It’s been years since the pool area functioned. They say they are legally not able to have it open without a life guard because of the death at LVAC. But THE LVAC beat that case and is open again. The staff has no clue why it’s not open unless the life is on duty and they never show up. This place is useless and mis managed!!

Yo, gotta give a massive shoutout to my guy Drew. This dude is an absolute legend. Straight up one of the most solid, genuine, and hard-working people I’ve ever dealt with. He didn’t just try to make a sale — he actually went out of his way to help me out big time and made sure everything was dialed in perfectly. That kind of effort is rare these days especially when it comes to cleaning since he’s always up and around making sure everything is maintained and clean for us to use.
Drew made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and honestly just fun. You can tell he actually cares and takes pride in what he does. They NEED to give this man a raise — no question about it. If you get the chance to work with Drew, do it. You’ll walk away hyped up like I did. Certified good dude right here.

I'm writing this review with the caveat that my expectations for 24 hour fitness are not high. I’ve been to several 24 Hour Fitness locations, and unfortunately this one is among the worst. The gym seriously lacks ventilation — it constantly feels stuffy, humid, and uncomfortable, especially during busy hours. The air never seems to circulate properly.
Cleanliness is another major issue. The mirrors are consistently streaked and dirty, equipment often looks grimy, and the overall upkeep feels neglected. You can tell maintenance and cleanliness are not a priority here, which is disappointing for a national brand.
It’s a shame because the layout and potential are fine, but the poor ventilation, dirty environment, and lack of attention to basic maintenance make it an unpleasant place to work out. This location really needs a deep clean, better airflow, and more consistent management oversight.

Honestly, this place was nothing like I expected. Did a tour and the club seemed great, massive building with lots of equipment. Signed up for the year special. Then I came to actually workout. The majority of the equipment was most likely purchased 20+ years ago. Machines are frequently down and inoperable for long periods of time. Months. You don’t realize how old and bad it is until you try to use it and you can’t move or adjust a thing on it without hurting yourself because it’s so old, rickety and caked with grime. Which leads me to the unsanitary conditions here. It’s bad. The only other place I’ve seen this dirty in Las Vegas is Clark County Correctional Center. Machines, walls, ceilings, floors all disgusting! Literal grime, hair, dirt, bandaids, garbage filling any visible crevice possible. Snack wrappers on floors. I’ve noticed recent reviews about this place being “clean.” Be weary as members are getting incentives for these posts. I was asked to leave one myself so here it is. If the health department came here the gym would be instantly shut down. I’m sure there’s mold growing upstairs as well with how filthy it is here along with the stuffy humid conditions in the workout area. Unfortunately, temperatures here can reach over 80 degrees on some days in the workout area. I only continue to come as I paid for the year. I know, my mistake.
Update- I was mooed at this afternoon by one of the trainers. I will not return.

Decent gym but desperately lacking in free weights. Constantly having to scour the entire gym floor for 10, 5 and 2.5lb weights. They need to restock ASAP. Bathroom always stinks like sewage. They also keep the upstairs hot. Place seems to be run a bit penny-wise, pound foolish.
UPDATE: True to their word, they've def made improvements in those areas that seemed lacking. Bathroom is constantly being cleaned and hasn't smelled like sewage in months and although it's sometimes still a struggle to find weights, it's better than it was before. They seem to be restocking.

Finally a couple new machines. This gym needs much better cleaning services. The locker floors are very dirty, and they don't clean the gym floors often and they are not thoroughly cleaning. There's dust around all the machines. Also people are always hunting for 5, 10lb weights.
The aerobics room is good but they leave the door open with loudspeaker and music blasting so loud it disturbs the entire upstairs gym. So come when they're NOT having a class.

