Drea is an incredible trainer. She is very intelligent in her craft. Drea is great at motivating and pushing you during the workouts. As a client of Drea's, I could really feel that she cared about my goals and truly wanted to help me reach them. I highly recommend Drea as your Fitness Trainer or Coach to help you with any fitness goals you are trying to get too.

Unbelievable is the word I'd use to describe working with Coach Drea. At turn 50, I decided my challenge was to compete in fitness competitions. I didn't believe I could, but I would at least try. In meeting Coach Drea, they assured me I couldn't only compete and win. I didn't believe her but said ok, I'll at least try. I began working with her in late April and stepped on the competition stage in August. What happened in between those months was transformational - physically, mentally, and to some degree, spiritually. Drew's custom workout and food plans, along with her unwavering belief in my ability to compete and win, were empowering. The work done with Coach Drea, which has boosted my confidence, has helped transform other areas of my life.

I came to Drea to help me with a meal plan. I changed to a vegetarian diet about 4 years ago and I’ve been struggling with my macros ever since. I had a bad hip injury that got better for a while from the dietary change but it had become inflamed and weak. Without working out a single time in the first month on the meal plan I dropped 3% body fat and felt strong enough to start working out again! Over the past 5 months I haven’t been perfect with my meal plan but just overall eating healthier and letting myself enjoy life when I want to. I started off working out once a week in month 2 and slowly built up to now working out with Drea 4 days a week and hitting the gym on my own. She made sure to take the time to strengthen my muscles and endurance so I didn’t add to my injury. I feel strong and confident in the gym now and I see major changes in my body!

Drea is A M A Z I N G to work with, her attention to both detail and ability to create easy to understand work out (AND nutrition) plans is wonderful, for any questions I do have — she’s beyond happy to help without making you feel judged for asking!
From prior knowledge of fitness, body building, and exercise I felt a little lost on what the next steps would be for my journey. Drea has made these steps easy to navigate workouts that really challenge you to be your best self.
She is an amazing trainer, hype woman, and mother and makes me feel motivated to continue my fitness journey everyday.
If anyone- is thinking about making the jump- seriously— look no further. Drea is absolutely the one.

If you're looking for someone who holds you accountable and helps you on the journey to reaching your fitness goals, Drea is the coach for you. She's very skilled at both building a custom routine for you, at one point I injured my foot and Drea was able to offer alternative exercises so I could keep going. She's also very proficient at nutrition and has macros down to a science to where if I was craving something, I was able to eat it as long as she was able to fit it in my MACROS, which she always was able to. So I never actually had insane cravings that you usually get while dieting which was a HUGE plus. She also has the patience of a Saint because I can be a hot mess sometimes lol, but she never wavered.

I love working out with Drea. Her attitude as a trainer is relentless. If you think you can’t get the last rep in, she’ll confirm that you can finish the set. Between the supersets and rest, every second is maximized towards your goals. She got me to the best shape in over 8 years. She was flexible with my schedule and kept records of my weekly progress. Furthermore, she made me a completely customized meal plan to maximize my recovery with food and supplements. I feel great and I love the way I look. 10/10

Not only does Drea know her stuff when it comes to training and nutrition, she also is a great balance of caring about you as a person and pushing you out of your comfort zone. She will push you but always take your health into account as the number one thing. Drea is also constantly learning about new and cutting edge training and nutrition techniques to help you get to the next level and will never give you a "cookie cutter" program.

Loved my workouts with Drea!!!! The workout plans she created for me was unique to my personal needs. She had patience from when I first walked in and was willing to see my capabilities before throwing me into unfamiliar sets and eventually got me to where I wanted. Drea transformed my relationship with fitness and food. She not only was willing to work with my vegan endurance athlete lifestyle, but she was able to coach me to a National stage twice as a fully plant-based bodybuilder. She will push you with unique and challenging workouts while remaining mindful of your life and happiness. I have loved working with her for the past three years and couldn’t imagine working with any other coach. I cannot recommend her enough!
