Where to start? I've been to 24 hour fitness locations in 5 different states so far, but this was easily the worst location I've been to. The equipment is terribly outdated. There was a sign on the front door saying that the gym had been recently remodeled, but nothing looked new. Broken equipment everywhere, weight selector pins were missing, and everything was greasy and grimey. This was at 10 o'clock in the morning. The music selection was some awful mix of 80's pop songs and generic dance beats.

The locker rooms are another story altogether. As soon as you walk in, your senses are assaulted with the smell of raw sewage and old sweaty socks. I understand that this is a gym, and people get sweaty, but every other location I've been to has been able to keep the locker room smelling normal. There was urine all over the floor, and one urinal filled to the brim with urine that someone had placed a clear garbage bag over, maybe in some half hearted attempt to contain it? I would never come back to this gym, and you shouldn't either.

Pool was dirty, cold and cloudy. I could only see the line under me which means to see the end I had to look up out of the water. I couldn't do my laps as fast as I normally do. I left after seeing a giant hairball floating at the bottom of my lane.

The people at the gym are very unprofessional I got the membership that included the towel service the front desk never offer it, they are more busy talking socializing that taking care of you, and don't event try to complaint the manager cover for the reps plus make sure when you cancel to take your time and make sure that they do it most of the time they lie and you have to call the call center and trust me is really a pain

Best location in Las Vegas, if I have time to get here it is always my first choice. There is a very large selection of equipment here both free weights and machines. I have never seen this location crowded in about 20 visits over the years at all hours of the day and days per week. It is the only 24 Hour Fitness in Las Vegas where I can get a good workout. There are multiple Smith Machines, squat racks, leg presses, etc in this location which is more then the single of each the location on Tropicana has.

When I first moved out here 5 years ago it was okay but not like the clubs I was used to in california. Today it's a ghetto operation. A lot of the equipment is down or doesn't work right. I don't know how many times I've been on a treadmill and had to stop because it wasn't working right. The lockers are filthy. I'm not a neat freak but it really ticks me off to work out someplace with a locker room that looks like a homeless shelter and having to then wear clothes that are smelly and filthy the rest of the day. I know those lockers are not cleaned every day. I doubt they clean them once a week.

I would have changed a long time ago if it wasn't for the location. The dues are way cheaper elsewhere. For the money it would be cheaper down the street at one of the city gyms and they seem to run better and actually offer classes.

The staff is brain dead. Don't bother asking why the crap music is playing too loud or why 3 flat screens are set to the same channel and you can't get sound on any of them. Don't bother asking why there are 6 treadmills free (only ones available) and why they won't turn on.

The staff seems only concerned about check in. It requires a ten digit security code and a fingerprint id to get it, and somebody watching you like a hawk. Who needs or requires that level of security. Even when I was working in military/aerospace they didn't have that. Plus, I see people going in and out all the time without checking in so what's the deal?

Well, final straw was today. I went in and two guys in gloves were spraying the lockers and locker room. I was choking on the smell and fumes. I tried to ignore it but after 10mins on the treadmill I couldn't stand the smell on my clothes anymore and had to leave. Then my street clothes stank all afternoon. Wtf is with this place and the staff. I have many times asked their cleaning people not to spray chemicals in my direction when I'm working out. It should be obvious. Okay if there's a problem with the lockers then post a notice or something. Don't go fumigating the lockers with people there. If it happens again I'm making a complaint to the health dept.

Tried to join with a group of 4 - terrible experience - staff has no idea about customer service. They seem to hire unqualified kids and give them no training. What ever happened to customer service and the notion that the client is king?

While waiting for the manager, a lady from out of town came in to work out there for three days while in Vegas. The girl behind the counter was horrible. Said the daily pass is 25 bucks, did not mention the weekly pass, was not helpful at all and did not seem to care about a potential client. Lady left in disgust and when I questioned the staff's attitude, I was called rude.

Do not join that location - it is not worth it dealing with their people.

great variety of quality machines and free weights at this 24. I visited this 24 while working in Vegas for a week and didn't want to pay 30 dollars a day at the mirage.. .ridiculous. ..so after getting the run around elsewhere i found this 24 Friendly staff was helped by a friendly blonde girl at the desk who sold me a one week pass for 25 dollars. what a great deal! no strings no crazy paperwork. so many great machines good mix of series lifters and more casual gym goers. good music..very clean. would definitely go to this gym if i lived here.
