Byron Ross Fitness is an independent training facility that creates a community. We offer professional trainer services for busy people who want a clean, personalized experience. Our gym facility is geared towards individuals who want a personal trainer to support them on their fitness journey. We have competitors, moms, business professionals, and casual lifestyle clients who just want to keep moving. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, athletic performance, or just for fun we have the trainer for you. We offer weight lifting, stretch classes, and cardio equipment at our facility. I started training with Byron when I moved to Vegas over twenty years ago. Throughout the years, his weight training program has helped me to achieve my fitness goals (which truthfully have changed over the years as I have gotten older). Not only does Byron Ross Fitness help people get stronger, but he has also taught me the intricacies of nutrition and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through making good choices with food - and minimizing those bad choices. He also trained my son, who played D1 baseball, and Byron always accommodated to find time to fit him in when he came home on breaks from school. This showed me that he truly cares about his clients. I've been with B since 2020. I started off as an online client and moved to in person training after 7-8 months. It's been the best decision I've ever made. When I called Byron in 2020, I thought I knew what I was doing. Well, Maury determined that was a lie! Ha! I had been dieting for years and Byron suggested a reverse diet. He increased my calories and I ate myself to the best shape I'd ever been in. Now here we are , 2024. I started strength training at age 50
Went through 4 different trainers in the first two years. Found Byron and stayed with him, period ! Best trainer in the business. I read the other reviews here and they are all true. What makes Byron great is his intelligence and his ability to communicate. We are all different, Byron really figures out what each individual needs and creates the right program. He also inspires you to follow that program.
If Byron said do 10 reps, I did 12.
I wanted to work for him, and that fact kept me on track with my diet and my workout. He is just one of those RARE good guys who cares about every one of his clients and he wants the best for them. Proof is in the pudding ! I’m 62 years old in this picture
