I love this place! I came in not really knowing anyone and was immediately welcomed by complete strangers. They encourage you when you feel like you cant go anymore and I love that. The coaches push you to keep progressing and dont let you slack off. This is the place you come when you want to get better. Not just maintain what you have. The people are amazing, the coaches are helpful and encouraging. Its like working out with your friends.

Being at Cedric's for about 5 weeks now, I have been pushed so hard and discover that not only have I been sleeping on my potential, i can do a lot more than I though possible.

We were visiting our daughter in Reno for a week and Cedric let us use the gym for that time for a very reasonable rate...its a lovely space and good atmosphere to work out in....he's a very accommodating chap as well and I would highly recommend anyone to get in touch and try out his gym if you want a good workout, classes or 1-2-1 personal training. Started at Cedric's about 13 months ago. I had not been in the gym consistenly or weightlifting for over 8 years. Now in my mid-30s and after a major injuries (broken left femur surgically repaired) I was a little apprehensive about re-starting my fitness journey. Cedric and the coaches at this gym have just been amazing! Cedric himself knows when to push and challenge you but still provide you with tips and corrections so that you do not harm yourself. The conditioning classes are great for people of all fitness levels.

The people this gym has attracted are just an amazing group of individuals, very welcoming and helpful. It really makes you want to go to class! I started 2x a week and now I am up to 4-5x a week! I would say to definitely give it a try if you are looking for more guidance than just your standard $10/month gym!

Cannot recommend this place enough!

Cedric meets everyone where they are at when they walk in the door.

He offers “master classes” for 55+, Deka Fit classes multiple times a week, Strength and Conditioning classes Mon-Fri and does occasional programming aimed at youth.

Cedric’s passion for fitness through all ages is apparent when he interacts with clients. He will help you modify, push you when you’re ready, and probably make you laugh at least once.

If you want to pick up and throw heavy stuff, train for a Deka competition or just be able to carry your own groceries and walk your dog a few more years on your own come check him out.

BEST GYM EVER! I’ve been training with Cedric for the past 3 years now. I’ve had lots of basic gym memberships that not only try to rip you off financially, but they also don’t care about who you are and I’ve seen no results acquired from these places! I began working out with CEDRIC after my third baby and he changed my life. I am in better shape than I’ve ever been in and I learned how to eat in order to see results.. This gym offers more one-on-one style training and offers different types of workouts, such as Strength & Conditioning, Thai Fit and HIIT classes. This gym is local, has great people to work out WITH, gives you teammates for life, and even friends. This place is my second home and hopefully it will be my second home forever. ❤️

As a gym junky, who has had many memberships over the years, this gym is definitely ranked high up there! The main coach/owner, Cedric, is incredibly knowledgeable and very well rounded in the industry. Cedric’s gym is a place I call home. He has great classes and gets to know each of his clients. I have Scoliosis and he is always modifying movements for me and making sure I have great form and preventing injury! I have made a huge amount of progress because of this gym and his great workouts. The coaches in this gym push your limits in a safe and challenging way. Whatever your goal might be - strength, endurance, weight loss etc, they will help you get there. The small group atmosphere is great - you get a sense of personal training but have the accountability of your regular gym buddies. Highly recommend this gym for beginners and experienced people of all ages!

This guy used to work at a gym called Results before he opened this one. He was fired after injuring myself, and others. He put his hands on me during a sumo squat with weight, came from behind with no warning, and caused me to collapse and weight came down on me. He threw out my lower back, tore my meniscus and cartilage. I've now been out of the gym for over 2 yrs., had multiple rounds of PT, and surgery. I'm in pain everyday and it's changed my whole life. He definitely has impulse control.
