BFT is a great place! I would recommend this place to anyone! Everyone is friendly and the coaches are great! I tried seveal gyms that are very similar to this type of workout and by far BFT Blue Diamond is the best choice. Good energy from the coaches and all are friendly.

BFT has been the best gym I've ever joined. I have been a member of other gyms in the past, but BFT really makes you feel like you're part of their community. The trainers and the owners make sure to provide the necessary tools for success of whatever your fitness goals might be. (Shout-out to all the trainers, as they are some of the best coaches out there!) It really has been a positive life-changing choice.

Joining BFT is the best decision I’ve made recently. It’s definitely out of my way, but hoping they open one closer to me soon. I enjoy these kind of gym, because all I have to do is show up. I am not thinking what workout I’ll be doing next. The environment is very positive and the coaches are constantly helping you with your posture. I highly recommend you do a free class is available.

Seriously one of the best investments I've made for myself. I've been a member since November and already am down 15lbs and 4% bf. All the coaches are very friendly and experienced. This works as long as you're consistent which goes for anything. I feel stronger than ever and love this community. I love that they have apps to make classes easy to book and track your progress with their heart rate monitor. They also have a body fit scanner to help you get on track. Its very clean and spacious. Also they don't have a contract and actually care about you as a person. 10/10

Since starting my regular visits to the gym back in October, I've been pleasantly surprised by how much I've enjoyed it. With an open mind, I embraced the experience and have since felt stronger, leaner, and more mobile. I love Body Fit Training Blue Diamond. BFT as a program is good. A different class every day. Plus the BFT3 heart monitor was a deal maker for me. Being able to see my heart rate while working has been a big help. The trainers are awesome too.

The trainers are the best part of the gym. The gym itself is pretty nice. Something to be aware of is if you get a credit for having a friend join and they tell you it will be deducted from your next months dues that's not true. I had a $25 black friday credit and I had my friend join so another $25 credit, $50 in total. I was told this would be deducted from my dues over the phone but it wasn't. Then, after asking for a refund to my account, the owner acted like he didn't know how to refund... The owner doesn't know how to refund...lol just say you're going to keep my money. Other than that, the community is amazing, and again, the trainers are AWESOME!

I’m so happy they opened this place. The coaches are great. The workouts are effective. The community is awesome. Class based fitness is great if you need an alternative to crowded box gyms. You don’t have to think about your workout programs and you get extra motivation to do the exercises you may skip if you’re writing your own program. The morning coaches Eddie and Erin are both awesome.

This gym is amazing. The classes are challenging and are not redundant. They change up the classes and exercises to ensure you are not stagnant. The coaches and community support to get you through the classes is great.
I’m seeing results in the short time I’ve been a member. I have struggled with consistency in the past. However that’s not a problem with BFT. The coaches are the best. Their encouragement and support to make continuous progress is key.

I’ve enjoyed BFT for the diversity of its programs. Previous group fitness classes I’ve taken have become repetitive, but BFT really seems like a great mix of strength training and HIIT training. Not to mention the staff and trainers here are wonderful - funny, knowledgeable, and committed to helping their members grow.

The instructors at BFT are top-notch. They’re not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but they also bring a level of energy and enthusiasm to every class that is truly infectious. They really take the time to get to know each member, and they’re always there to offer guidance, support, and a bit of friendly competition.
What sets BFT apart, in my opinion, is the sense of community that’s been fostered here. The classes are more than just workouts—they’re social events where you can meet like-minded individuals and push each other to achieve your best. It’s an environment that’s both welcoming and challenging, and I always leave feeling like I’ve accomplished something great.

I've been working out for one month with BFT on Blue Diamond and Im hooked. After 6 years working out at home I needed a push, a change & a local community for accountability. I'm not the gym type and never have been. Its been 20 years since I was in a gym to be honest. I started with a 7 day trial and haven't missed a day since. BFT makes working out fun! The coaches and people are awesome and energetic! I love this place. The results are amazing! I feel stronger, more flexible and generally better over all. It was tough at first but every week, there was something new to challenge me to keep moving. I gave myself 2 years to get in shape but with BFT Blue Diamond, I doubt it will take that long.