Watch your belongings.
Recently, I was there to get in an early afternoon workout. Weekday and fairly busy with what appeared to be regulars.
On my way out, I realized I had accidentally left a water bottle upstairs and rushed back to the last place I had left it.
No more than 5-10 minutes had elapsed from the time I was at that area and the time I returned.
The water bottle was gone.
I didn't see any cleaning staff so I'm fairly certain they didn't throw it away.
And the front desk staff did what they could do to check lost and found the day I was there as well as the following day when I called. They were friendly, I must stress that.
I have to post this because if you visit this gym, you'll notice it's in an upscale part of town. Furthermore, most of the patrons appeared white collar or well off and retired.
I've been to other gyms (non 24hr) in less posh areas and I've never experienced theft this blatant. Typically, when I absent-mindedly left something behind (at non 24hr gyms in other parts of town), I usually get it back the following day by asking the staff to check the lost and found.
Was it my fault to forget my bottle? Yes
Is the bottle replaceable? Of course.
But the display of dreadful human nature from what appeared to be well-to-do people is both amusing and disappointing.
So do NOT let the nice neighborhood and patrons fool you.
Overall the gym is just okay. They have a cool area on the first floor but it's dedicated to group and personal training only. A lot of wasted space.
To be fair, EOS on Alta and Rainbow also has a lot of wasted space. (fun fact, that EOS used to be a 24hr)
Since I have a membership to most 24hr locations, I'll be working out here again. Because this is now the ONLY 24hr left in Las Vegas. What does that tell you?
(fwiw, when I got my membership many years ago, 24hr was a major player and they had many locations throughout the country. And because the annual fee I'm locked into is so cheap, I just renew every year. )
When I do train here, I will be keeping a close eye on my things. In fact I will be even more vigilant than when I'm working out at other gyms in less swanky parts of town. Funny how the blue collar crowd can often be more respectful.

The worst experience ever!!! It was embarrassing I felt mistreated. David is a lazy employee!!! I use to workout at lifetime fitness I recently cancelled 9/1/25 to save money. I was recommended to try 24 hours. I fill out a 3 day pass and I show David he says have u been to 24 hours I said yes years ago. He said I can’t give u a 3 day pass and said he can show me the prices. I said I just wanna workout and see if I like it. He said no this is only for people who never been here I said I never been to a 24 in Las Vegas and the last time I had 24 hours was in California 2013.
He still said no.
I felt he didn’t want to do his job. The customer service he provided was 0%. I will go and give me money to another facility. Dave is the reason 24 hours fitness has lost a client.

Overall: (3/5)
Clean locker facilities and a well-maintained pool, but limited pool hours and non-functioning amenities hold this location back from its full potential.
Being the only 24 Hour Fitness location in Las Vegas, I don’t have much to compare it to locally—only to clubs I’ve visited in the East Bay area.
Locker Rooms (4/5):
The men’s locker room was generally clean. The shower stalls were in good condition, though I did notice one that was out of service.
Swimming Pool (3/5):
The pool itself was excellent—four 25-yard lanes with crystal-clear water, exactly as it should be. HOWEVER, the hours were limited due to staffing issues. By law, a lifeguard must be on duty whenever the pool is in use, so it was only open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, with additional evening swim hours from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The restricted hours make it hard to access for anyone with a typical schedule.
Other Amenities:
The Jacuzzi and steam room were not operational during my visit, though the sauna was available.
Staff: (5/5)
Everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming.

The whole place needs a good pressure clean. Locker rooms, pool, spa, steam room and sauna are soooooo filthy... even my shoes don't want to touch the floor. As of 8.20.25 both the spa and steam room are shut down. The pool is seriously in need of refinishing, dark spots all over the bottom, and underwater areas with the surface peeling open and what looks like rust. Soooo much black mold looking stuff on every flooring surface. If it had s decent pressure clean every month or so it would get 5 stars from me. Equipment, classes and staff are great... Just not clean. (Plus amenity closures)

Wet area is deeply neglected.
Steam room has a deep odor of mold, bacteria, or feet. Regardless of time of day or regular cleaning.
Sauna is only minimally better. Members always enter with shoes and the pool lifeguards never say anything.
Pool itself is maintained, sometimes has trash (saw a band-aid today), but not the worst pool I've ever seen.
Mens locker room is also filled with hair in sinks, but it's somewhat expected. I've rarely seen a clean men's locker room.
Gym itself it quite ok, machines are always working and maintained. More functional than many 24hr fitness I have been to.
Its overall an OK gym but I wish they would pay a bit more attention to the pool, steam room, and sauna.

