When I walked he in he called me a pussy and made me feel bad for being poor. (considering that he knew my wife died). When I said i’d pay after he called me slurs and told me to leave right now. I would give this place a negative if I could.

Tried to make me pay $60 when walking into the gym. After I refused he said that I have bigger problems that boxing can’t fix. He then continually cussed me out as I tried to get my card back and leave. He record my car when I was driving away. If I could give negative stars I would.

Truly a top notch gym. My son is a boxer from a gym in Kearney. My daughter has been wanting to try it. We walked into Southside about 2 weeks ago and I was impressed from the start. The coach has created an environment where kids of all ages are welcome, encouraged, and safe. My son joined her last night and you never would have known he competes with these guys. They welcomed him into their gym immediately. My daughter has struggled with anxiety and depression for years. In just 2 weeks I've seen her completely come out of her shell, she looks forward to her training every day. The cost is beyond reasonable. They are NOT in this for the money. That's clear. They do this to change lives and it shows. I can't say enough good things about Southside!!
