My husband and I were members of this AF location from 2020 to 2023. We moved out of state for nearly 2 years because of my husband's job. We recently moved back to Vegas so we are now going again to our former AF in town. Still saw familiar faces but of course it is not the same friendly manager(s) we'd seen before. Yesterday, when we visited the gym, I realized our keyfobs were missing. It was our second trip to the gym that day. We were there earlier but we needed to turn around because our couch was delivered to the wrong apartment caught in our ring camera. So we went back home to get our couch and then went back to the gym but maybe due to the "couch issue" I probably dropped our key fobs somewhere or left them at home. My husband did not want to go home again to check/get the keyfobs then come back to the gym for the 3rd time so he thought of downloading the AF app so he can access the gym thru his phone. I did not download the app because we thought my husband can let me in without any issue. Surprisingly, my husband who is at work texted me today and told me the manager called him and telling him that he let me in and he violated the rule. I am not justifying our actions but if he checked the cameras and saw that my husband let me in then he must have seen also that since last week we visited the gym for at least 4x using our own key fobs and that we are both members. I know rules are rules but can there be no exceptions especially if it did not impose any harm or danger? He even threatened/told my husband that if he will do this again he will be fined 250 usd and that he is noting this to my husband's account. My husband has been an AF member for at least 7 years now and me since 2019 and no AF locations had any issues with us. My guess is he wants us to transfer our membership right away because we are still members of the AF somewhere in Austin, TX. My husband told him before this incident happen to wait until our memberships automatically transfer to their location. I told my husband that we should consider other AF locations because I don't want to deal with this manager anymore.

I always love leaving positive reviews for my gym. I have been a member since 2014. I couldn't see myself going anywhere else. The new gym manager is very friendly and helpful. I give him and the trainers five stars. I have had multiple training sessions with Braden; I highly recommend him. I am looking forward to adding more sessions with him. You will not be disappointed. No other location matches the experience at Anytime on Windmill & Bermuda! My time here has been consistently positive. This location is by far the cleanest and best maintained of all the Anytime gyms I've visited. Staff is always welcoming and open to answer any questions you have. I especially enjoy the quaintness of this location and while it is still spacious, you never feel crowded or overwhelmed with too many people. Great for new members and existing! I would recommend this location to anyone!

I would not recommend this place, nor would I recommend signing up for this place. My wife and I have not used their establishment for almost 2 years (we have been paying during that time). We moved to another state, we drove to the nearest Anytime Fitness to cancel, they said they could not transfer our account. We called and texted these people telling them to cancel our membership. They told us to mail a letter... so comical it's the 21st century get it together. They have sent us to collections even though we have been telling them to cancel our membership for 6 months. We have not renewed our contract in 2 years, they refuse to stop charging our debit card, so we were forced to canceled our debit card now they are sending us to collections. I would look for another gym establishment. This one is terrible.

This place is robbery!! He wouldn't let me try the 7 day pass for 1 dollar. He was tryna get me on a credit plan. The prices kept changing, he kept talking and not making any sense. Apparently I have to pay a one time fee of $110 with $44 a month but he won't allow me to get my 7 day pass to see if I like it or not. He was tryna charge me up front. It's a lie, you can't try the gym for free!! The gym is way too small, with basic equipment to be this expensive. I wouldn't sign up here! They're liars & the gym is too basic for the price.

I opened a membership yesterday, as a senior, with Sam. A motivating factor was the manner in which Sam explained the process, price and answered my questions. He clearly is very knowledgeable, professional and at the same time, friendly. I was also impressed with the selection of machines and weights. The gym is very clean and, most importantly, not crammed full of people like big chain gyms.