Pretty unhelpful front desk not to mention illogical and rude. I'm a member in another region, but after being greeted by sassy front desk receptionists who stormed away when I asked a genuine question about membership, I just went to Planet Fitness instead. The basketball court floor was super dusty. It was really hard to get a grip on the floor because it had clearly not been cleaned in quite a long time. However, I’m glad that the basketball court was at least hardwood. One of the worst things is playing on a dusty court. Do better. You don’t need a floor machine at least use a dust mop every now and then Or a wet mop. I’m not asking for a flawless NBA clean court. Just one where I can run around and help without risking injury due to poor traction Is dangerous Actually, I’m gonna give it one star now I wouldn’t go here again, unless this is the only gym around available

Abi was great. I had signed up with EOS and had a horrible experience with them. From signup to issues with payments to contracts to cancelling EOS made everything so difficult and really made my trust in gyms literally non-existent. Came into this 24 Hour Fitness very skeptical and not sure if I was going to purchase a membership. Abi was super understanding and very transparent with everything to do with the membership. She took us through the gym and explained the different options they have as far as equipment, classes, training, etc. She was very kind and helped us pick a membership that works for our needs. I’ve had a terrible experience at this 24 Hour Fitness location. The facility is consistently dirty — the restrooms are especially bad, with serious sanitation issues (including someone literally defecating on the floor at one point). The equipment is poorly maintained, and there doesn’t seem to be any regular cleaning happening throughout the gym.
Customer service is just as bad. The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful, acting like you’re a burden for simply asking questions or reporting issues. It feels like no one is actually managing or caring for this gym.
Also, while everyone has the right to train, this location seems to completely ignore the needs of a diverse membership. There’s no balance — it often feels more like a poorly run community center than a professional gym.
Save your time and money — look elsewhere. This is not what a gym experience should be.

Extremely Dirty and Poorly Maintained Needs to be shut down.
This is by far the dirtiest gym I’ve ever been to. The facility is in serious need of a deep cleaning, ideally by a professional sanitation crew like those used during Covid. Nearly all the equipment is filthy, with visible grime and buildup. The locker rooms, sauna, steam rooms, showers are disgusting with health hazards floors dirty, full of grime. Many machines are out of order, and there are towels stuffed under equipment that are clearly moldy and reek of mildew.
Frankly, the entire gym should be shut down for at least a couple of days for a full, top-to-bottom deep clean. It’s shocking that a facility in a higher-end community would be allowed to fall into this kind of disrepair.
To make matters worse, when I went to cancel my membership, the employee at the front desk was wearing jeans and a tank top, clearly engaged in a personal phone call. When I explained why I was there, he looked at me like I was interrupting his day completely unprofessional and uninterested. Then cancelled my membership quickly with no questions so he could get back to his phone call.
This gym is not only unsanitary but also poorly run, I rather drive to EOS or pay 300 monthly at Lifetime then to step a food in this gym.

A friend and I were looking to play basketball so we filled out the free 3 day pass online. I walked in asking about how I could redeem it when the asian guy at the front desk rudely interrupted me and just kept repeating “no” over my attempt to just finish my own sentence. I had to talk over him multiple times so he could hear me tell him that I got the free pass from the official website. When I got back from getting my ID to move forward with the redeeming process, he told me that he “needed a manager to redeem the pass, but there was no manager present.” Insane.

The last standing location of 24 in Las Vegas they might as well go head and shut this one down as well I don’t know who owns or runs this place it’s is not well maintained The showers are disgusting I’ve be a couple times it don’t even looks like they clean the showers the pool has been shut down for God knows how long when I asked the employees they said they need a life guard on duty 😂😂😂 I’ve never seen a lifeguard my whole 34 years of life at a 24 hr fitness membership canceled!!!

The front staff desk is wack!!! Never on the same page. They never know absolutely anything! Constantly giving conflicting, and incorrect information . The “manager” has no customer service appeal and unhelpful. They have 12 people in rotation and only 2 are useful. They need basic customer service training.
And thats just the staff let me not get into the actual gym… or maybe I will. Nobody is cleaning this gym. Its giving unsanitary. Its giving cleaning crew is on strike.
Already regretting my membership but its convenient like a block from my house.

Just moved here from Cali and needed a local gym for my fitness needs. Fits my budget however, the gym can use some community help. Most fitness places have a "community " business card area, either on the top counter when you check in, or a table with card holders. That would make the gym more engaging with its members instead of just "Join and get a personal trainer" tables and pushing other up-sale items. Just food for thought. Overall, nice everything!

I am writing to express my disappointment and surprise at the cancellation of my membership after nearly 20 years of loyalty. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, I continued to support your organization and was even charged for services that were not provided for several months. In recognition of my dedication, I was awarded a lifetime buddy pass.
How dare you transfer my membership to EOS without my permission. This is an absolutely the worst customer service I’ve experienced after the loyalty I’ve given to this establishment.
I demand you to reinstate my membership at the same rate I have been paying for the past 19 years, including the buddy pass. I believe this is a reasonable request, considering my long-standing commitment to your organization.

