I’ve been coming to Body20 for an hour a year and a half, and I’m still obsessed with it! I love how the studio is continuously adding new equipment like they recently got a cardio bike, TRX bands, an ab bench, and a skateboard for advanced training.

My results have been fantastic, I have more muscle than I’ve ever had before and I’m at my lowest weight.

I particularly enjoy working with three coaches: Coach Naz (Naseem), Michael, and Jeremy. They’re all extremely positive, encouraging, and they all Create amazing circuits for me based on the different body parts I want to focus on.

If you’re on the fence, I would say absolutely try it! The workouts are quick and it’s a great way to build muscle And lose fat!

I'm OBSESSED with Body20!! It was super easy to coordinate a demo of the EMS workouts. The staff was super friendly and patient with me guiding me on how to put on the suit and going through the workout. It's so exciting that the EMS technology can level up your workouts to deliver you faster results! That was a huge plus for me! Also the sessions are only 20 minutes long and are low impact so less risk of pulling a muscle and getting hurt !

I was in complete SHOCK of how engaged and activated my muscles were! I went back the next day and signed up for a membership and got another awesome workout!

Now I’m 5 sessions in and I’m still loving it! I’ve had 3 different coaches and they’re all so kind and explain the workout moves very clearly!

I just completed an EMS workout with Body20 and I’m absolutely blown away by the results!

From the moment I arrived, the trainer made me feel comfortable, explaining how the EMS suit works and guiding me through every movement. The session was only 15 minutes, yet it felt like I had done an hour of intense strength training. The electrical impulses targeted muscles I don’t usually feel in a regular workout, and I loved how efficient and focused the whole experience was.

I have been going here for an about a month and I absolutely love it! I feel so good after every workout, I personally love the one on one training and ability to focus on what feels good and what you want to do that day. The body evaluation that they do is also very insightful and helpful to work towards your goals. I saw great results immediately and continuously as I keep going.

I love Body20 and recommend this style of workout for everyone. I started specifically because I wanted to gain muscle.

You have a personal trainer that caters to you and your needs. It works for me because I have a bad shoulder and tear in my hip. The trainers still push me but work around my problem areas.

The Body20 model is a twenty minute workout, twice a week. You can literally do anything for 20 minutes. At least that’s what I believe.

I started seeing results immediately.

I started at Body20 in September's of '24 and I have consistently gone twice a week. I've generally done a cardio and a strength session each week. I've lost almost 20 lbs of fat and gained muscle mass. My mobility is improving with every session. Today was upper body and abs with Lexi, and she is so conscious about my form to ensure I get an excellent workout. Love her!

Tonight (1/13) I did a cardio shred with Bryanth, which was basically beginners boxing, and it was great. Once again, he was more concerned with me getting my form correct that moving too quickly. These guys really are the best!

I love how Jordan pushes me, but he also has a great sense of humor. (2/3/25)

Do a restore stretch session w/Jordan (5/21/25) and your back will thank you!

Did a very cool strength session with Jordan (6/19) in which we worked on Kung Fu stances in the suit that increase strength and mobility. It was quite challenging, but I can always count on him to be mindful as a coach to support me with exactly what I need to be successful.

I really wanted to like this place however, upon entering I was hit with really intense fragrance and detergent smells. These Chemicals are hormone, disruptors, neurotoxins, and completely counterintuitive to addressing the body mind and spirit. Bryant's is great trainer, very professional, and he pays attention to detail to make sure you're doing the exercises right which is very important to have good form when lifting weight. He gives examples of the exercise he wants you to do before you do it. 1/17/2025. This gentleman is very professional and knows what he is doing to exercise and train the body. I made a visit finally at their office this time, after months of initially stopping by their vendor at an event, and I was prepped up to get into a wet suit as it was AC'd in there being I am very sensitive to AC and tried the workouts with stimulating pads and top and bottom suits. It wasn't bad except for when Michelle (Owner) as she reminded me and after it was done that her and I sat down to discuss the progress as I mentioned about the AC then she quickly to walk away to say 'you're not a good fit' and was wondering if there was one like them in Henderson but after her rude comment to me not taking the initiative effort to work out anything to keep her clients but was for her pocket, seem obvious to me. The people who suited me were really nice unless they talked after I left. I would think as an owner, would still show the concerns of issues a possible client would have but she stopped abruptly, like for me to leave. That's not what I expect for an owner to behave unprofessionally.

I’ve been coming to Body 20 Summerlin for 6 months now and it’s been a great experience. The gym is well appointed, clean, easy to schedule, user friendly app to track progress and schedule sessions, and some awesome trainers! EMS workouts have been a great addition to my fitness routine because they are fast and effective. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I love that you can do the InBody assessments there at the gym every session (if you want) to accurately track progress.

I came to Body20 in August of this year to add a training regimen to my preparation for a very physical yoga retreat I would be attending for 2 weeks at the end of October. A knee injury the year before, had put me on crutches and interrupted my 3 mile a day walking practice, which had kept me in okay shape. I had gained weight and lost all of the stamina and strength I had before. I went in for their free consultation and got a real assessment of where I was physically. It wasn’t good. I shared the retreat details with Michelle and what kind of condition I needed to be in to have a successful trip. She recommended that I focus on strength for my workouts to build more muscle quickly, add more protein to my diet and walk several times a week for cardio. I bought a 10 session package which took me right up to the week of my departure. For the next two and a half months, I worked with Lexi, my anazing trainer and cheerleader. Every week she would increase the intensity of the workout and I could feel myself getting stronger. And I faithfully walked 3 miles a day.
I just returned from my amazing spiritual journey where, I did kundalini yoga every morning at 7:00AM and walked 4 to 5 miles a day visiting temples, ashrams and other sacred sites. We hiked in the mountains and up and down countless hills and stairs. I was able to keep up with people on the tour 20 to 30 years younger than me. All of that was possible doing 1 session per week and following their dietary and additional exercise advice. I am in my golden senior years and would not have been able to have this extraordinary journey without Body20. I highly recommend them and Lexi to help you get the body you need to live the life you want to live.
