So grateful for this studio and the teachers. Going into my second month and I was hesitant on joining, love the heat but only tried Bikram once before at another studio and originally I wasn’t a fan of doing the same postures every time. I’m so glad I gave it a shot again because I feel like with every class I grow and evolve with the postures. Love the heat and sweat! It doesn’t stink either which I know for some the stink is the “OG” haha! It has all the “OG” vibes and I just love that our little valley has this peaceful sanctuary to gather💓

This is one of the best yoga studios I have ever Attended.
It was very impressed with Ashlyn and Jordan‘s knowledge and experience in leading their students through Bikram yoga posters.
Their studio is situated in the Carson Valley while right out their door you get a view of the Sierras Nevada mountains.
The room is hot, and the yoga postures challenging.
Ashlyn and Jordan are experienced teachers who traveled throughout India, and Thailand,

This has been so therapeutic and much better than anything else I've tried! I'm sleeping better at night, I'm controlling my emotions better. Finding this studio is literally the very best thing that's ever happened to me recently. I'm so grateful for this studio and it's the original Bikram hot yoga!

Dropped in for a class when I was in town for a wedding. The owner/instructor was super accommodating, the class was excellent and challenging. The studio was clean, had great showers and rental mats and towels available.

I’ll definitely be back when I am in the Carson Valley. This is a great addition to the region.