Personally, I love the older equipment here. I'm here to workout and get out. However, after covid this place has gone completely down hill. Although it's in a nicer part of town in Summerlin, this place attracts unhoused(homeless) people. Starting from the parking lot to inside the gym there is just trash everywhere.
On several occasions, I've found homeless people inside the gym passed out on gym equipment. The bathrooms are a nightmare most of the time. Aside of feces outside of the toliet, again trash everywhere.
If you're looking for a quick workout, sure, this place is it. If you get easily disturbed, I recommend else where. I do suspect other gyms are facing similar problems, but it will be a cheaper monthly payment.

The board of directors of 24 hr fitness corporation seems to be oblivious to the decaying condition of their facilities.
It's not just this gym, but all. The filthyness and disfunctionality of the facilities are the reflection of top management disregard.
It's not just 24 hr. Corp failing, but the sanitary, government authorities who are also oblivious to this detrimental condition, both features of a third world country.
The Corp is also submitting itself to class action, vulcher lawyer, law suits, for failing to comply to the terms of the membership and user contracts. The gym is obliged to provide a safe, clean, and operable environment.
Members are owed half of their membership for every month that half of the gym (the whole wet area) has been unusable.
If CEO Karl Sanft (with $700,000 a year salary) can't fix this mess, he should be dismissed and be replaced with someone capable.

If it was possible to give less than a 1 star rating I would do it. But where do I begin? First, I joined way back in 1997 when it was known as Family Fitness, not this particular gym but down in San Diego. This gym here I’ve been coming to since 2019, of all the 24hr gyms I’ve been to over 25 years, this one is the absolute worst. Cleanliness is not next to Godliness at this place, rolled up dust balls under every single machine both weights and cardio. Constantly rolled up discarded paper towels stuffed in the machines, on or under. The hand cleaner dispensers constantly empty. The floors are so filthy in some areas it’s looks as if it’s the floor in some fast food restaurant, and don’t get me started on the smells emanating from the locker rooms, urinals constantly filthy. The parking lot is just as bad. Garbage everywhere, broken bottles, discarded food bags, human feces and urine, homeless people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. The wet areas always closed due to no lifeguard on staff. Broken machines, uncalibrated equipment. I know this is a busy gym, there is a huge retirement community nearby, but there is absolutely zero effort or pride in working at this gym. Believe me, I hate writing negative comments about anything or anyone, but I’ve reached my boiling point here. I only know a few of the trainers like Kenny and Will, these guys are the epitome of professionalism and dedication, but they can’t do everything by themselves. I would suggest to the owner if they’ve gotten this far in my review, either fire and hire people that are just as committed as YOU are to bringing the best gym experience in Vegas, or sell this place to someone who will. Ultimately this gym is a direct reflection on the owner and you are failing and you are failing the people who give a damn about this place but have no power to change anything. Like I said, I hate writing this negative review, but there are many I’ve talked to recently that think and feel the same.

This review was written on 16 December 2024. I recently joined 24 Hour Fitness in Summerlin, NV. The problems are too numerous to go into, so I will list a few:
1. I went there on Sunday morning and the locker room and bathroom was so dirty I wanted to put on a hazmat suit. There was toilet paper everywhere and garbage throughout the locker. There are homeless people who go to this gym. I saw a homeless man passed out the other day. I asked a gym employee, how many homeless go to this gym. His answer, "too many." Summerlin is the "rich" area of Las Vegas, so its perplexing how they are able to use this location.
2. The venture capitalists who own 24 Hour fitness want to put no money into the gym. They have 1 person who works at the front desk and also signs up new members. Try asking a question.
3. I am 67 and may have been eligible for free membership through Medicare's Silver Sneakers. I called corporate in CA and was told to contact the local gym. I tried to talk to the manager. She did not say hello or even speak. Maybe she has a disability which prevents her from listening and responding like a normal human being. I ended up paying for membership.
4. When I went there for the first time, a young man at the front desk was relentless in trying to sign me up for personal training. I told him the only way I would sign up is if they paid me.
If you cannot afford Life Time for $330.00 a month for a single membership and want a decent alternative, 24 Hour Fitness is ok. Its better than the overcrowded, low rent EOS Fitness, but not by much. If Mark Wahlburg's new gym is remotely affordable, I will be there.

