I have attended this studio on and off for almost 5 years. The teachers are wonderful (currently attending Gentle Yoga with Molly) The variety of classes makes it easy to try different styles and intensity. Really appreciate having a studio like this right here in Carson City!

I have been going to Amy's yoga classes for years and I highly recommend them. I also went the the opening day at the Carson Street studio and it was wonderful. I was able to meet some of the teachers and take some short, introductory classes there. I really enjoyed them look forward to more!

As an old jock with back and knee issues, a back doc recommended yoga as a relief. I have been attending classes weekly with Amy for pushing two years and the effects are almost magical. I have improved flexibility and balance. Unexpected benefits are meditative and calm that results. I just need to allocate more time to yoga and up my attendance to twice a week. Amy is a wonderful teacher.

I love yoga soooo much! But I love that deep spiritual connection of Yoga rather than a "workout yoga class." I was a student of Yoga in San Diego, and in Incline Village... The teachers and program at Carson City Yoga is world class- top notch.
