3D Boxing and Fitness is a great place to train. I have been training with Dennis for the past month and it's been amazing! He is very knowledgeable and patient with me ,seeing as how I am the most unathletic person in the world. Dennis conducts great workout and warm up sessions as well as GREAT sparing sessions. I have learned a great deal from Dennis is a short amount of time. I know with continued training Dennis can get me in shape far beyond what I think is even possible for myself.

The people in this gym are family. This is like no other gym you've been to. Not only will you be pushed to your physical limits so that you have growth like you've never experienced but you will be supported and encouraged the entire way.

And after Denis kicks your butt with boxing and cardio, make sure to book him for an amazing athletic stretch after. I swear I grew a whole inch after.

Hands down one of the best gyms I've trained at in Vegas! I am so happy to be training with Denis again!! If you're looking for a legit boxing gym with heavy focus on technique, this is the place. 3D has created an outstanding program to help take you to the next level. Whether you're just starting out in your fitness journey or you're looking for more specialized training, 3D has you covered. They offer a wide variety of classes, including kids' classes, boxing/kickboxing, and newly added yoga and dance. The facility itself is quite large, full of top notch equipment, and is kept immaculately clean. They regularly add videos from classes to Instagram so you can get an idea of what the workouts entail (@3dboxingandfitness).

I've been boxing with the owner, Denis Douglin for 3 months and have gained knowledge and confidence, lost weight and negativity, and found love for the sport. 3D Boxing and Fitness is also more than boxing. We do calisthenics, cardio, and lots of abs!!! I love this gym. It's getting me active again.
