Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi is a yoga studio in Las Vegas (Flamingo) offering holistic wellness classes consisting of yoga, tai chi, meditation, and breathwork based on 5000-year-old Korean traditions. We offer a variety of yoga classes for beginners and more advanced classes to energize and heal the mind, body, and spirit.

I’ve been coming to Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi On Flamingo for a little over 2 months and the BNB classes have changed my life. After my relocation in March, I needed an outlet and found BNB at a convention and from my first visit in May to know, July, I have to say that I’m a completely different person. Amberli and Master Jung are great! If you are looking to relieve stress, emotions, or stretch a little, please visit this location. Definitely life changing!

I love Body and Brain as a daily life practice. It focuses on all aspects of body and brain health to live your best life as the aging process continues. Helps with aches and pains physically as well as emotionally. Promotes self healing, gut detox, muscle strength and more. There are workshops for healing and self development which are an excellent source for all ages. It has all helped me tremendously where I didn't know I needed. There is something for everyone here no matter what age or condition or if you simply just want to move your body. The instructors are awesome and you learn so much. Great class. It’s has been very helpful with my RA. I went from every 4 months to every 9 months of dry quimo and it has been a healing process. My inflammation was 160 and now it’s 4. I have been coming to Body and Brain for a little over a year now and have enjoyed so many benefits that I attribute to these well-taught practices of mind-body connection. I’ve noticed my anxiety disappear entirely, my mood be greatly elevated, I have much more patience and a sense of general well-being that had been lacking for far longer than I’d realized. The classes and courses are very well structured so that beginners can learn the essentials and feel comfortable with where they are at and advanced members continue to work through deeper levels. The mix of stretches, energy work, Tai Chi and meditation work well to shift consciousness from the thinking mind to the physical body, and the tools learned can easily be applied throughout the day when feeling stressed or disconnected. The instructors are excellent, they bring a high level of expertise and passion into their work and are genuinely committed to the well-being of their students. This is a great yoga studio. My daughter and I have signed up here. The owner and the yoga instructors are very friendly and helpful. No matter your age, this place is suitable for you. It can help you alleviate pain in various parts of your body. I used to have persistent pain in my neck and shoulder muscles, but now it has improved significantly. I was looking for a yoga studio after coming home from a one week yoga retreat in Costa Rica and this place kind of just fell in my lap and I’m so happy it did.

I truly look forward to walking into my class everyday, because I know when I’m there the stress and worry that lives rent free in my head will disappear. I also no longer wake up with the crippling feeling of anxiety in my chest either.

The environment is so welcoming, it’s nice to have a place where everyone has the same intention as you, HEALING!

Master Sumin, and the staff have the most inviting energy. The inclusivity is 10/10 it’s so great to know there is someone who will guide you and show you how to every time without hesitation.

I have attended all the classes that are offered everyday (at least 4-5 classes a week) for the past 3 weeks.

Not only is the stress leaving my mind but is also leaving my body, little by little, I leave feeling so light and rejuvenated.

The yoga (stretches) and tai chi are all challenging but enjoyable at the same time and all the classes really offer an experience for every fitness level with different body conditions.

I would highly recommend this to those who are on a similar journey seeking connection to mind, body, and spirit.

Since July 2021 I have been a student of Yoga Tai Chi with Body & Brain, Vegas. Its a transformative discipline. The discipline changed my life perspective. I've 72 years of life experience and the energy practice of Yoga coupled with Tai Chi released unlocked body/mind relationship unknown to me before I inauspiciously wandered into the yoga studio. It was unexpected. Meditative and "internal" body energy practices were new to me. I was uneasy. Master instructors, dedicated staff, committed to the discipline brought me, their student to a lifelong commitment of Yoga/Tai Chi energy practice. I arrived rigid and stiff, and over time became flexible and inwardly calmer. The practice changed my psychic/emotional reaction to the the pre-Yoga world. The organization has integrity, the staff guides, assists and promotes student well being. They are credible, trustworthy, and I respect the education principles. I learn each time I go to class. I started 2 1/2 months ago to try and see if Tai Chi or any of the body and brain trainings could help with my physical ailments. My niece who is in the medical program recommended this. I had a swollen sciatica, couldn’t bend without pain, and I have a torn meniscus. My niece who is in the medical field recommended this program.
I’m so amazed and pleased that now I can bend without pain. I’m committed to do this long term and recommend for anyone to do this instead of traditional drugs and surgeries.

