Mike does exceptional work with athletes, preparing them for the skills relevant to their sport and motivating them to become faster and stronger! After lifting with Mike for years while playing club volleyball in high school, I felt prepared for lifting while continuing to play in college. Mike is seriously one of the best trainers I’ve been to. I spent majority of my time in late middle school and high school working with him and he does an excellent job of teaching us discipline and I couldn’t be more thankful for that. I have never in my life been able to do a pull up. Even assisted, they were difficult and I had succumbed to the fact that pull ups were just never in the cards for this mom-bod sportin' 37 year old. I called Mike and began training with him twice a week for an hour at a time. Mike was patient and created a training program that would help me reach my fitness goals. Not long after working out with Mike, I was able to do 50 pull ups!!!! While I will admit, they were modified, but I still did it. Thanks to Mike and his expertise, I reached a goal I didn't think was achievable. I would definitely recommend Mike to help you along your athletic/fitness journey.
