with Amber’s help today, I am reconsidering and planning to stay longer. Thank you Amber!

Was charged a late fee even though my bank account information was correct. Called PF on maple and spoke with Marcus who told me “it doesn’t matter who you talk too, no one will give you your money back.” Emailed the manager with no response. Even provided proof that my information was correct. So basically my money was stolen from me & I am being told there’s no way to get it back. I will be cancelling.

Make sure they don't keep charging you after canceling membership.** It's impossible trying to get a refund from them, even after they confirmed that a refund is due. They give you the runaround and don't respond to emails or calls. I'm still waiting for 130 refund that was confirmed over a year ago.

So I was in on Tuesday. 5/20/2025 and 3 of the major network channels I was not able the listen to while on treadmills and elypticals. I thought maybe it was just the 1 or 2 treadmills but I experienced this on all. Can management look into this and correct this ? I've been coming to this location for almost 2 years now, I've lost over 100lbs, and I'm here 5 days a week for 2 hours straight. With that said what kind of gym removes the scales from the locker rooms? That's such a brain dead plan to inact. Hey we want people to come here to get in shape and lose weight, no egos we got you ..oh btw we're getting rid of the 1 thing that can legitimately track your progress. I spoke with the attendant and she told me that the group who owns the gym made the decision as a cost cutting measure. How does removing two scales from a locker room save money? I'd love to hear the logic on this. It's so utterly stupid

Brad was absolutely great. He's a gem in a pile of waste of a business. He composed himself better than the regional manager even could. I would recommend if you need to speak with a planet fitness employee you speak with Brad.