I was a member here in 2013 and the gym was decent, clean and had a vibe. Fast forward to 2024, the gym is lackluster, stale and the equipment is old and much of the equipment is not operable. The steam and sauna does not have a date to open. Not sure about the pool but other reviews say the same thing is happening with the pool as well.
This gym closed all but two in the Vegas Valley area after Covid due to lack of popularity with EOS and Planet fitness. The thing is, there is no way this gym should be charging more monthly than those gyms based on the state of the equipment and facility. They lost popularity because they are offering an inferior more expensive product!
Even if you could walk to this gym it would be money better spent in the car driving to Planet Fitness or EOS fitness for a reduced price, better experience and newer, nicer equipment.
I grew up going to 24 hour fitness in Orange County. It’s a shame to see this brand just completely not care about their consumer base by remaining open and collecting fees that are more expensive than their counterpart, with no desire to invest in this facility.

I signed up here in 2017 and loved this gym. Here we are 7 years later and after watching it go extremely downhill I think it’s time to move on. We’ve lost half the amenities here we are paying for and instead of lowering our membership costs as many of us have requested, they are increasing due to “inflation.” That would be believable except they’ve taken away a lot here from us to save money already. Let me elaborate. This facility has a pool, sauna, and steam room, which are all out of service for the last six months plus and we’re told are NOT reopening, due to them not wanting to pay a lifeguard. The air conditioning is set 6-8 degrees HOTTER than it used to be/should be (it’s usually around 78-80 degrees here in the daytime sometimes warmer). We have no paper towels in the bathroom, which is disgusting. And it’s not lack of stocking them, staff informed us we don’t need them. We used to be provided towels, however after 4 years of no towel service, they’ve brought it back, for an ADDITIONAL fee of $10 per month. 😂 This gym is grossly dirty. They do clean around the machines periodically but underneath the machines and the actual machines are filthy. I mean grotesquely filled with large clumps of dirt, crumbs, and whatever else can accumulate for the years it’s been since those spots have been cleaned. Same garbage sits in the floor for multiple weeks sometimes. It’s by far the dirtiest gym I’ve ever seen or been in. Last week I walked in to work out and I counted 11 machines including treadmills out of service. Machines are frequently out of service due to them being so old and outdated. And when that occurs typically it takes weeks for them to be back in service again. With this gym being about half the quality it was when I initially signed up, and them raising membership fees ($49.99 now one of the costliest in town other than Lifetime) it’s a no brainier it’s time to leave this joke of a gym.
Update: The auto response to this reviews says to reach out online if I want to speak with someone. The thing is I tried that 4 times before I left this review and am STILL waiting for a response. 😂

Was my home gym for the better part of 10 years in Las Vegas, and another 10 years before that in Aurora and Denver, Colorado, but I haven't been a member in about 5 years. Last time that I did visit, it felt stale and stagnant inside like it hadn't been updated and refreshed in a while. But if you're looking to do cardio, pump weights, or run some ball, this is a decent location. 24 Hour Fitness shut down all but two locations in the Vegas valley during COVID and they were overtaken in popularity & presence by EOS Fitness in the interim. Still a decent option if you're nearby and need to get busy. I did have some customer service issues with a few employees over the years with bad attitudes, but hey I forgive and forget, that's in the past. All the best.

The most affordable indoor basketball court you can find here in Vegas. However, that is the only reason I have a membership at 24. The gym is subpar with the only redeeming quality being that it is somewhat sparsely populated day-to-day compared to competitors. Interestingly, I am also being charged an eye-watering $27 a month, which likely contributes to less populated nature of the gym.
As time has gone on, it seems like the gym has been disappointing in its upkeep of the basketball courts specifically. There were many nonsensical reasons for why 24 had to close the courts. One reason was that the fire shutters were damaged by an errant pass and the shutters entry into the court. They didn't solve this problem for two+ months, needing to wait for the fire department to come on premise and handle the situation. While regulatory BS stood in the way of this problem being resolved, it's crazy that people lost almost a quarter year of access to basketball because they couldn't open a door. If I had vested interest in the financial wellbeing of this location, I would have been pulling fire alarms everyday until the fire department decides to fix the shutters. Another problem was enforcing the standards they set. There are strict rules surrounding fighting and cleaning up after yourself, yet people who don't engage in ruffian behavior are punished too! They were closing the courts on specific time and days to clean the courts and as a response to "fighting." That's fine, start kicking these fools out, that's not a problem with me. It's also not 24's fault. If you're over the age of 12 and you're littering and fighting over basketball, I'm sorry your parents failed you. If you're going to enforce your standards, punish the people who are violating them. If you won't, that is fine too, don't shut the gym down arbitrarily. I just don't understand why I can't play basketball because someone else decided to spit gum on the floor, leave their bottles and have a 9 course meal on the basketball court. Another problem is just how disgusting the courts are. Any normal time, the court's a zoo. If you have 80 people in the basketball courts then you can't convince me that the owners can't scrape together enough money to get the courts cleaned. Shout-out to the gladiators that actually have to clean up after us.

