Don’t come to this gym if you are a guest. The 3 day trial didn’t apply to me when I was out of town. I’ve got to problem with that, but when I asked to buy a day pass they said that it was $40. That is what you pay for monthly memberships.

Horrible place. Extremely insecure parking lot.
I got my car windows broken and my purse and all belongings stolen here. And the 24 hours gym that is supposed to have cameras outside refuses to show anything. I was parked literally outside their door .
The manager at the gym says the cameras were off at 2 pm In the afternoon on a Thursday . How suspicious can that be. Never going there again.

Bad management. Have been working out here at this location 3-4 times per week for the past 4+ months since I moved to Vegas from California and didn't mind the filth because I had access through a membership I purchased at Costco for $250. My 1 yr. membership lapsed 2 days ago. The manager said if I rebought another membership through Costco I would not be able to come back because "Costco is only a 1 time deal", which is a LIE. I also can't come back because they are a "Super Sport".

This is NOT a Super Sport or even close to being a Super Sport. This is a basic location.

The Manager offered to sign me up for $700 for 2 years or $47/mo. ($564/yr.), WTF, that is a rip off! This location is not worth that at all. Why would I buy a membership if it is the filthiest location I have ever worked out at with limited equipment options.

If the manager had any person or business skills, I would have signed up. But he made it very clear that I was not welcomed into the gym.

My previous memberships at 24 hr. fitness has been since 1999, through various locations: Santa Monica, West LA, San Francisco, San Jose, through direct membership and not Costco. With that said, I just don't get it.

If you want to keep customers, it's probably in your best interest to not push customers away and entice them to stay. I'm actually very glad that I didn't sign up, because if I did, it would be super awkward seeing the manager knowing that they don't want me there.

The new club manager Matt Sonne and the sales manager Diana, have no idea about how to talk to people. They are simply rude, robotic, not professional nor friendly whatsoever. They need to go back to all of the HR training sessions as the opportunity to grow is limitless. I canceled my membership because of their stinky personalities. I went there today with couple of issues which were ignored by the member services, and ready to cancel my membership.

Jennifer is extremely friendly yet professional multitasking individual.
Her work etiquette and problem solving skills are on next level.
24 hour fitness should be really proud to have her there, I don't know if its a big deal or not but if it wasn't Jennifer; I wouldn't be a member anymore.

THE 7 DAY PASS DID NOT APPLY TO ME??!! I just moved to Las Vegas 7 days ago and mistakenly went to the Tropicana 24 Hour Fitness instead of Anytime Fitness which I'm a current member. I've kept my Augusta membership because I knew I would be in temporary housing but once I get fully relocated there may be a need to join another facility that is close to my permanent address. If my current situation doesn't meet the criteria of a 7 day pass then what does? I was not given a pass because I have a OUT OF TOWN DRIVER'S LICENSE!!! I wasn't treated like a prospective client/customer who's trying to maintain a level of fitness as I have done all my life. I was treated like a thief. I was questioned about the authenticity of my driver's license and enlightened to the operating procedure of Anytime Fitness. According to the manager, Anytime Fitness is the only health facility that gives out a fob to gain entrance. So if you have recently moved to Las Vegas and have not re-established your residence don't bother with 24 hour fitness!

I appreciated the open TRX and row of squat racks by the main staircase. The weight room and setup of machines was nicely laid out. Staff members were nice and the gym crowd were fine. My biggest issue with this gym and most 24 Hour Fitness gyms in the Vegas area is the cleanliness. I found the locker room to be run down and dirty enough where I wouldn't want to take a shower when visiting this location. I sure hope they start some renovations in the near future.

Gym is well-equipped for all types & levels of exercise workout (Aerobic, Strength, Flexibility, Balance). Childcare on-site (check times). Pool, basketball court (check times), Cettified Trainers onsite. Locker rooms, even a Retail shop (clothes, accessories, supplements, snacks). Been a member for over 20yrs (when it was Family Fitness). Tropicana location is clean, equipment adequately maintained. Don't find it overly crowded, of course there's always the loud 'Grunters' who take on too much weight and are annoyingly loud pushing through their set! Most are respectful of equipment & don't drop or clank their weights/equipment.

We have a worldwide membership with 24 Hour Fitness because of the traveling we do with our shows. We got to keep the G in GTL... This is a full-service gym with enough equipment for hundreds of people and an awesome Pro Shop up front. If you're going to this location on Tropicana in Vegas make sure you bring your own towels. They do not offer towel service at some locations. They have combination lockers so if you want to put your stuff away you can in the locker room. The entire front of the gym is All Glass with a nice view of the mountains in the background. Good atmosphere and friendly staff!

According to a friendly male staff member, it was due to them being just off the strip and they were aware of potential theft from random in their club. The gym is OK. When I signed up it was only for 2 months as I don't live in Vegas and they had a promotion for only $80 For only 2 months. In October I noticed my card was being charged since July for $39.99 a month, and needless to say I got very upset that they lied to me about the 2 months promotion when I signed up. So I called the corporate 800 number from the statement, and Autumn, the girl on the other end was very nice and clueless. She said she would email the manager at this location to find out what was going on, and i asked to be copied on that email. The email never came. I just checked my statement and noticed I was charged again in November. Who do these people think they are? Why would they run a promotion that doesn't exist? I knew how gym memberships work before signing up for 2 months, so I specifically asked if it was a 2 month deal only, and was specifically told that it was! Now they have charged me an extra 39.99 since July + $49.99 annual fee in September! $250 total. What a scam!!! Shame on you!!!