I have never tried yoga before and since there was ongoing stress in my life, I figured I could give it a shot. Recommended by my mother, I was able to find what I was looking for -- mediation techniques. The workouts were not intense although many poses were challenging for my because of my inflexibility (looking at you, sleeping tiger pose). What really stood out to me was the calming atmosphere and tranquil state of mind I was able to accomplish there. I am thankful to have come here for the short days I was able to attend and I would recommend anyone who is open to yoga to try this place out.

Hi there I am 33 years old and I been going to Body & Brain center for 9 years now. I started in Dallas then LA, and now in Vegas.

I highly recommend training with any Master at Body & Brain at least once and see how you feel after. You will do some things that you never done before that might be a little strange at first but after you feel light and rejuvenated.

I have seen all walks of life come though here and everyone after a few classes really feels the difference and change pretty much immediately.

I highly suggest doing 10 classes for 1 month because each class is very different.

Knowledge is power and Body & Brain offers not just physical activity but knowledge to use in your everyday life.

Best part any age can take the class what is unique for a yoga class.

My stress level was very high in Dec 2022. After the first session at Body & Brain in Durango and Flamingo location, I felt so much better both mentally and physically. I did Yoga & Qigong before. This approach is better because its focus is using the Breathing, stretching and vibration to massage our inner organs. I have signed up for a two year program. I recently started taking the classes at Body and Brain, and I have to say, it has been truly a transformative experience. The masters there are absolutely amazing, and their expertise in the practice of yoga is evident in every move they make and every word they speak.

Recently retired and looking for a place to keep me active I look for a yoga class and found body and brain. Had an eval and started attending the classes & skeptical at first on what to expect. After a few classes I slowly understand their practice which is different from other yoga classes. So I sign for another 3 month class and more after this . The classes are great . My stress and anxiety level had decreased a whole lot My mind is calm, my sleep is better, the aches and pains are disappearing even my arthritis is not painful anymore. I have been practicing at Brain & Body for a little less than a month and I am blown away by the changes. When I first started, I blindly went to try one of the retreats offered and it was as if the experience had flipped a switch within my being and I was hooked! I came seeking spiritual, mental and physical growth and found it. The Korean style of yoga is new to me, but very eye opening and effective. What a journey I have been on! The practice of Body & Brain Yoga has helped me physically and spiritually. When I initially came to the center - my mind was fogged and my body was weak. Body and brain is an amazing place. I was struggling with life and recently moving and when I met master sumun at the park teaching it was definitely a blessing! I called and made sure I could attend class one day and he was super inviting and showed me a lot of love and kindness. The classes are amazing as well as the other masters! They know what they’re talking about and they show you how to connect with yourself on a deeper level while also showing you how to get good stretches and workouts as well. This place has been a sanctuary for me. At the end of a stressful day, I am able to regain balance and reconnect to myself. This is not your typical yoga or tai chi class. They focus on expanding your consciousness, increasing and balancing your energy and finding clarity. The exercises are meant to give your mind and your body a work out. They also greatly help the digestive system, which functions like a second brain, sending nutrients and signals to other organs. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely kind. They truly try to help everyone in need. There are seminars and courses offered, in addition to the classes, on different subjects for deeper understanding. I plan on taking one this month that will focus on reconnecting to my true self. To anyone who may be feeling a little out of balance, struggling with health issues or anxiety, I highly recommend giving this a try!

I absolutely love my Durango Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi Center in Las Vegas n all the staff members. They have B&B centers all across the world, n the Masters that I have meet are just like my Center, kind, really get to know u n what ur needs are. No cookie-cutter here. I met a rep from B&B at a women’s’ Expo n was impressed with what she had to say about their programs, I was especially interested in the Tai Chi class. They were ready when the pandemic started n moved right into online classes so I have not lost a moment of my membership. I just completed some special classes on Awakening Chakras, a Life Particle Class, n an Intelligence vs Awareness class. Wonderful information on how to manage my brain, my feelings, what to do for my Souls’ growth, to manage my life n make it more meaningful, my purpose: what do I contribute to humanity. It's rare that I write a review. But it's even more rare to find a place as special as this one. I originally came to Body & Brain because I was interested in learning Tai Chi and they had a great introductory offer that was a no brainer.

