Overall pretty dingy and old. Everything is a little grimy and not a satisfying atmosphere at all. Staff were friendly but amenities are in desperate need of replacement or refurbishment.

It has most of the stuff you’d need, but there are only two squat racks. One is a power rack, and the other is a open face angled rack with very short height pins. Couldn’t find a dip belt and the pull-up bar wasn’t high enough either (I’m only 6 feet tall).

Would recommend trying to find another place to workout if possible. Though it could be worse I suppose.

In my opinion, the best gyms are the loctions that have a good amount of newer and older equipment. Some may call certain machines "outdated." A majority.of the best equipment are the older ones. As long as the machines have had proper maintenance throught the years......Call them outdated but never out performed.

Great staff super accommodating and friendly. I came down to Henderson for work and they found a great deal for 1 week of membership. Lots of equipment and weights. Ambience music could use a little boost.

I love the 24 fitness on Craig Rd but my first experience at the green valley location wasnt very welcoming.
I dont want to pull the race card but the energy towards me wasnt very helpful nor was it inviting. I felt as if I was a nuisance. I did not work out and left and will be going to the Craig location.

The experience I had with their customer service team here makes me wish I had never set foot into a 24 Hour Fitness. If I could I would give them negative 5 star. I called them to cancel my membership because I was moving and was told that I needed to come in to cancel. I stopped in on 6/3/19 and signed some paperwork and was told their manager Toni will close the account by 6/7 at the latest and all further recurring charges will be cancelled. I called on 6/7 to verify everything was processed but the gentleman on the phone told me they are on top of it and will take care of it by end of the day. About two weeks later I looked at my card statement to find out there are more charges even thought my account is closed. I called their corporate customer support and was told that the only thing they see is that my account was that it closed on 6/16. I told the rep I signed papers to cancel it on 6/3 and the staff promised they were on top of it and would be canceled on 6/7 at the latest. The rep told me there were no such notes in the system for my cancelation and started arguing with me about this situation. I asked for a manager and he said they don't have a manager in the office and that he will escalate this to the manager and I will receive a call in the next 3-5 days. Now it's been a week since that call with no follow up. I have never experienced such horrible customer service and straight up being lied to by their staff that they will do something and never follow through with it. I'm not sure if lying to their customers is just their business model here or acceptable behavior by their management. Looking at some other reviews looks like it is pretty common staff behavior here.

I would highly recommend staying as far away as possible from this company. I'm pretty sure there are other gyms out there that will be very happy to take your business and treat you with respect.

They are thieves. Canceled my membership in January and they have charged me every month since then. Talked to General manager Chris who stated he saw notes detailing how I canceled. Promised to call me back and never did. Called corporate waited on hold for 32 minutes. Corporate said they had to "Escalate " back to the cite. That's not escalating its de-escalation. Going backwards. Now a week later still no word from corporate. Crooks, liars. DO NOT DO AUTO PAY WITH THIS GYM. They will steal your money. Still waiting on a call from ANYONE about my money.

VERY friendly staff. Ample variety of equipment and not overcrowded. This isn't my home gym, and the equipment is older, but it has an old school feel that I like - no screens on the treadmills, no fancy machines. I deducted a star because while the equipment is functional, I found broken collars and a bent barbell which can be dangerous. Overall, it's a solid gym though and I'll visit again when I'm in town.

Staff is always hospitable at this location. Cool people overall from front desk to manager to trainers. One problem with this gym is the faulty equipment and how outdated the facilities machines are. Just feels like a museum when im there..full of old relics lol. Besides that. Its a great place to avoid large groups of people

Kinda of torn, I really want to keep this location a Secret. Just slightly off the beaten path very clean the equipment is older but very well maintained I like it because they have ample free weights and equipment that I recognize from my youth. Although there's no swimming and Spa at this location it's quite lovely and the staff is very friendly and doesn't ever seem to be overcrowded.

I prefer to work out at this 24 Hour Fitness gym although I have two that are closer. It is less frenzied, the music is not overly loud, and there are two comfortable stretch areas, where you can stretch and not feel like you are in a goldfish pond. There isn't usually a wait for machines, but the elliptical machines are in need of some maintenance

Been coming here for a year after moving from SoCal with a Super Sport membership. This is the better facility around the Henderson area. Friendly staff and members and there is always space and equipment available.

I love this Gym!
The weight room is awesome, is never full always easy to get around and get my workout done. Staff are very friendly, and are always there to help me out. I taken one of their body pump class, man my shoulders and legs were sore the next day jeez lol. Beyond that, gym has tons of free weights and nautilus equipment to keep you happy. Also has variety of classes to choose from.

This isn't my normal gym, but I came here because their Kids Club was open when my normal gym wasn't. It's a small facility, but the staff is great. Super friendly. They answered my questions and even offered a tour when I told them I hadn't been there. Small, but good for Active gym. My daughter can't stop talking about how much she loved playing with their new kids club person. We may just have to come by more often.
