DIRTY
Here’s how my trial day went at Vasa: Upon entry nobody wanted to help me to scan my free 3 day trial. Gentle who finally helped me scanned my barcode and didn’t say a word. I was little confused but whatever. I mostly came to try out the pool, the entrance was all the way in the back through the locker room and you have to scan your membership, it was my first day so I wasn’t sure how it worked so I went asked how to the pool access worked and the gentleman said “I can’t help you but he can” after asking me how can i help you. so after throwing his co worker under the bus his co worker again just scanned the barcode handed me a paper without saying a word and quickly walking away. I had to stop him and ask him how to enter which he gave me quick crappy explanation on instead of showing me. The service was whatever but what made really decide not to get a membership was how well maintained the locker room was. there was 3x the amount of workers there than there is at Planet Fitness but non of them were cleaning. The floors had dirt marks everywhere and hair, Even the benches to sit and change were covered in dirt and hair. The lockers as well full of hair and grime. Meanwhile there was about 6 workers standing up front chatting. Sucks this gym is new and just opened near me was hoping to switch over.

Facilities are all new and in great condition. It’s kept clean. Staff are a mix, from very friendly and professional, to ones that seem to not really care about working there to outright rude.

Went for a free trial. Pros- they have a lot to choose from, I like that they have a spa, sauna, and pool. Cons- they don’t have tanning, and not once did I see anyone wiping down equipment, nor was there any cleaning supplies available for us to do so after we are done using the equipment. Ew.

This place is a joke. Good luck getting anything done at the actual gym if you need assistance with your membership or payments. They tell you to call their corporate office who also couldn't do anything to help. You have to wait days for an automated text message system. Lots of other gyms to choose from, don't waste your money at this one.

All New! Great staff. Nice equipment. Full circle fitness.. massage chairs, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and cold plunge for recovery.. Memberships pricing isn’t over the top.. want classes they got em.. don’t pass up on the opportunity to check this place out.

Horrible, customer service upon entering the facility I was with my 13 year old son. I have a valid fitness membership, so I’m able to try different VASAs, I tried the Bellevue location with my son and they denied him entry, he doesn’t even lift weights and rarely comes in….so I’m not able to shoot basketball with him? Instead of guest pass or any kinda of help, you just wanna deny entry…even tho he would need a guardian because of his age, how embarrassing and whack the carefree of that staff ill never go to the BELLEVUE LOCATION

BEWARE!!!!
First and most notable thing, they do not have any control over billing and they send you to "VASA Corporate" to make any changes. You will sit on the phone for 30-60 minutes before getting to talk to a person. "Corporate" which is Paramount Fitness, will claim that they are not VASA and have limited control and they will send you back to talk to the club. Took me almost a week of back and forth.

DO NOT SIGN ANY PERSONAL TRAINING CONTRACTS:
Notably they do not go over the information in the contract, my training wasn't even in the system and they spent 20 minutes trying to get through each of the screens just to turn it around and have me sign it. I asked 3 o 4 times if I could cancel after my 3 free lesson and the training said yes and assured that isn't a problem. This is not factual once you find someone who gives you the correct information. You in fact only have 3 days after signing to cancel the personal training contract, not 3 days after the free sessions 3 days after you sign. Since the employees are not training enough to work the computers more time was spent blinding telling me that I could cancel while bumbling around with the computer.

The facilities are great and the cost on the membership is great. If you are looking for a place to workout at a good cost with tons of a equipment and amenities go for it. If you have not clue on how to get started working out, find a more reliable place to get personal training.

Went there for a tour of the facility and I was very impressed. The facility the equipment, the spacious layouts was adequate. Even with the amounts of people there, it didn't seem crowded.

overall good gym, but i think it could be better placements of things. 1) better placements of disinfectant wipes. 2) have decline bench over by the turf (for abs). 3) lastly, more straight bars for cables (there’s only 1).

Best gym in the area for the cost. Much better amenities and equipment variety than planet fitness. Cheaper and nicer than Bob's. On the same playing field as Genesis, except much nicer staff and clientele.

Fantastic facility, really well laid out. Love the space for functional fitness and the recovery options alone makes the Studio Level worth. Would really like to have an actual pull up bar rather than just handles at the top of the racks but overall impressed.

Went in for a tour today. VASA is clean. Organized. So many amenities! Did not hesitate to start my membership right then and there. Pool, basketball and recovery are a bonus that you dint find at other local gyms. Would recommend forsure

I really enjoy my yoga classes, they help me so much. Since I am a chemotherapy patient, I find that doing Deep stretch and Restore yoga classes have really helped improve my balance and reduce my pain and anxiety. I would encourage everyone to try these classes, Riannon my yoga instructor is especially good. I usually go on Saturday mornings and if I, a chemotherapy patient, can docit anyone can! Try it! 🙂🧘‍♀️👍
