The gym equipment is good, has a very good assisted pull up and dip machine which is good on the days you want to use it. But the only thing is that it is literally impossible to get into the place without knowing someone who goes there already. You don't even get the prices of the membership until you are in there which you can't walk in without an access card. This is fundamentally flawed, even calling ahead to the place doesn't work because they don't answer. Still once you do get into the place the people there are very nice. The one exception is the owner of the place. She is never there and when she is there she is extremely rude and will ask for your card in the middle of your set. But hey at least the place is 24 hour I guess. Just go to york it's not worth it.
Edit: No need to worry our feelings aren't hurt we go to york to work because they take our money upfront. As for the card you claim we "Stole" that card was in the bucket in front of the place. We called ahead using the phone number twice with no answer so we assumed that everyone got their cards from in front of the place and we would have to pay when we got inside. So no i did not just go up to somebody and steal their card. When you came by us we assumed that you would make us pay for a month, we did not know the card was someone else's considering we didn't get "Caught" until 3 weeks later. We wanted to pay for a membership when you came by but you told us "Out the door dinosaur" and "You're lucky i dont call the police". Sorry we weren't aware that a misunderstanding was gonna warrant the police. It would not surprise me in the slightest that other people have gotten in the same situation because apparently we need to go to some facebook page with a number that doesn't get answered and book a whole appointment just to get into a gym. Apologies to whoever's card that was it was very unfortunate. And as a said before just go to york it's cheap and has more things to offer including not having to book an appointment 😂

Excellent local gym. Nice work out room with full mirrors. Good amount of free weights and wide variety of lifting and cardio equipment. It is so convenient that it is 24 hour access. It allows me to go workout when I have time or just need to burn off energy.

This gym is just okay. I have not been to many gyms to compare, but I'm not incredibly impressed. Once you finally get in touch with someone you can get access to a key fob with a monthly plan. It can take a while to get a response. Only place to find prices is Facebook. Staff directs you to Facebook rather than tell you costs. So check their page. Most equipment is in good shape and easy to use. The lights in the place are motion activated and turn off fairly often as the sensor doesn't pick you up when working out. You have to stop working out and walk around to get the lights to kick back on.

To address the owners comment after a year of this comment being up. My family member had a membership and we paid an extra monthly fee to get an add on person. This was a positive thing offered but it took approximately 1-2 weeks for the staff to get a second access card to us.