After finally talking to the GM there - Jordan (?) all my fees were adjusted, and she apologized for the situation. Given that new development, I reviewed my rating to 4-star. Thank you, Jordan!

My card was compromised so I got a new card and updated with them before my automatic billing cycle and it didn't go through so I went to go pay my balance in the gym for $39.99 and I go look at my account and the lady changed me 2 times! Keep in mind I paid octobers dues and only owed for September. Well they took an extra month and they say oh well you have a credit on your account! I NEVER ASKED YOU TO TAKE OUT 2 months and credit my account?! I'm so pissed. I want a refund and they say oh we will talk to our supervisor and took my number. Very dirty bathroom floor and no towel service knock this place down for me.

I can understand how being so close to the strip increases foot traffic and makes it so they don't want to risk giving away towels. However $5 for a hand towel is a bit silly when you can buy a 12 pack of similar quality for nearly the same price.

It's got all the equipment you'd expect in a super sport, but it has a smaller pool, width wise, than several other Vegas locations over been to. Basically, if you have a choice, go to a different location. If not, bring towels and some bathroom slippers.

The only good thing about this gym was the friendliness of the staff. First time I trained here was in 2010 when Mr. Olympia was in town again. The second time was in 2017 about 2 weeks ago. NOTHING had changed. No improvements, nothing.

The most annoying thing was the atmosphere created by trainers with no manners or respect of the Universal Gym Etiquette™. People left their weight plates in the machines and in the bars ALL THE TIME, no matter what machine was in use. Done with your leg presses? GREAT, just leave 10 plates on the sled – I'll fix them!

If I didn't get to train for free, I would have asked for my money back. Please enforce the rules, renew the gym and try get an overall grip of the things. Right now this gym is a horrible place to do a serious workout.

I love this place. I went in to check out being a member for a later time. But I was persuaded Into membership that day. I mean why not do it while your passionate about it. At least that's what the friendly lady at member services easily convinced me of. I love the group classes, most everyone is friendly in conversation or energy. I didn't take my initial free training session or member intake of my goals. And about a month later Tanner the training manager called to personally train me. Which is nice. I didn't have time on my initial sign up so it was my choice to bypass. And it was nice that Tanner made initiative to get me to do it. I go in today. The gym has a lot of workout equipment, they are clean, and easy to use. As well as a group workout room it is also used for Individual use when not occupied by the groups.

I went to this location all throughout highschool and even after. I was a loyal member until I had to leave for out of state college. When I came back, they told me they had become a "super-center" and that their price changed from $24 to $45!
I excepted this because it was closest to my house, but once I found out they charged me an EXTRA $45 for both start up & cancellation, I was out of there.
Nothing changed after they renovated btw, all they did was paint the gym. Machines still took forever to get fixed.

Well the gym looks fantastic. My problem that I had is the pass. I had a free guess pass to use their facility for 3 days but when I get there they told me i had use of everything in their gym besides the basketball court. And in my mind no one told me that when I called and I asked them how much it would be and he told me 25 dollars a day to use their basketball court. That's ridiculous. You shouldn't give or even offer ppl a free pass if your not going to allow them to use all of your facilities. Just a bad 1st experience

I'm military and a local business owner. I wanted to join 24 Hour for its pool. I received a 3 day pass so I could check out the usage of the pool. After using the pass my first day, the sales woman said I couldn't have the two other days and I had to sign up now. After arguing with her about using the two other days, I gave up and left. She told the front desk not to ever let me in again. I'm a pretty relaxed guy but her terrible customer service and bad sales tactics really made me angry. I have never been treated so badly from a sales person. Be warned about their 3 day pass, it is mainly used to get you to show up, then pressure you into a contract without using the pass.

Mediocre gym, pretty crowded.

They kept charging me after I cancelled my membership. When I went in to get refunded, they basically just lied, gave me the middle finger, and would not refund my money for mistakes on their end. I will never go back to this gym and unless you like people stealing money from you, I suggest you don't either.

Great staff, great classes and weights. It is not an elite club, but, the staff are exceptional. The complainers seem to expect a 400.00/month club. This is not that, but, a real value with excellent members and staff. I suggest the critics pay for what they expect from an affordable club.....or that they love to complain. I think you ought to appreciate what the club has to offer. As far as blaming the gym for a staph infection as one commented.......can you prove it was the club? Some people are carriers and colonized and get repeated infections from any break in their skin integrity. Get yourself properly treated in my personal opinion so that you do not remain a carrier, personal opinion.

Went into this location a few times because I was staying on this side of I-15 my last trip to Vegas and absolutely hated it. I usually go to the one on Eastern Avenue when in town but didn't want to make the drive. This is easily the worst location in Las Vegas when it comes to the amount of equipment. The dumbbells max out at 120 lbs because one of the 125 lbs is missing. There are not many machines and free weights are even worse. The flat freeweight benches are all off balance and falling apart. On top of the poor equipment this location is ridiculously crowded at all hours of the day. I tried going in the morning, afternoon, and night was crowded all three times. The locker room is absolutely disgustingly dirty and someone had spit a huge load of dip/chew in the sink which was there for multiple days because they don't even bother to clean it. There was a guy standing looking in the mirror in the locker room repeating out loud "nasty mother***" over and over like a psycho when staring at the dip in the sink, weird crowd! The location on Eastern Avenue remains the best location in Las Vegas to me.
