I visited Upgrade Performance yesterday for a Dexa body scan to determine my body fat percentage. It was an easy process and every question I had was answered. I'm finally taking measures to improve my health and this visit really gave me more determination than ever. The owners are great people and the gym is state of the art. Very nice gym with great stuff. 9 months ago when I started getting myself into shape, I didn't even know what a DexaScan was, but I had my first one today. Quick, easy and very affordable I would recommend UPGRADE to anyone looking to get this done; it seems like an excellent tool to track progress and make sure you're losing fat and not just weight. Being able to split the 4 pack deal with another person was very convenient.

I’ve been a member since the day they opened. I love the gym and the equipment. I feel safe coming to the gym early in the morning since it’s secured entry. The staff is amazing and very helpful. They also have IV services and getting a DEXA has been helpful with knowing my body composition. They have also added a sauna.

I joined Upgrade about 3 weeks ago and absolutely love it! The workout program was set up based on my DEXA scan and the overall results I'm wanting to achieve, which has been working great. The staff is very helpful & friendly and the atmosphere is laid back and completely Unintimidating. The equipment is also available to use 24hrs a day. So glad I was able to get a Dexa scan when I visited Omaha, it is so hard to find a Dexa scan to get accurate insight to visceral fat etc. Love that they care enough to allow you to see what is going on internally! Stopping in again next time I’m in Omaha!

I decided to make a visit for an IV treatment after a bout of the “stomach flu.” My body was depleted and needed a serious boost of vitamins and minerals. The staff was awesome. Lisa is great, and Ben - the owner - spent some time chatting as well. They explained everything, down to little details of how the Fast IV might feel at the end. I left there feeling great and am looking forward to a good night sleep tonight!

My wife and I received a DEXA scan from them and had a wonderful experience. They got us scheduled the day after calling in and were right on time. They took the time to fully explain what the findings meant and to answer all my questions (I had a lot of questions and they were so kind even though I put them behind). I have gone to Upgrade several times over the last year. As a member, I was always greeted with friendly professionalism. Later on, as a participant in their Body Transformation Challenge, I always felt so welcome by all the staff.
I love the Egym equipment and all the different training programs it has. I like that it is personalized to each individual and goal based. Just scan your band and do your workouts. It tracks your progress too, so easy!
I enjoy their therapeutic IVs. My favorite is the immunity boost. I love how that with the fast vitamin makes me feel.
Upgrade is a unique and incredible facility. I tell so many people to check out their services.

Upgrade has changed the way I view health. When I was working out at a traditional gym I found myself gravitating only to the cardio machines. At the gym I wasn't sure what muscles to lift on what days or even how much weight to use and how to titration that weight. Now, I do far less cardio and focus on strength training which has improved my coordination, flexibility and confidence.

Upgrade egym equipment takes all the guess work out of lifting weights. The machines are programmed to my body and remember the weight I train at, where I'm at in my training program and when I should strength test again to constantly keep me challenged and increase my performance. It takes all the intimidation out of strength training and gives me a workout where I achieve serious calorie burn and am exhausted. I am so glad that I found Upgrade!

Absolutely phenomenal facility! Resistance training equipment is state of the art, offering dynamic resistance (courtesy of magnetism), customized routines based on personal goals! Super clean and comfortable throughout the facility, very approachable and helpful staff. They also offer DEXA scans, IV treatments, coaching, and peptide protocols! Highly recommended!

I haven't had a chance to use the fitness portion of the facility as I live out of town, but hope to figure a way in the future. However, I did get a DEXA scan and bone mineral density during their grand opening and plan to repeat to assess my progress over the year. I recently recovered from the Vid and went in for an IV Immunity infusion and Fast Vitamin push. The next day, I felt absolutely amazing - with energy to actually clean my house!! Lisa, the Nurse Practitioner was awesome and very skilled with IV's. Facility is very aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and quiet...something you don't find in big box fitness gyms. All staff are genuinely interested in member fitness and progress - not just selling "stuff".

experience!! I came in for a Dexa scan which was great! Last minute I decided to try an IV since I had been feeling under the weather recently….it was pure magic!! I felt a difference almost immediately and by that same evening felt the best I had in 2 weeks!!

Had the Dexa body composition scan with Jamie last week and immediately scheduled a fitness consult with Ben & had my first workout today.
