24 Hour made the decision to close down all locations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, however they ALSO made the choice to continue charging my card and the days I paid for where the gym wasn’t open would be “added to the end of my membership”. Well believe me, the end of my membership will be coming soon.

I love this place. The manager is fantastic and very nice. My family came from colombia and I sign them up for a month they were so nice to them and my family was so happy they way they to welcome them. Is nice, new and clean. Totally recommended.

Went to the pool at 1130 pm it was closed this pool is very small and never any room to do anything so i come at night when it's not busy to work out and can't its not 24 hours it's sometimes 18 i work nights so up at night not days so open it up or close to everyone so not to cause an issue with your hours i can't work out on equipment do to my knee's and you can't seem to be open 24 like you hours says .

I was in Las Vegas for tournament and needed to use the basketball goals for 30 mins. so my 16 yr old son could warm-up before the Championship game. I called the location closer to Vegas stripe and my hotel, they suggested another location because the basketball goals were filled but it would be $40 for me but the other gym was $25 (because of its’ distance from the stripe). WELL, I CALLED that location spoke Marilyn P. who AGREED it was $25 and basketball goals were free. Once in the facility, Marilyn P. now said it was $25 for the both of us $50 for 30 mins. So I paid because I drove the extra miles plus he needed the warm-up. On the phone she thought I was of a different ethnicity but once she realized I was African-American it became a you need a day membership and so did my 16 year old son, did I have a membership in Florida? the entire conversation on the phone we had 15 mins early had completely changed. It’s ok because money is not the issue, the issue is if she had explained the fees correctly over the phone when she thought I was not African-American I would have happily gotten a full membership (because my son goes with his Uncle FOR FREE often). But her change is why I WOULD NOT recommend this location to any of my AAU basketball family and friends to ever use this location or you can, if you let Marilyn P. know your ethnicity on the phone so she can explain the day membership procedures before she sees you and the rules change.

The gym has been open a little over a year. Equipment well maintained, pool area and locker room spotlessly clean. Jacuzzi at a perfect temperature. Front desk staff professional and personable. So why not 5 stars, because the gym is eliminating live class instruction and offering “virtual” classes instead. Nothing says fun like a video to teach class. If people wanted video instructions they can stay home and watch it on their t.v. So maybe there should b a virtual membership.

I was visiting Vegas for a meeting and came to this 24 Hour Fitness for the week. I was super impressed. The GM was super helpful. The weights, cardio machines, everything was very clean and modern. Highly recommend this place.

Large gym with many locations in the city and country. Lots of machines, free weights and cardio equipment. Steam room and sauna clean and nic when you come by give a shout-out to Chris at the the front. Great guy!

I love my gym.... they have a pool and every machine I could ever need! Plus included with my membership are so many classes... Zumba, yoga, stretching, body pump. The also offer video classes which I can do after work at 2 in the morning. There CrossFit area is well stocked. Trx, heavy bag, a prowler, those big tires people like to flip!

I have lost lost 26 pounds so far and even though it's not the cheapest gym in town, it's worth every penny.

This is the best 24 in Vegas. The staff is professional, polite and always accommodating. There are 4-5 squat racks, a large turf area for functional training and tons of cardio machines. The janitorial staff is ALWAYS cleaning the locker room and workout floor. The gym is very spacious and is never crowded!

Love this gym. But I have a horrible time with their WiFi. They have TV's all over. But either I can't get on or if I do they go offline all the time. The help at the front said they have a lot of complaints. I'd differently give them 5 Stars if they'd get that fixed.

I can't believe they do not offer towel service. This is a brand new location why didn't they put put in a washer and dryer to offer their members towels? I am used to the Ann & Centennial and Rainbow and Alta where they care about clients and offer towels to their member.

I just got here with my friend who is a member, I was thinking to got a membership, well the sales manager was super rude, he tried to charge me $25 for a pass for a day when that's not the price for a day pass, when I told that I'm a LVAC member and a day pass over there is only $20, he told me to take my friend with me to LVAC instead my friend takes me here with him. Managers like him takes business straight to bankruptcy

Young lady at the front desk was rude. But beside that it was nice inside. General Manager tried to clean up the young lady at the front desk action. He was nice. But I ask him to speak the the manager an that didn't happen. I wouldn't not have come to this one if they would not of close down the one on Sarah and eastern. I will go to the 24 in wigwam didn't really feel comfortable or welcome in this 24. I have never went to a 24 and didn't feel welcome.

I am from Miami Florida and I am here for a few days.... I am a member and go to the gym regularly in Miami..... this is by far the best place I've been to. Perfectly clean, weights racked, environment conducive and employees awesome...

I frequent every single 24hr fitness in the city and this is the only one i choose over the downtown molasky location, the staff here is nice always smiling and always available equipment and machines never overcrowded like lvac and eos definitely best Gym in all of las vegas in my opinion. Super sport status is totally worth it because of this location.

Places in nice, Staff not my favorite brought someone in that had a day pass but aperently you can't go on basketball court with a day pass but who cares about where u go in the gym once your in .. I think the guy just wanted to Hassel us and I've had one other small situation with the staff .. very petty at this gym .. don't sweat me just let me be then maybe my friend would have signed up but that was very annoying that u policed us

I'm really digging this location. Everything is new, the gym is clean and not crowded. The gym is well ventilated with clean bathrooms. A few cons are that there are only 2 flat benches for bench pressing, no indoor track, no seated military barbell press racks or towel service.

The reason I upgraded my membership was because I'm starting to get burned out on the Charleston and Lamb location (it's overcrowded, hot and old equipment).

The Mountain Vista location is very spacious with lots of equipment. But to be honest, I don't see myself using half of it. If you're into crossfit training, this is the gym you want to join. Oh, and their staff is friendly and courteous.

First I'll start by saying this is definitely the best 24 hour fitness in Las Vegas. The staff is friendly, they have so much more equipment then any other 24hr fitness here and well it's super clean because it's brand new. I like the layout of the gym and I love how they have clamps for the barbells not just those cheap spring clips.

WHY 4 STARS YOU ASK?

Now I rated this 4 stars only because there is one thing I DO NOT like and that's the fact that they won't let you carry your gym bag with you... everything must go in the locker which is a huge problem not just for me but I'm sure many people because it's a time saver to have everything at your disposal. My gym bag is filled with all my essentials that I use constantly throughout workouts... it makes NO SENSE why I should have to carry 5 items around by hand instead of just having my bag. Every 24hr I've ever been to here and in CA has never had any issues with bag carrying. If it wasn't for that I would give 5 stars no problem.