Original (2018): Equipment could use an upgrade and the pool is always dirty. My property also gets stolen from time to time in the locker room. Employees are friendly and nice.
Edit(2024): left this gym because equipment isn’t maintained. Equipment is dirty and no signs on machines that should be marked out of order because they don’t work properly. Pool was filthy, fuzz and hair and globs of who knows what floating around. Water was cloudy. Dirt all over the hot tub. Tiles chipped or missing in the pool area. Bugs all over the pool shower area. These issues were ongoing and never addressed for years. Gym floors dirty, too, like it was never mopped. I got fed up and grossed out.

Absolutely horrific customer service, went in a few nights ago to go through a swimming routine with my sons. Front desk told me the pool has been closed for 2 months with no date of it reopening. Swimming is a big part of peoples cardio routine, especially those with bad injuries that prevent us from running etc. I’m paying money for something that I’m not able to use, when you sign up at a gym you’re expecting to be able to use the full amenities of that gym. I stay in Summerlin so driving across town to the second location isn’t an option. Sometimes you pay for what you get, Life Time is pricey, but at least I can count on being able to use everything in the gym. I should have kept my membership there. Overall, the gym is great since its close proximity to my house. However, simple things can be done like worker cleaning efforts and temperature in the up stairs area. First off, the employees cleaning times should not be done during near or peak hours. Smelling strong cleaning products will ruin the workouts for most and also be a health hazard (one person said they were going to throw up on treadmill). My experience the cleaning at other 24 locations, are done in the very slow periods like 11pm till 4am. Make that a priority please. 2ndly, the temperature in the main workout areas are exceedingly high. Either the thermostat is set to high or a equipment issue is present. Nonetheless, the humid conditions are like a 3rd world country. Lets get these problems fixed asap. I would have put a 1 star, but not all aspects of the gym are bad and need to give a chance for management to get it right.

Thank you for your feedback, looks like we have room for improvement… enough with the canned remark, but what else can they say?
The company went bankrupt, a fraction of the clubs remained open, and there’s just no budget for overall improvements to the remaining, just band-aids and apologies.
The cleaning crew is always trying to wipe/sweep/clean the busted broken down facility. The maintenance guy fixes equipment but there’s no budget to fix the counters, spa (for over 6 weeks a couple months ago), lockers, changing rooms, hair dryers etc… list goes on. Mold in showers, light fixtures jammed with filth etc…
And man is this place hot upstairs. Nothing like running on a treadmill in a sauna! Corporate won’t allow it any cooler. I checked out 4 competitors this week; AC blowing and equipment much more modern. This place used to be kept cool.
Been here for years… tried to be loyal (plus it’s so close to me), signed another budget friendly year contract, 7 months in and not going back due to the final straw…wet area (steam, dry sauna, wet sauna and pool permanently closed due to new Nevada ordinance requiring a lifeguard and corporate telling management they will not hire a lifeguard.
Lots of clubs without a wet area cheaper but 24 hours rates for new sign ups remains the same w/o wet area & no incentive deals offered for people staying.
The whole place is in a sad state, wish they would sell so it could improve to what it was back in the Agassi sport days when it was built. It’s still has all the nice original features and upon first arrival that’s what new people are impressed with… but after a few hot visits, people notice. Especially after the frequent locker break-ins.
Walkable from my house so I can leave my wallet/phone home. But I’ve seen some people devastated, and witnessed the cops coming after the last round of thefts and leaving without even filing a report.
It’s not the management or the staff’s fault! Corporate has failed them and us club members.
Can’t recommend anyone to come here anymore.

