Worked out here since I was in the 5th grade. Glad I did too! The trainers are really nice and get to know you on a personal level as well. The equipment is high quality and the space is well kept. The owner Nate is also my personal trainer! He’s a great guy and knows his stuff. He’s able to pinpoint what workout works what muscle and how that affects other muscles/ lifts. 5/5 would recommend.

Tiger Strength & Wellness is my favorite place to spend Saturday mornings working on building strength and endurance with a group. Nate curates great workouts that are both challenging and fun. He's invested in his clients and is super knowledgeable on all things fitness. The gym has an excellent atmosphere!

I’ve worked out at Tiger for over 10 years. Nate West is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and motivating. Nate sets goals that are both challenging and achievable. He keeps a close eye on form to ensure safe and efficient training. The workouts are always changing and adapting to my needs. Even though I have been working out with him for many years, he always keeps workouts fun and challenging so that it never feels repetitive or boring. Tiger is a great place to work out. It's an open and inviting space, always kept very clean, and is never crowded. Nate is constantly upgrading or adding equipment to meet clients’ needs. In addition to personal training, I attend small group classes at Tiger. They are also excellent! Even in a group, Nate prioritizes each individual client, so much so that it feels like another personal training session. I could not recommend him and Tiger more!

Mummy:
Nate West was my trainer at Tiger fitness for around 5 years, I believe from eighth grade to graduating high school. As a competitive swimmer, strength training is a very important part of seeing success in the pool, and Tiger has helped me in so many ways. I won six individual state championships in high school and I credit Nate and Tiger to a lot of that success. When I first started training at Tiger under Nate, I was much weaker, uncoordinated, and not quite sure how to properly strength-train. Nate helped me gain lots of strength, find coordination, and taught me how to set reasonable goals and actively work to attain those goals. Currently, I am a top D1 swimmer at a top 5 school in the nation, hoping to earn national titles. When I talk with younger swimmers in the Lincoln area, I always recommend Tiger for them. Nate helps build success and great character, I can’t recommend Tiger highly enough.

I have been working with Nate West for two years. I first met with Nate after dislocating my knee. Through his customized programming, he has helped me not only recover but also, he has helped me gain more confidence and strength. In the sport of golf specifically, I have always had a decent amount of power. Since working with Nate, I have increased my strength, which has led to more of a controlled and effortless power. My body and muscle awareness has improved as well. We also have a lot of fun during our workouts and I know he cares about my progress and me as a person.

Tiger Strength & Wellness is a wonderful small gym/training facility! I have been working with Jon as my trainer for a few years now, and followed him to Tiger as a continued client from another gym. Tiger is clean, has great equipment, and everyone is so kind. Nate is also a wonderful resource and is always looking to improve the space! Though I have no desire to be a performance athlete, Jon has helped me build strength in functional movements, be more confident in my workouts, and knows when to push me or pull back (or remind me to take a water break!). Moreover, Jon helps keep me consistent and has lots of ideas for mobility, struggle points and how to balance out some trouble areas and works with me on different goals I identify from both a fitness and wellness perspective. Highly recommend!

I have been a Tiger client for a very long time now, and I credit Nate/Tiger as the mastermind behind me achieving, and exceeding, my fitness and athletic goals. Nate has helped me get to some incredible highs--three ultimate frisbee world championship competitions and the training program for the US Skeleton Team--and been there for the lowest of lows--an ACL recovery.

The folks at Tiger know when to push hard and when to tone things down. Since my default setting is always to go 100%, I really appreciate having an expert help guide me on the days when going all out is not the healthiest or safest choice.

Nate and the Tiger team care about their clients. They develop training plans devoted to your specific goals and use their vast educational knowledge and experiences as high-level athletes themselves (Nate was a Division 1 swimmer) to fine-tune the program to your specific life stage and activities.

At Tiger Strength & Wellness, you'll find passionate people that care about you as an athlete and as a person and can keep you accountable while making the workouts enjoyable. The gym is constantly being upgraded with new and unique equipment, so there's always something new to look forward to.

I cannot recommend Nate and Tiger Strength & Wellness enough.

Nate West, my personal trainer at Tiger Strength and Wellness, has been transformative in my fitness journey. I cannot overstate the impact he has had on me. Nate has been instrumental in helping me conquer challenges such as 29029 Everesting, Spartan Race, Hyrox, and The Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim, while also achieving several personal bests in lifting and running.