I initially believed what a perfect fit, walking distance from my house, open 24/7, and it was lightening fast to sign up for a month when I walked in. This soon turned into an ongoing nightmare, which I'm still burdened!
I signed up for a month's membership. I was not informed or asked my permission regarding auto debits on my account. I had been given a membership by a family member right before covid began, and I was unable to use it. Therefore, I figured why not try it since the pandemic had ended. They still had my info on file, so I requested a month to check it out and see if it worked for me. I used it once and realized my time ran too thin to really utilize the service, and therefore did not decide to renew. In November, I noticed my bank statement had an auto debit from Anytime Fitness??!! What in the world is going on here? It obviously had to be an error. so I contacted the store and my bank and made sure the merchant could no longer debit my account. When I finally was contacted back, they said that the membership was recurring, to which I told them I was unaware and never agreed to. The gentleman told me he was the same guy who signed me up for the membership and was taking care of it, so I was all set. Great, phew! ... then December rolls around, and what the heck?! I received an email stating that my account was past due, and I now owed them another month payment. ABCfitness was the company affiliated with handling these matters for Anytime Fitness... So I emailed them back detailing everything. They said I had to contact the store to close membership, which I did already! What is going on here. I went back and forth to supposedly resolve this, and the same thing happened again in January. At this point, I'm beside myself. What are these people doing?! I called and was told I had to contact the store directly, I do, and I'm sent in loops. Next time, the representative called the store for me and put me on hold, no problem. She ends up on the phone with the same guy, who claims he never had a conversation with me?!!!! I'm fuming at this point and requested a transcript of the phone calls between our phone numbers. That will clear this all up, no debating then necessary! I was told I would be contacted back after the request goes through, and I wouldn't be charged anymore, but I might have to settle the past due amount. Why would I pay for something never purchased or used?! That's asinine! February 2023 now... The same thing happens again. I write a formal complaint. I was given a response email that stated that the company denied any knowledge that I wanted to cancel membership and that I was a liar. I'm seriously blown away by the unethical and insulting nature of unprofessionalism. So I respond with attached proof of our correspondence over months! The next email I received is that they were no longer handling my account, and get this - SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS??!!! Unbelievable! This is how this company responds to a complaint, by retaliation when bullying doesn't work for them. I'm filing a complaint with every agency I can regarding such blatant, convoluted, negligent, underhanded, and deceitful treatment. Is commission carrying so much weight that an employee must steal and lie to clientele? What is wrong with this society lately? I realize covid was awful, but being shady will not help our economy be better. It just perpetuates the situation and our struggles. It's a choice. Do what's right, not what's strictly beneficial to your pockets. Karma catches every wrongdoer in due time. Please be cautious if you choose to do business with this company, and if you do, I hope your experience is a much better one than mine has been. Anytimefakeness is more suitable a title, in my opinion. Beware to take care. And, hold on to something that makes you smile while undergoing stressful times. It keeps us as we ought to be. This location is my favorite! When I say they have everything, I mean everything. Best music out of all the locations, equipment is always in perfect condition, when I come at 3am there is basically nobody here so I really love that part about this location. Not a fan of being around humans, kind of antisocial. People do start showing up around 4:30am - 5am. Facility is extremely clean and well organized. I do appreciate this location plus the owner and staff seemed pretty chill when I got that phone call about humans complaining about me not wearing a shirt for my last set and whatnot. No hard feelings, just weird people watch others when they should be more focused on themselves and their workout lmfao. Reason I come alone and leave when they show up.

I signed up for a membership for 18 months with this gym. When I moved out of town I contacted them to cancel my membership. They informed me it must be done in writing or in person. I asked for an email address and they said it must be by mail. I sent them a certified letter with return receipt notifying them of the cancellation and they still attempted to charge my card. I contacted my bank and got them blocked from making charges to my account and still almost 4 months later their finance people call me asking me to pay for next month's membership and every month I notify them I cancelled already. I notified them today to cease calling me under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act that they are disallowed from contacting me by phone and finally the financial services person said she would place me on a do not contact list and cease billing my account. These guys are a total rip off!

I greatly dislike their contract here. Way too expensive for machines that do not fit my size. On top of that, I felt extremely disrespected when some guys made fun of me one day (They called me a "beached whale" while I was on the back extension equipment). I immediately went to the person up front and they shrugged and agreed with the comment.

I hate leaving bad reviews but here goes nothing: My husband & I have been coming to this gym for 4 years. The ONLY reason we stuck with it so long was the location. We carpool & it is the most convenience for us BUT we're DONE. Their price is TOO high for such a small gym with mediocre equipment (they are double the price of EoS or LVAC), the gym is dirty, and there's constantly broken equipment. Their cleaning service does NOT clean the bathrooms every time, they only empty the trash. I know this because I am there when they come to clean. They are in & out in 20 minutes! I've had to complain multiple times about dirty floors, and toilets. I've been staring at the same grimy sweat drips on the treadmills & stair climbers for 4 years (isn't that a health code violation?) LVAC mops their machines down. The TRX rack is coming out of the wall (I just hope someone doesn't seriously injure themselves on it), the benches are broken and coming apart. Cable machines are in need of repair. Half the treadmills cannot detect someone is on it and they shut down. I could go on & on. We are done and cancelled our memberships. I'll take my $85 a month elsewhere, thanks!

Love this place.
Equipment perfect for my routines. I've been able to incorporate BEACHBODY style workouts with out a problem.
If equipment is down, it is fixed within a few days. Unlike other gyms I have been to.
This is NOT a GOLDS GYM, so not loads and loads of free weights. But enough for what I need for my routines.
I have always able to get in. Never a problem with staff. Even bathrooms & shower room is always clean. Not like other Gyms I have been to.
Friend has NO trouble when he travels, even in California and Alabama.

I have been a customer of this gym from the past three years and finally decided to quit because of there repeated poor customer service.

Dont fall for the warm welcome you receive at the beginning, infact every gym does that. What i am writing in this review is my experience with this gym from the past 3 years that i decided to pass on to rest of the community.

If you travel a lot, I recommend not joining Any time Fitness Period, they Transfer you to other facilities and demand higher rates to transfer you back. Any time Fitness operate as a franchise not corporate. Which means nothing can be done even if you can scream your lungs out.

Apart from Monthly Fees, they will charge you a Yearly fees as well which will not be mentioned during signup.
I strongly recommend not to get into a Annual contract with out completely understanding what you are getting into.
I recently learnt that for way less monthly payment, i can get access to many more amenities at an another gym. i am not just highlighting the fees but the level of service at this location is pretty bad and not worth the price you pay.

