I enrolled for 4 weeks during a special offer. Everyone there is nice and welcoming.

The class is confusing at first because you need to remember 7-8 exercises that you need to do on a rotating basis. They show all the exercises at the beginning of the class only. I just watch the people around me and made modifications based on my ability.

The classes are 45 minutes long and different trainers have different styles. The ones I like the most are the ones with fixed times per exercise because it takes me more time to attempt a simple version of an exercise than a young athletic person. This way I get to do every exercise even if I don’t meet the expected number of repetitions.

I have two reasons why I removed one star. The first one is that this is not a place who understands introverts. They have this obsession of giving high fives often with all the people around them. I can’t express how weird it is for introverts to do that with strangers. Also, it is gross when people have dirty and sweaty hands while working out. During the days when they require a partner for the workouts, I am able to do the exercises by myself without the pressure of someone else waiting on me. It lets me focus more on what I am doing. I just pay attention when I have to switch the exercise.
The second reason is the music they use during the class. It’s mostly weird rap or something that damages your hearing. Try not to be positioned next to the speakers in the back corners. 😁

I didn’t use the talking with a person sessions that are included in the package. I also didn’t have to use the childcare service but I have seen kids happily going in the childcare room. I went to this gym to try to do the exercising part and lose weight. Did I lose any pounds? No. Did I gain strength? Absolutely!!!

All in all I am happy that I tried this gym. Good workouts if you’re comfortable with the style, the blasting music and the price. 😁

This will be my most genuine and heartfelt review to date. I recently joined Burn Bootcamp after months of struggling mentally, emotionally, and physically postpartum as a stay at home mom. I have few friends and family in the area and my husband works long hours so the stress of having a baby with me 24/7 with no time to take care of myself was inching me towards my breaking point. That’s when I saw an ad for Burn Bootcamp with complimentary childwatch on Facebook and went in the next day to check it out. I had a great talk with one of the owners, Reno, and he understood where I was coming from. He showed me the childcare area and assured me that they will come get me if my baby wouldn’t settle (my baby loses her mind if I leave her with anyone) and even if it was every 5 minutes that they would still encourage me to keep at it. I’ve been going for almost a month and not once have they had to come get me besides for a diaper change because my baby loves it there. Many gyms don’t accept infants at all and at this one you are always within 30ft of the childcare area so it’s easy for the staff to wave you down if your child needs you.

The workouts are TOUGH but everyone is so encouraging and the trainers give modifications for different skill levels as the classes consist of everyone like beginners (post c-section!) like me to conditioned athletes. Everyone is so encouraging and there is absolutely no judgement. I also love that it’s a 45min class because by the time you are really worn out you are almost done, but they really make use of the time. My mommy pouch is nearly gone already and I feel better than ever, both physically and emotionally just by being able to get out of the house and interact with other adults. I am so happy that I found BB and highly recommend it to anyone.

I LOVE Burn Boot Camp! I have been a member for over a year and I’ll tell you why I stay. Burn has all the missing pieces of other gyms:
-Challenging workouts with modifications for all fitness levels and abilities.
-Help and personal training from a trainer at a fraction of the cost. Ability to meet with them for one-on-one meetings (nutritional guidance, body scans, etc.) that’s included in your membership.
-A supportive community of people that become friends and then family. Not to mention the owners and staff actually know and care about you.
-Childwatch included in your membership.

Burn was made so you can see personal progressions in your strength, stamina and confidence. It may seem scary to start somewhere new, but I promise you will fall in love instantly and never look back!

Good Vibes, High Fives, Recognition and Child Care! What more does a mom need??? If you are lacking in any of these you should really try out Burn Boot Camp. Been here since July 2021 and I am here to stay! This place is pure fun while getting a good hard workout. I been to a few other camps, did the gym thing but nothing compares. Everyone here knows everyone by name and your not treated like just a number. From ownership, Trainers to the Burn community they are all like family. You have to experience it for yourself. If you wont do it for yourself, then who will?

Burn Boot Camp is amazing! The gym provides 45 minute classes at a variety of times, 6 days per week and every day is different! You won’t find a more supportive group of people in the trainers, owners and other members. They’ve given me a sense of community and I look forward to going to the gym 6 days per week. Burn Bootcamp Henderson West is more than a gym… it is a family. Reno, LT, Shannon and all of our trainers and our members are so encouraging. When my daughter told me I should “just try” it. I was like “No way! A Bootcamp? I’m too old for that!” But she convinced me to try. From the minute I walked in I knew it was a place to DO! To do it for me! It doesn’t matter where you are in your fitness journey Burn will meet you there and take you beyond what you ever thought you could do. At 65 (almost) my Burn family keeps me going, pushes me when I need it and gives me grace when I need to modify. If you are starting or return to your journey and you don't know where to start well let me tell you about this community called Burn Boot Camp Henderson West! Every day is a different camp and focuses on different parts of your body. You will have a trainer in a group setting. Now don't let this scary because everyone has different starting points and the trainer will modify you to your stage and show you how to do the excercise. It doesn't stop there you will also gain a great community to workout with. No one will judge you and everyone will encourage you. We give high fives or fist punches for doing great jobs. You got children don't let them stop you from working out. There is free complementary child care. So don't be afraid to walk through those doors because you will be welcomed. Everyone from the front desk personnel to the instructors greet you and call you by name. The workouts are varied day to day to target every part of your body so you see results! Burn Boot Camp Henderson West is an amazing workout facility for men and women at any fitness level. The 45 minute workouts include a warm up, the workout, the finisher, and a stretch. There are co-ed classes and classes for women only, complementary childcare, and multiple class times each day six days a week. Workouts differ each day and each week is a good mix of strength and cardio workouts. Modifications are available for every exercise to meet your needs. Trainers are fun, offer one on one training in a group setting, focus meetings (15 minutes of one on one time with a trainer) are complementary, and the trainers are good at coaching on form, suggesting mods, and encouraging you. The vibe and atmosphere is very welcoming, members are encouraging and supportive, and the gym is clean, has 2 bathrooms, equipment is sanitized after every class, the location is convenient, and there's ample parking.

This is a great place to workout! The owners and staff are so friendly and welcoming! I was on vacation and wanted to hold myself, so I went and worked out here. I am a member at another location, in another state. It is nice to know that these Burn Boot Camps are opening up throughout the states!
