Carolina Granados is one of the top private certified personal trainers in Las Vegas. She primarily trains clients at Anytime Fitness Desert Inn. Appointments are required. She can meet at other gyms with special arrangements.
She has been certified in the fitness industry since 2001. She helps clients of all backgrounds reach new levels of weight loss, personal fitness, and health. Carolina is certified through ACE, AFAA, and PIYO as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She has a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science and Fitness, and a Master’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Motor Behavior and Motor Control. I’ve been working with Carolina on & off for over 10 years now. She obviously knows what shes doing (The results speak for themselves, I get in the best shape when I’m training with her! ) bur she also pays attention and is very aware of any injuries or specific needs. Initially, she talks to you about your goals and she encourages you to make fitness/health a part of your life. She also tailors a custom meal plan specific to your goals. Love this girl! I've been with several different personal trainers and she is by far my favorite. She is a stickler for technique and for me that's very important to prevent injuries. Believe it or not a lot of trainers don't properly correct their clients. I feel very comfortable opening up to her about my goals, concerns. My experience with Carolina was better than I could expect.
She put me on a training/diet program where I lost about 22 pounds in 6 weeks.
But most important than lose that weight was the healthier habits that I added on my nutrition since then.
Carolina is very competent, reliable, always on time and definetely has the knowledge in the training/nutrition area.

I am admittedly inconsistent when it comes to diet and fitness. Taking this into consideration, along with being a picky eater, Carolina gave a meal plan that was easy to be dedicated to without having cravings. More so, her training regimen was extremely effective! After only 5 workouts, I noticed a significant difference in muscle tone and how clothes fit! I am excited to check in with my progress a month from now.

Carolina has been working with me now for a little over 3 years. I've gained an all around, body, mind and soul makeover. So far, I've lost 6 pant/dress sizes, ran a 1/2 marathon, competed in 2 Ragnars and have participated in countless 5/3k's.
