I am a health and Fitness Coach located in Las Vegas. I offer In-Person training as well as online training. I help individuals achieve their goals as well as improve quality of life. I can help individuals relieve pain, increase mobility and increase overall body strength. I have helped hundreds of clients accomplish each of their individual goals. What sets me apart from the rest is every client receives custom planning specifically for them, no two clients get the same planning. I have been training with Blaze on and off for at least 2 years now, likely longer. I have had over a half dozen trainers that I have worked with over the years, and Blaze is by far the best trainer out of all of them! Blaze challenges me to set goals AND reach them. I am one of those people that benefits greatly from the attention and motivation provided by a great fitness coach; Blaze takes that reality to a whole other level. Blaze's attention to detail is so precise that he ensures that I am doing each individual exercise correctly. This means that he makes sure that I get the maximum benefit from the exercise while staying focused on precise movements. It is much easier to just "blow through an exercise" than it is to slow down and get each rep in while mainting proper form - its that attention to detail that has generated amazing results for me while working with Blaze. I would highly recommend Blaze as a personal trainer to anyone looking to have a conscientious coach, regardless of their age, skill level, gender or health challenges.

Best decision I’ve made for my health-hands down.
Working with Blaze has been an absolute game-changer. Not only are the workouts tailored and challenging, but he actually makes training fun (which I never thought I’d say). He really takes the time to understand your goals, push you without burning you out, and make sure you’re doing everything safely and effectively.
Whether you’re just getting started or trying to level up, Blaze is the real deal. Super knowledgeable, motivating, and actually cares about your progress. 10/10 recommend

My wife and I had plenty of options when it comes to training, especially online training. Blaziniron isn’t just one or the other…he does both. We live in California and take advantage of the online programs. Whenever we come to Vegas, he makes the time to slip in a session in person (with plenty of notice). It’s helped us get to know him and makes using him remotely so comfortable for us. We will be with Blaze with the foreseeable future

I trained with Blaze Boudreau regularly for a period of time, and in the beginning, everything seemed fine - even though I was not reaching desired goals. The situation changed when my fiancé, who had also prepaid for sessions, decided to stop training and asked Blaze to transfer the remaining sessions to me. At first, Blaze agreed, but later reversed that decision.
Instead of working toward a fair resolution, he refused to honor the sessions or issue a refund. What surprised me most was that, rather than trying to handle the matter directly and professionally, the next step was receiving a cease and desist letter from an attorney.
At that point, I decided to move on. I realized I didn’t want to continue training in an environment where situations are met with defensiveness and hostility instead of communication and accountability.
Since then, I’ve found a new trainer/gym, and the experience has been completely different—supportive, encouraging, and genuinely focused on helping me progress. The energy is healthier, and I’m finally thriving without the extra stress.
For anyone considering their options, know that you don’t have to stay in a situation that doesn’t feel right. There are trainers and spaces out there that will respect you, support you, and bring out your best.

I can’t say enough good things about Blaze I went to him when I was out of shape, low on energy, and honestly didn’t know where to even begin. Blaze has completely transformed my fitness journey. He has an incredible talent for taking out-of-shape bodies (like mine) was lol and turning them into strong, healthy, and athletic ones.
Over the course of Five months , he didn’t just help me lose weight 20 plus pounds — he helped me completely reshape my body and mindset. and gaining 20 pounds of muscle didn’t hurt either. His knowledge of strength training, and confusing the muscle groups (So the body) doesn’t get used to it, is not like other trainers I’ve used. He makes the gym fun when we all know it’s not. He also makes me reliable, it’s where I don’t want to disappoint him by not showing up, he’s nutrition explanations and recovery is truly next level.
Every workout is perfectly tailored to push you without overwhelming you, and he knows exactly when to encourage you and when to challenge you harder and knows how to work around injuries Like I have.
What really sets him apart is his attention to detail and how much he genuinely cares about his clients’ success. Like checking in on you in the morning or in the afternoons with what you’re eating texts and he gives you suggestions as well
He even created a workout plan for me when I was out of town for two weeks just by me sending him video of the equipment that was available at the gyms at three different hotels, that is a great quality from a trainer. He holds you accountable, but in a way that’s motivating and empowering. Whether you’re just starting out or trying to take your fitness to the next level, Blaze is the trainer to work with. He’s also well respected in the gym at LVAC there’s a reason for that.
If you’re serious about getting results and transforming your body, I couldn’t recommend blaze more highly. Working with him was one of the best decisions I ever made for my health and my life and I’ll keep Referring my friends to him so they can also transformer their bodies.

Training under Blaze has been awesome, he really cares about where you are in your current fitness, as well as any past injuries/surgical history/etc. He knows how to work with a variety of clients and is always accomodating of movement issues.
I haven't trained with him physically, but have been following a nutrition and workout plan that Blaze made for me and my goals. I've seen great progress so far and the workouts are extremely efficient while still pushing me hard. I've really enjoyed working with him!

My experience with Blaze, my personal fitness trainer. He genuinely cares about and understands my goals, fitness level, and any limitations I might have, creating a personalized workout plan that is both challenging and achievable.
What I appreciate most is his ability to motivate me. Blaze has a knack for pushing me just enough to step outside my comfort zone and really makes me feel the areas i want to build a gain muscle tone. The workouts are always varied and engaging, which keeps me excited about my sessions.
My wife takes care of our meals and Blaze provides an extensive meal plan that if followed does help a lot!
I highly recommend Blaze to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable fitness coach. 430 am comes early but he is ALWAYS on time and shows up!