Warning, the worst gym experience you can have when management not doing their jobs. The locker rooms are disgusting, toilets continuously backed up and flooding, mold in showers , lockeroom floor and especially in the sauna (health dept please inspect immediately for violations) and amenities not refilled or even monitored, equipment is old, management ineffective and scapegoates and continues to be ineffective aftee 10 years of dreadful deterioration. Failure to fix issues continuously feels like they don't care about the patrons. It feels like a sweatshop on the weekend at 85 degrees upstairs (we have done laser temp checks on the outflow) when they only turn the fans on and do not use a/c to save money.. We all have prayed to God for years that the city allows a refitting of this gym and build something reminiscent of summerlin quality and respectability. Please like this post if you have experienced this so they can get competent management and keep it in compliance with health and wellbeing regulations. Been going to 24Hr fitness Summerlin for 15+ years. In its heyday when it was an Agassi SuperSport that offered towels ect the gym was great. In this post Covid era I know this gym is holding on by a thread as its only one of two 24hr fitness facilities that survived the pandemic. The new manager Stacey I believe her name is trying to do a good job in revitalizing this gym. A few things about this gym that are a plus it's not overly busy like EoS or LVAC and caters more to residents of Sun City as the main demographic is 40+ yr olds which in turn means the free weight area isn't as busy. Now to the issues, one the locker rooms at least on the mens side are pretty disgusting, compared to before the pandemic the cleanliness of the locker rooms has went downhill, granted I dont shower there but prob wouldn't. The bathroom stalls 8/10 times are disgusting, granted I know some members are gross and leave floaters and use entirely too much TP and dont flush and that is more on members being gross then on the staff. Equipment, the gym has gotten better by adding two additional power racks, however i'd like to see at least 1 to 2 more smith machines as well as dedicated benches for each, currently out of the two smith machines theirs only one bench. I'd also wish they'd get at least one more pec dec machine as only having one you never really get a chance to use it. An additional hack squat machine and at least one more leg press would also be a much better addition. The new "Field" area downstairs which used to be childcare and is used for special classes and trainers IMO is a total waste of space that area would be much better suited for a 30 min workout type area with machines that older folks ect who have no intention of lifting free weights could use and free up the area upstairs for more free weights benches and power machines. I haven't been in the pool area since early 2020 so i can't comment on that area. Overall, the gym gets the job done however being theirs only 2 24hr fitness in Vegas this one and one in Henderson I think the membership should cost no more than $15 a month as you are not getting the additional amenities that say an LVAC or EoS offer at the $20-25 a month price point. As mentioned in other reviews the ventilation system upstairs is terrible in the summer it's like a sauna up there. The gym def has potential to be great, I just think some changes need to be made especially that waste of space Field area which IMO could be used for better purposes and more equipment, also again being this gym doesn't offer towels, an indoor running track, cardio theatre, childcare ect that LVAC and EoS does the monthly rate should be no more than $15 a month.

Amanda and Yacek were super super cool to meet today. Me and my wife just got signed up. Thank you, Yacek and Amanda, for a fun experience and the laughs. If you are thinking about signing up for the gym do yourself a favor and introduce yourself to these two and get ready for a fun time.

I was hesitant to get a gym membership here with some of the negative reviews but I’m glad I chose to come in and check it out for myself. Maybe it’s not the cleanest gym in the world but I’m not there to eat off the floor , I’m there to lift. With that being said they have everything you need here and then some . The staff has always been super friendly and attentive. Overall it’s a really good gym.

If you have an existing membership and need to work out here, go ahead and come in. But if you are looking for a new or regular gym, go anywhere else.
I had a prepaid year membership here and came into both the area's two remaining locations regularly before moving on. Corporate has put no investment into the remaining locations since their bankruptcy, and it shows. These gyms only stay open for corporate to milk the cow for whatever money they can still get out of it.
This location powercycles through local managers every few weeks. Vagrants and creeper regs have gotten away with harassing members on the gym floor unchecked for months and probably will continue to do so as long as this location stays open. The A/C is set to a bare minimum to save money, indicating that one big Nevada Energy bill alone could shut this place down for good. This never minds that their TV music video feed is especially awful even for a big box gym, but (along with being outside of this location's control) that's the least of their problems.
Just avoid if you can.

Decent gym, quiet never gets too packed. The employees at the front desk are sucky, they never greet you hi or bye. The upstairs room gets hot could use more fans. 2/5.

The gym has a good selection of equipment but things are broken too frequently and not fixed for too long. Cleanliness is subpar, there are dust bunnies and hair climbs everywhere, not just the nooks and crannies you expect but even just in the middle of the gym. The cleaning supplies for members are often not restocked and you sometimes have to go to two or three stations before you find paper towels or sanitizer spray.

