GymAbout the Club
Daily workout consist of a warm up and the WOD (workout of the day). The WOD is varied day to day. It will focus on different combinations of all aspects of fitness. (Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, Accuracy, Durability, and Mental Fortitude). All WODs can be scaled to meet all individual fitness levels.

Had an awesome experience dropping in. Great equipment and amazingly helpful staff. I went in just to work on my own stuff, and the staff offered to help with what I was doing and were extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.

I was in Lincoln for 2 months and was looking for a regular gym to stay active during summer. I've never done crossfit in my life but saw this gym and felt interested in trying it. It was the best decision! Usually I'm not disciplined enough to keep myself motivated to exercise, but having different workouts everyday was exciting. Also, the people that go to this gym are the best. Since day 1, I was hearing "you got this!" (although I knew I didn't 😂). And the staff was really supportive all the time (Matt, Heather, Diane, Jim, and Book (adorable dog)). They were always checking that I had correct postures and felt comfortable with exercises and weights. I'm definitely going to miss this place when I leave!

Had a great drop-in experience at this gym! Coaches were welcoming, encouraging, and helpful. The vibe was laid-back and low-key—just like my home gym! The place was well-equipped, easy to find, and the amount of instruction was just right. Matt was responsive—within minutes—of my inquiry. Will definitely be back next time I am in Lincoln!

Matt, the owner, was very welcoming. I travel a lot for work and contacted him early afternoon to drop in this evening. He was very quick to respond. He let me hang out for the class workout and gave me the option to do extra work on my own. I would definitely recommend dropping in and will return the next time I'm in town. Thanks again!

I was visiting Lincoln during the 2024 CrossFit Open, and dropped in one morning to Wolfbone Fitness to check it out. The owner, Matt, said he would open early that Friday to allow me to do 24.2 for the Open. We stayed in touch via text, and when I showed up at our set time, he was ready and all set up for me. He counted, kept my score, cheered me on-and even took photos for me for my gym at home. A huge thank you to Matt-for his support. I’ll go back for sure-a solid experience and great workout, too.

I loved going to Wolfbone Fitness. It was helpful having a workout preplanned for you as well as a trainer to help improve your form. The workout can be modified to your abilities. You can get a great workout in without having to spend hours at the gym. I always looked forward to going and enjoyed the variety of the workouts. I saw an improvement in my cardio and muscle mass in only a few months. This is a great gym.

Wolfbone Fitness is a great place to get fit. Great variety of workouts and the owner Matt does a great job getting you where you need to be and showing you all of the lifts, etc. He will also go at your pace. give it a try. you will not regret it!

If you are looking for a niche gym with ownership always on hand to lead and help with workouts, Wolfbone is a great place to stay fit, test and improve athletic performance. The workouts are challenging for sure, but if you enjoy working out “hard” this is a great place to come. I never dread coming to do the workouts with Matt and the group of like minded athletes at the gym.

I’ve worked out there for about 7 years. Only left because I moved away. Great downtown location, even though it’s not a very large gym it is still spacious. The owner and trainers are very knowledgeable and have a lot of cool and fun events throughout the year. Highly recommend it!

I started my CrossFit journey with the Owner/Coach Matt at Wolfbone. He worked with me as a beginner at age 55
and I’m still doing it 7 years later. He was instrumental in teaching me the basics which has led to a life transformation. Great community of people who have heart for fitness, fellowship and fun!

Convenient location for out of town visitors. Workouts were good but they were not explain and coaches didn't make sure everyone knew the movements. The usual crossfit community also wasn't there.

Nice, rustic atmosphere to exercise in. The owner/personal trainer is extremely knowledgeable about all relevant topics. He provides a great intro for beginners and plenty of challenges for experienced clients.