I came to find out very quickly that this place was MUCH more than simply a Tai Chi or Yoga studio. I have been going now for nearly a month and I am not exaggerating when I say that it has changed my life in that very short time. I DEFINITELY feel myself getting physically stronger and healthier. However... the biggest change I have felt has been at a much deeper spiritual level. This place and the incredibly sincere people there helped my reconnect with myself and shift my energy in ways I have never been able to do on my own.

I came into Body & Brain feeling run down, depressed, and lacking a feeling of hope in the future. Since starting, I feel more at peace and connected with myself and the world around me. Once I began to shift my perspective, I also began to see noticeable differences in all aspects of my life. The world just opened up in ways I never expected and I attribute so much of that to the things I have learned here and continue to practice. I find myself in a mindset of gratitude from the moment I wake up till the moment I close my eyes at night. Like anything, it requires effort to make a change but I can tell you without question, it is worth it!

I felt compelled to share because I know there are many who feel how I felt before coming in to this. I truly wish the same experience for others who are looking for a change and a path to a better life. It all comes from within if you know where to look. Sometimes we just need a guide!

I started about a year ago looking to relieve my stiff back and stiff shoulders, my posture wasn’t very good and I was cramping often from middle and lower back. After a few months my condition began to improve. My shoulders and back started to loosen up and cramps were almost completely gone. Now I’m feeling even better, body posture is straighter, cramps are rare and if I get one it’s more like a small spasm, I’m more flexible, relaxed, able to focus more and don’t fatigue like I use to at work. This yoga focuses on energy circulation, similar to Tai-Chi, which I had had not done before--it's different than hatha yoga, which i had practiced for several years. This is exactly what Dahn Yoga had provided me. Positive environment, energetic members and amazing instructors.
As far as life's stresses, I just release and let them go. Whatever stress or anxiety I have to encounter, can now be dealt in a more positive and calming way.

What I like about this type of yoga is it's very different because everybody can do it and feel a benefit. The atmosphere is very clean and the staff make you feel comfortable. They have lots of different types of classes and times you can choose from. I always feel both relaxed and energized after class making my life more loving and fulfilling.

,Dahn Yoga is very diffrent from all the types of yoga and fitness places i have tried.
I became very desperate when i was turning alcoholic due to my depression and anxiety and my stress level was intolerable..i wanted a change,for me and for my son.
Dahn Yoga helped me far more than I expected.Now i can manage my stress better,i hardly get any depreesion or anxiety attack and if i do,i know how to manage them better.i have so much energy to share with my son and people around me.And i have never felt so physically fit in my life till i joined.
Our teachers are very genuine and sincere to help each member.They are all very friendly and energetic. Its contagious.I am always grateful to their dedication.
I love Dahn Yoga and i recommend it to almost everyone i know.

Before I started dahn yoga, I had issue on dealing with stress, anxiety, fatigue, and some acne problem. After just few weeks I felt so good and energized after class that throughout day I could focus better and be more efficient. Gradually my body had been detoxified through deep stretching, breathing and other effective exercises, my skin got cleared and glowed. People asked the reason and I told them my secret, dahn yoga!
Exercises are simple and low impact but challenging enough to improve my condition. I also love meditation through that I feel peaceful. I become more balanced physically and emotionally so that I can deal with stress better and make better choices and have more confidence.
Instructors are caring and teach wonderful classes. Classes are fun and energizing. Durango dahn Center has warm and welcoming atmosphere.
I recommend dahn yoga to anyone who want to be healthier, happier, and have peace in their mind.

I've been going to Dahn Yoga Durango for about a year now. At first I was a bit hesitant because I saw a lot of stuff on the internet that spoke negatively about them but I thought that regardless I would still give it a try and I really don't regret it one bit. I'm pretty weak and inflexible for someone my age but I've seen my body really change and become healthier because I sincerely tried the exercises in class and practice simple exercises at home. My mind is also a lot more clear and my decision making process is a lot more grounded because my body isn't constantly tired or stressed. The instructors at the center are really kind, capable, and down-to-earth people who helped me a lot in my process of developing healthy habits and a healthy body. I always feel a lot more awake after taking the class and I have become a more positive and open person. For me, Dahn Yoga was the great outlet for me to learn how to open up my life and I'm really glad I joined :)
