I’m Chase The Trainer. I offer 1-on-1 training and semi-private (partnered training) at my private training studio in Spring Valley. (Near Sahara and Jones.) There are no other gym members, trainers, or people taking up the equipment. It's just you, me, and OUR gym. I’ve been working out with Chase for close to ten years now, and I couldn’t imagine a better trainer. At 79 years old, I’ve had my fair share of aches, pains, and joint issues, but Chase always finds safe and effective modifications that keep me moving without feeling discouraged. He understands the challenges women over 50 face and really tailors each session to meet me where I am.

Thanks to his guidance, I’ve stayed stronger, more flexible, and more confident in what my body can do. He has a gift for encouragement without pressure, and it makes every workout something I look forward to. Chase has truly been a blessing in my life, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, supportive trainer who genuinely cares about his clients’ long-term health and well-being!

Chase is amazing! He really takes the time to listen to his clients and modify their sessions to their unique needs instead of just giving blanket exercises. As a massage/manual therapist with multiple injuries, my pecs and traps like to take over on every upper body exercise. Chase has been working with me to retrain my muscle activation and stability. If you need a trainor that is patient, listens to your goals and needs, and helps you to meet those fitness bench marks safely, then Chase is your trainor!

I can't say enough good things about Chase! I am a beginner, and he's been amazing at tailoring everything to my physical level and needs. He listens to any injuries or problem areas you might have and makes sure you're training safely.

In just a month, Chase taught me so much - from the basics of warming up, to proper form with weights, and helpful stretches. I appreciate how he breaks everything down and makes it easy to understand.

Love that his gym is private and super clean - makes working out way more comfortable. He's got great music playing, keeps things fun, and gives helpful tips throughout the session.
Chase is knowledgeable, patient, fun and caring. So glad I found him as my trainer. Definitely 5 stars!"

I started training with Chase about six months ago after finding him online. His studio is private and centrally located here in Vegas. The parking is easy and convenient. (Big plus) And he has a cold bottle of water ready for you as you step in the door.

I’m a senior female, 74 years young. I had a hip replacement 2 years ago, and am doing well. However, I have a strong tendency to want to relax and chill. And not to work out, go to the gym or even take a walk. I do take a couple of gentle yoga classes weekly, which I have always enjoyed.

So, luckily, I realized that the aging process is real and that it was time to boost up my exercise.
Training with Chase has been remarkable. I’m starting to really look forward to the sessions. Lol.
He’s smart and attentive. We took it very slow to begin with. Wonderful stretches and light resistance training. Only a couple of days a week. He knows so much about the human physiology that I could trust his guidance. I am now starting to feel stronger, more balanced, and confident, too.

He plays music based on what you like. And it’s so much fun for me to workout with him while listening to the Motown oldies that I love.

I've been training with Chase for 2.5 months now and its the best training experience I've ever had and I've tried quite a few trainers and programs.
I've purchased the online programs, followed and tried the various Youtube fitness programs, worked with trainers at LVAC, 24 HR Fitness, crossfit and a couple martial arts gyms. Now, what makes training with Chase different? For me, it's the customized service that takes into account the 3 main components of successful training (for me at least)....1) customized training program that takes into account my particular body's quirks...ex. I had overdeveloped quads and underdeveloped glutes and hamstrings which was straining my lower back 2) nutrition plan that is tested....like many, I thought fat loss REQUIRED a Keto/low carb approach to nutrition....turns out I've lost more fat and have more energy on a higher carb/low fat diet 3) recovery methods...until working with Chase, I never understood the importance of foam rolling and a good massage therapist to further and enhance my fitness gains. Long story short, if you're considering dumping the cookie cutter, "I've lost weight, but can't sustain" programs out there or if you're thinking of getting a trainer but are worried you'll be judged for not wanting 6 pack abs in 6 weeks, give Chase a try. He's a fun energy, no judgement type of guy who wants what you want....to feel better about yourself long term, have more energy and move better in your everyday life.

Chase is amazing! I never thought I'd return to a gym, much less work with a trainer, but it's been an incredible year. He encourages and challenges me through every workout. I've worked with a few other trainers before, but Chase is, by far, the best I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Not only is he knowledgeable about the body and it's functions, but he also dedicates his time to understand how to get your body back to 100%. Chase is the BEST IN THE WEST!!!🌵
He genuinely cares about his client's goals and strives with you to achieve them. As well as helping you learn how to condition and take care of your body. His method of training makes every minutes of our sessions bearable. I'd want to give up in the middle of a set, especially in the beginning, but he'd encourage me to keep going till the end. Before I started training with chase I never worked out before, suffer from Lower back arthritis. I was so worried and hesitant to start training on my own. I found him off Groupon and I figured ill give him a shot. He absolutely changed my life! He sticks to his values and makes sure is clients are mental and physical stable. He has help me tremendously in all shapes of forms. I used to always get 5-6 hours of sleep because I was in so much pain but now I get 7-8 hours. Another thing I gained from him was being more aware about my nutrients and how food is processed. One more thing I would like to share that I also gained from him was he helped strengthen and tone my body. Continuing to this day I see him and will not go to another one. He the trainer your looking for I promise.

A little over a year prior to meeting Chase, I had a couple of surgical procedures. I had recovered for the most part. At that point I felt compelled to not only restore my health, but to exceed my own limitations. As I have been very active most of my life. Ironically, at that time I noticed an ad of Chase. I was intrigued and felt this might be something I want to pursue. Within that week I actually ran into Chase, and teased him by saying, "I know who you are. You're, Chase the Trainer." I said I was interested in training. He took some time to explain his programs and his philosophies. So we started off with his trial promotion. I enjoyed those first couple of sessions and took it upon myself to exclusively sign up with him. We would begin training 5 days a week, 30 minutes per session. This has been going on since September 2017. Chase does more than count reps. He takes a holistic approach to training. He really cares about you, the client. I mean he makes sure your nutrition is reasonably balanced. Focuses on flexibility to avoid injuries. Which is very important for someone my age. I've lost weight and lowered my body fat percentage. Not to sound egotistical, but I've run into people I haven't seen in a couple of months and noticed my weight loss. I attribute all of that to Chase. We have now become good friends. I trust him 100%. He could be my son, and yet we are able to converse about anything. The guy is the real deal. On occasion I'll run into other clients of his and we all share the same opinion of him. In fact earlier today I was talking to another client of his. We both talked about how much he cares for our health and happiness. I would encourage anyone who is interested in training to contact Chase. Someone my age would especially appreciate his methods, and understanding. Regardless, Chase can train anyone. I am certain you will want to work with him once you've completed your first session.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Chase and his personal training skills!

In the last year, I lost over 100 pounds, and got to the point where I was ready to start firming, toning, and building some strength. I found Chase via Yelp and am SO glad I did! I am 3 months in to training with him and my strength, stamina, and balance have increased exponentially. I had never even been to a gym before beginning with Chase, and he has really helped take the 'scary' out of working out! He is positive, upbeat, and encouraging. He allows me to move at my own pace while still pushing me to do better. I love watching my body get stronger and I genuinely couldn't have done it without Chase's expertise.