I have had nothing short of an amazing experience since becoming a member of Body Fit Training at Blue Diamond. I have recently started becoming a physically active being over the past few years, however, was more favoring cardio-based workouts as weight lifting always seemed intimidating to me. After attending a pre-opening class, I was informed of the strength emphasis that was offered at BFT and that was what hooked me in to join. There is an even balance between strength days and cardio days within the weekly protocol and that is always a plus for me.
When I started I knew this was going to be an uncomfortable start because I have never lifted weights before, but the staff has been so amazing in encouraging me to continue to attend daily. From the moment you walk in, they greet you by name and encourage you to push yourself throughout the workouts. The coaches are not only the best support during your workouts, but they are super knowledgeable about the specific exercises that I know I am in the best hands when it comes to doing things with correct form and intention.
I have already noticed improvements in my lifting capabilities since starting at BFT and my efforts have also been recognized by the coaches and other members as well. The community here is just beyond amazing and I couldn't ask for anything better from a gym.

I'm loving BFT! The classes are super fun, lots of variation, which I love. I also don't feel like I'm getting lost in the crowd. We get quality time with trainers to improve our movements and the small class sizes are exactly what I was looking for.

I am not going to lie, I was really hesitant at first. I tried some group classes before but I was just not really motivated. So I said let me give this place a shot after reading what they can offer for me on their website. Mike welcomed me, he also gave me a tour in their facility and explained what it's like working out here. He also try to see what my goal is. So I tried it, My first day I was so nervous, but everyone made me feel welcome and I felt was never alone each exercise. The coaches here are amazing, you can always ask them about anything! They stick with you through the workouts and they watch your form carefully. Push you to your limit while also being safe. Let me tell you though, IT IS NOT EASY, but it's worth it. It's been three weeks and I'm still here. I been attending everyday, now this is my new addiction. They lend you a heart monitor to track your heart rate or you can buy them(as of what I did) and they tell you whats the target color or heart rate for that day. Best part excecise program changes every month. Atmosphere here is amazing, spacious and it is always clean. Parking is very well convenient. I guess what really sold me into is I felt like I became part of the BFT Family and it is something big. We have fun during workouts and we push each other day by day. Give it a try! your body and mind will thank you. I know ill be here for a while, years maybe.

I have been attending BFT since before they opened their doors. Was able to get to know the head coach and have throughly enjoy getting to know the coaches! I enjoy going to class Every day because of the high energy, the support, and of course the results! I’ve lost 4-5 pounds since August 1st and can see the the significant changes in my body.I highly recommend this gym and if you are unsure, just walk in, try a class for free - you won’t regret it!

The coaches here are top notch! The community I've built here is like nothing I've experienced before. They've perfected the art of strength and training. I actually don't like missing gym days and that's a new thing for me! It doesn't matter what level of fitness training you've had, the classes apply to all levels. Body fit training has some of the most personable coaches who genuinely care about the well-being of their clients. The other members are also extremely friendly. Just good vibes all around. The exercise programming is also probably the best I've seen out of group fitness. I used to work out by myself at gyms, but I'm totally content doing bft for my general fitness since I'm able to recover pretty well after classes. Just check it out, and you won't regret it.

Before I ever became a Coach here at BFT Blue Diamond, I was STOKED for them to open and take sessions here. The concept of group STRENGTH training is incredible and the gamification of their Heart Rate Monitors is BRILLIANT. The periodization of their programming to help build real muscles and strength is impressive to say the least.
If you're looking for somewhere to track everything from proper form, energy output, to physical results THIS IS THE PLACE.

This gym is great. I stopped in this week with my wife to try out the programming and we really enjoyed it. The coaches are great, and help you through the movements so you don’t get tripped up.
I’d recommend this gym to anyone looking for HIIT workouts or those looking for a gym that incorporates strength based work mixed with intense cardio.

I just tried my first class and can't say enough great things. First and foremost, the coaching was excellent. It felt like I had a personal trainer in a group class...the best of both worlds! The coaches were really in tune with the needs of each member and did an excellent job encouraging us during class and pushing us individually. There were a variety of movements focused on full body which made the time fly by. This style of exercise offered the perfect balance of strength and endurance. Thank you to all the coaches for a great experience! Highly recommend!