I was working out at this gym from the past three years and paying monthly fees like every one else. Because i used Anytime Fitness center at another location , With out even notifying me or taking my authorization, management at this location took away my access to this location and asked me to use other location henceforth or Pay increased fees to stay as a member.

Who will benefit:
If you are living close to this Gym and Dont have a Alternative Option.
If you dont travel.
Negotiate a good rate and make sure you monitor your Credit card Bill.
If you are out of shape and Shy.
If you dont care managements Unprofessional Behavior.
If you dont care much about the Broken machines and Can wait patiently until they get repaired.
If you want to take selfies in Gym with out feeling Shy, as no one will be there to look at you.
Finally if you are making good money.

Dont ever feel shy about the way you look. I was fat when i took my first step and now i am a completely different person. I eat what i like but still remain in shape.
Where there's a will, there is a way. Its not the Gym, its you who need to change and stop wasting your money and Time on Anytime Fitness.

I am not asking you to change your loyalties this minute but go for the better service and price model. in my view once you become a member, there should not be another discussion about changes in your membership that doesn't benefit you as a long term customer.

I am leaving end of this month to another location close to my house. I will miss my gym buddies though but oh well, you can always make new friends.

I travel frequently across the US, hence my choice to join Anytime Fitness. I rarely travel with my keys since I prefer not to accidentally lose them. The employee refused to look me up in the system, claiming some bullshit policy about how if you don't have a key fob you have to pay the guest fee. I already paid a for a $20 cab ride here because hotel gyms never "do it" for me. Putting in an official complaint to the corporate offices, as is my trainer/owner of my local Anytime Fitness. I want my $25 guest fee and $20 cab fee refunded to me.

The windmill location (In Las Vegas) offered my husband and I a 7 day pass, a free week. They took a deposit of $25.00 for each key bob ($50.00) it was supposed to be returned after the week was up and the key bobs returned.
I returned on day 8 by 12:30PM (office opens at 10:00AM) to drop off the two key bobs and get my deposit back. Apparently, if you are told or not, the key bobs must be back by the end of the 7th day or they just keep your deposit.
I don't care much for the General Manager. His non-disclosure about keeping the deposit is just wrong. He could check have checked his entry logs, I had not used the gym since several days before my week ran out. I had not abused the week privileges, I was there a 1/2 day after the week ran out!
If they offer you a free week, WATCH OUT! First it's not free, and second they don't like returning deposit money, even if it is good business. Make sure you return your key bobs before the end of the 7th day!!

Bye the way, the Windmill location is one of the most expensive in Las Vegas. Do yourself a favor and check the other locations. They offer some better deals, and once you pass the first 30 days you can use any of their locations even if it is the Windmill location near your home.

The Good:
-24/7/365 access love it,
-they offer free wifi so you can netflix your butt off while your cardioing your butt off
-cheap rates
-several locations
The Bad:
-it's too small so if you're in there durring the peak times you're going to be waiting or getting into each other's sweaty way
-Sales guy lied to me saying it never got busy just to make a sale (big surprise)
-not enough flat or incline benches in free weights
-no showers so you have to waste gas at over $3.30 a gallon going home shower then go to work
-not enough olympic bars but even if there were you couldn't use it because the gym is too crowded

Best club that I have ever belonged to! The service is outstanding and the manager, Charlene is the best. This club is very nice clean and the staff as well as the small group of people that workout there are awesome. I highly recommend this club.

Horrible service. The female manager called me one day saying my husband and I violated the rules by not swiping both our cards to come i. I told her I was unaware of the rule and she said if we did it again there would be a $250 FINE. The next day my card wouldn't let me in, she turned it off. My husband had to go down and deal with it, which they said was a misunderstanding. No, it wasn't. Other people have left reviews on google with the same things happening to them. Once it got turned on they waited 30 days and called me again to say if i wanted to continue to use their gym I had to renegotiate the price!! When I asked to speak to the owner I was told there were not ever available. She wouldn't discuss the price they wanted to increase me to over the phone either. Why not? Because I can't say no to your face?? She kept going on and on about her state of the art gym equip. The gym is clean, I will give it that. But the equip. is average. I'm not going to use the best equip. on the planet. And the cram so many machines into the little space they have, you breathe the air of the person next to you. Its gross. Worst way to treat someone you want money from in this economy. So now I go up the street to the street to Seven Hills. Guy there is nice and says he gets all of this locations business! My home gym warned me this location would do this, it’s their M.O. Filing a complaint with the BBB and anyone else I can.

What do you love about Anytime Anytime Fitness on Windmill is the best, clean most friendly gym that I have ever been too! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Jeannette (the lovely lady who runs the gym during the weekdays) remembers just about everyones name and greets you by name every time your come to work out. The trainers that work there are very nice and have given me great advice even though I was not using a personal trainer. There is never a wait for equipment and the fact that is is 24 hour access I can work out around my schedule and feel safe about working out late at night. I recommend Anytime Fitness on Windmill to anyone who likes working out in a clean, friendly and not over crowded gym.