The staff at this location are rude and useless.
A computer with a sign to “use your app” would be more useful. The girls chat incessantly, won’t get a manager and if you need assistance beyond their flippant immature attitude, they won’t provide you with any number to corporate. This is not a cheap membership, you’d think customer service would be a part of the experience. It’s not and by hiring these people that clearly don’t want to help or be bothered by members you are tarnishing your brand. Read the other reviews, I am not alone in my assessment, and clearly by not changing the problem this gym standby their poor staffing decisions. I’ve called corporate. I’ve called the other location and I waited for somebody in a position to address this issue to reach out to me and it’s never happened. It wasn’t a bad day because in person the staff is just as horrible in person as they are over the phone.

Two stars. Amenities are great and believe they provide value for what is offered and the workers I met were great. However, the cleanliness or lack thereof is the reasoning for a two star. I was really disappointed with the maintenance of this gym. Really unclean … I felt like I couldn’t touch anything.

Let’s start out with the pros:
50% of the staff is very friendly, especially the personal trainers. There’s a good variety of equipment and the gym includes a basketball court and sauna, if that interests you. There is ample parking and a large locker room.
The cons:
First and foremost the gym is upstairs and HOT. The air circulation is awful and I think they cheap out on the A/C, half the time you will go up there and it will be a 80 degrees and smell like sweat. Another factor that probably contributes to this is the gym workout area is quite small and all the machines are super close together, making it frequently overcrowded and just Musty. The machines are quite old and outdated, you’ll find better machines at most other gyms in vegas. Along with this, there is a decent amount of staff members with really bad attitudes. I understand working customer service can be difficult and annoying (I have personally worked many customer service jobs), but if I’m being nice and polite to you, there’s no reason for you to be rude to me. Lastly, and the worst of it all, they charge you more than places like EOS and PF, despite not really having much more to offer and not being any more clean. They are just as dirty as most other gyms and personally I don’t use the sauna or basketball courts so it’s not worth it to me.

As a long time paying member of this club, I am sharing this experience with the general public so they can make their own decisions about whether they want to visit and potentially join this club. Earlier this I week, I arranged for my sister, a visitor from New York, to attend a yoga class. The professionals at the entry helped arrange it prior so I hoped there would not be a problem. The ladies at the entry today denied my sister and said the other workers made a mistake. One group of workers say yes, the others say no. There are plenty of gyms in Las Vegas one can attend without having to endure these policy inconsistencies. Moreover, when one pays for multiple memberships each month, common courtesy of giving a complementary pass to a family member brings untold good will. Conversely, rejecting that person after it has been set up creates a great deal of animosity and could result in multiple memberships being cancelled. The public can decide for itself if they want to be a part of this gym. I suspect I know the answer.

I don't know if they have a cleaning team or they were fired months ago, the steam has dirt maps in the wall and it smells bad, the jacuzzi has sand in the bottom, the dressing room floor is always dirty.
They don't know how use the brush or I don't know if they are forbidden to use.
The staff is friendly but it is unfortunate that they do not have a standard of cleanliness. I paid for a year of membership and it annoys me to live with this day to day.
Ps. If someone from the gym will answer me, please let it be with a solution and not with condescending apologies.

YIKES. TOOK THESE PICTURES TODAY. Will be calling the health department on Monday.
EDITED REVIEW 12/20-I sent these pictures to the manager and I have to say his response was professional and he was quick to get back to me. Things have definitely improved in the Sauna, it has never been this clean before. The locker rooms have been cleaner but they really need an update because the grout in the showers is so stained. But I raised my review from one star to 3 stars based on the managers response and the overall improvement. I hope it continues!
4/11/23 So I do think that they have tried to improve the cleanliness in the saunas, but they still have a lot of dirt in the corners of the dry sauna. I mean it is still built up into a pile.
But the amount of mold in the ladies showers is still horrible. They need to do a deep cleaning, and then reseal the grout so it does not mold. I know it is hard to keep it clean but this place is really busy, so they are making enough money to hire a cleaning staff to work more often.

Like it. Clean for the most part, though the men's restroom, locker area and showers could use some good deep cleaning and then kept up with several daily cleanings. Machines are, for the most part, kept up and functioning properly. Gets busy but not excessively busy. Plenty of parking. Friendly employees.

Overcrowded, can’t ever get on the basketball court due to it being monopolized by other members. Would rate it 0 if I could. Doesn’t make any sense to me why at 11 on a Monday the courts are crowded. Crying shame if you ask me
